PANDORA AND PERCY sits alone in the woods, a small fire in front of them as percy pulls out his candy. He takes two of them before dropping it into the can of fire.

The two gazes at the flames. "Hi, mom, mama. I don't know if we're doing this right, i hope you can hear us. I think you used to hate this."

"When the phone would ring the night after you left us at a new school." Percy paused, "We'd tell you that the people are awful. That we wanted to come home." Pandora tucked her lips before looking around in the woods then back at the smoke.

"Well.. the good news is.. this isn't that call. I hope you're sitting down, but.. i think.. we've made some friends here." Pandora nodded.

"Like, real friends. I think they might really like us. Imagine that." Percy smiled a little, looking at his sister.

His smile fades before he glances away, "They aren't here." He said, referring to their dads. "Our fathers, they just.. didn't show."

"I mean, ignoring us is one thing, but they don't get to ignore you. I'm gonna make them come down here. We're gonna make them see us." Pandora shakes her head. "I'm gonna make them see us all."

Percy and Pandora walk on the wooden deck of the hermes cabin, as they approached the door, they spot clarisse and her friends standing in front of the door.

Pandora and Percy share a quick look before percy smiled, "Hey, guys. Can't sleep, huh?" He questioned and his sister laughed which was a bad idea as they now find themselves on a tiled floor.

"Every new kid shows up here and they think they're special. Do you think you're special?" She asked, percy and pandora look at each other. "No..?"

Clarisse's friends share a look before they walked over to the siblings and lift them to their feet. "Tell me you made it all up about the minotaur, and i'll let you go."

"We didn't make anything up." The girl nods to her friend who was holding percy and drags him into a stall while the other friend held pandora back.

"Some kids gotta learn the hard way." Forcing him to his knees, Clarisse's friend lower percy's face toward a toilet, the water suddenly disappeared.

Percy furrows his brow, and the boy holding percy releases him and steps back, Pandora was also released as the other girl joined clarisse and their friend to see what was going on.

Three steams of water burst from the toilet, launching clarisse and her friends across the room, Percy slowly turns as the three clamor to their feet, Clarisse glares at percy and pandora for a moment before following her friends out.

After watching them leave, percy examines the splintered stall wall, he glanced around and found his sister soaked in the water. "What, the holy hell was that."

She walked over to him as she rings out her soaked shirt with a frown, Percy spots a girl and a boy leaning in the doorway with their arms folded, he quickly nudged his sister and she looked up.

"I can explain." The girl and the boy look at each other before shaking their heads at percy. "No, you can't."

"Okay." Pandora furrowed her brow and looked at the girl, "Wait, i know you." She tilted her head. "No, you don't."

"Yeah, but you two were there. The night in the infirmary." Percy said, backing his sister up as he also recognized the two. "Yes. I'm Annabeth and This is Midas."

"Are you stalking us, Annabeth, Midas?" The two in front of the door share another look before shrugging.

"Yes." Midas nodded. "Okay.." Percy and Pandora trailed off, slightly confused, Pandora looked at her brother before squinting. "Why?"

"Well, we've been waiting to see if something like this would happen." Annabeth gestured to the soaked bathroom. "So i'd know if you can help us."

"Help you do what." Percy asked, "Win capture the flag." Percy stares, mouth agape as pandora raised her brow at the two in front of her and percy.

"Capture the who?"

"You're gonna love this. Camp-wide mock warfare, all glory to the victors." Luke, leah, pandora and percy walk among the demigods who were doing drills.

"Annabeth's the head counselor of the Athena Cabin. She's led our team to three straight wins. Been a long time since anyone's won a fourth. Midas.. he stays with us since he doesn't have a cabin here. But he and annabeth are a duo, it's rare if you see one of them alone." Leah explained.

"They were there in the bathroom." Percy spoke up, looking at the two castellans. "She said they'd been waiting for it to happen." Annabeth eyes percy and pandora from afar.

"Annabeth sees the world differently. Always six steps ahead of everyone else." Percy and Pandora look over at annabeth and midas. "You should cut them a break."

"Whose side are you two on, anyway?" Percy asked.

"Oh, hers, always. She's our little sister." Percy and pandora share confused looks, luke shifts in place.

"Maybe i should back up." Leah tilts her head.

They now find themselves back at the lake sitting at a table, "Before camp, we were on the road. Me, leah and a forbidden kid we met along the way. Her name was thalia." Luke began.

"And what does that mean, forbidden?" Pandora asked.

"A long time ago, zeus, poseidon, and hades agreed their children were becoming too powerful, so they made a pact to not father any more." The older boy explained.

"And it held for a long time, until zeus broke that pact. Until thalia." Percy and pandora looked toward leah as she looked down.

"A forbidden kid attracts trouble. Monsters everywhere, It's just a constant battle to stay alive."

Pandora licked her lips and twisted the ring on her finger, "One day, we, uh, find this little girl hiding in an alley. Annabeth. We were worried about taking her in, exposing her to all that danger." Luke smirks.

"Then we saw her fight." He chuckled softly, the two jackson siblings watches as luke smile fades. "Thalia didn't make it." He said, looking at pandora and percy.

"But annabeth, leah and me.. we did. And we've been family ever since."

"Annabeth and Midas — they've been watching us since we got here. Why?" Pandora questioned.

"Annabeth and Midas are the strongest warriors in camp. The only way left to prove themselves is to go on a quest." Percy furrowed his brow.

"And what does this have to do with us?" He gestured to himself and his sister, "Chiron's been promising them for years. One day, a demigod would arrive who was fated to go on a quest. That even chiron couldn't prevent."

"And when that happened, she could join it. Every new arrival, Annabeth watches, looking for a sign they're the one. Usually, she gives up after a day or two, but she's still watching you two." Leah finished.

"Can you ask them to knock it off?" Percy huffed, glancing at his sister. "Yeah, sure. But what if she's right?"

"She's always right." Leah rolled her eyes at her brother then they all heard the conch shell blowing loudly.

They looked toward chiron, "Heroes.." He checks a pocket watch, "It's time." He looked at the demigods.

"Time? Time for what." Percy shushed his sister.

"The game begins." Pandora sighed heavily, dropping her head on the table.

"The first team to retrieve the opposing flag and return it across the river shall be the victor. As always, there will be no maiming and no killing. I trust these rules will be respected."

Percy and Pandora looked around, as they wear blue armor, "Any magical items you possess, are permitted as well." Percy holds his pen while pandora looks at her ring. "Every camper who is not injured.. has to play."

"It's okay. Let 'em rip." Luke muttered to the two when he noticed their hesitation.

"Prisoners may be disarmed.." Chiron continued explaining the rules as he stood in front of both teams.

"We still don't even know what our job is. Maybe we won't even need swords." Percy sighed, they weren't so confident about the whole thing.

"But may not be bound or gagged. Let the games begin."

The conch shell blew again and the red team let out loud battle cries, pandora frowned at the team then looked at percy, "We're gonna need the swords. They're crazy!" She pointed to the red team.

"We're gonna die." Percy said, staring at his sister who nodded in agreement.

In unison, the blue team raised their spears, annabeth and midas approached luke and leah. "All right. We have 20 minutes before the second conch and game-on. You two know what you're doing?" She asked.

"Yes, ma'am." The two castellans said in sync before they began to walk away.

"Hey. Today feel like a winning kind of day to you?" The siblings stopped and looked at annabeth. They smirked, Luke and leah share a look before nodding. "We'll see you on the other side."

"Company! Move out!" Luke points his sword and the team started moving, "Kleos!" Percy and Pandora went to follow them.

"Not you, sunshine. You're with us." Percy and his sister shared a look before their eyes followed midas and annabeth.

Annabeth and Midas led the way as percy and pandora trailed behind them, the girl gasped as she tripped over a rock and fell to the ground.

Percy quickly stopped as annabeth and midas looked at them, they both stare as pandora slowly rises to her knees, Annabeth and Pandora stared at each other silently before percy held out his hand.

"I'm fine, thanks. But i appreciate you two, y'know, standing there silently." She grunted and took percy's hand and stood up, she dusted off her jeans then sheaths her sword just as percy did.

Midas sighed before he and annabeth continued to walk, "Hey, at least say something." Percy and Pandora took off their helmets before catching up to them.

"Listen, I-I get it. Okay. Y-You're better at this than us," The two shared a look before nodding in agreement. "But we need this to go well today. We can't really get into it, but we need our fathers to see it go well."

"So if you're gonna expect us to know how to do something we don't know how to do.. and we end up falling flat on our faces, W-We can't really have that right now."

Midas and Annabeth come to a stop and turns to pandora and percy, Midas looked at percy's armor before reaching up and fixing the strap of his chest piece.

"You still don't get where you fit into all this, do you?" The conch shell blew and they turned to the sound.

"Game on." Annabeth smiled as she placed on a cap that turned her invisible and midas stepping into the shadows, disappearing completely.

"Wait, What?" Percy and Pandora chorus, annabeth taking off her cap and reappearing, "Gift from my mom." The two eyed annabeth.

"Don't worry, you'll do great." Percy shook his head quickly. "Do great?! Do what great? And where did he go!" She disappears again and pandora sighed loudly.

They both watch as footprints in the dirt walk away, they both huffed and turned, gazing out at the valley.
"At least the view's pretty." Percy rolled his eyes at his sister and set his helmet down.

"What? I'm trying to be positive here." She sat down on a log as percy moves to the rock and started flossing. "Seriously?"

They find themselves gently stroking the back of a small gecko, They beam a wide smile and look at each other.

They lie on their backs on mossy logs, a leaf in percy's hand while pandora stared up at the sky with a sigh.

"I'm bored." She voiced out, her eyes now closed as she fiddled with her fingers, percy furrowed his brow when he heard someone approaching them.

He opened his eyes and sat up quickly, eyeing the kids in red armor, Percy tapped his sister to get her attention and she quickly sat up.

The first kid in red armor removes their helmet, Clarisse glares as she tosses it, Pandora gaze moved from clarisse to another kid as percy pointed to the woods. "Let us help with that." Clarisse said, referring to what pandora said.

"Flag's that way. It's not here."

"We know." Percy furrows his brow.

"Yeah, glory's fine. Revenge is more fun." She spammed her spear on the rock and the point crackles with orange energy.

Percy and Pandora scrambled for their shields and swords, they both stood up as clarisse nears them.

"No maiming. It's like the one rule."

"Yeah, i guess i'll lose dessert privileges for a while." She grins, "I'll live." She swings her spear, percy and pandora dodges two blows before the third clatters against percy's shield, orange sparks bouncing off the metal.

They both ready themselves as clarisse lackey's close in on them, Pandora and percy parries their swords but one catches percy's arm.

Clarisse twirls, bashing her spear against both of their shields before jabbing the point into pandora's chest plate.

The blow sends her backwards over the mossy log and percy hopped over the log and helped her up quickly."I'm actually not interested in maiming or killing you, believe it or not. I just want you two to admit you're frauds. It'd make me feel better. Are you feeling up to that yet?"

The two quickly ran into the forest, pursued by the three reds, they both glanced over their shoulders as they navigated between the trees, two reds jumps out, slamming their shields against percy and pandora sending them tumbling down a slope onto the bank of the lake.

cuts mark their cheeks as the wind howled and thunder was heard and the sky grew darker by the second, they jump to their feet and turns to the two approaching reds, clarisse blocks their path.

They fall onto their backs, scrambling away from clarisse's pointed spear, She laughs and charges the two on the ground, they both rolled out of the way of her spear but a sword swing grazes pandora's arm.

They both stand, deflecting the lackey's attacks, clarisse plunges her spear but percy grabs the shaft with his free hand, pandora beats back one lackey before percy shoves the spear into the other.

Percy and Pandora rolls to grab their shields, Glaring, clarisse and her goons back percy and pandora to the lake, they both skillfully fight back.

With a spin, percy grabs clarisse's spear beneath his shield, he twirls slicing the other lackey's leg, he hurtles over clarisse, snapping her spear and they both hit the ground.

Eyes wide, clarisse stares at the splintered shaft, Percy looks at the piece in his hands and clarisse screamed. "No!"

She rushes to percy and grabs him by his armor, pandora quickly stood up as the conch shell blew and the blue team cheered, coming out of the woods.

Leading the team, luke plants the red flag in the ground and he raises his sword to his teammates.

With a shove, clarisse releases percy and walks away, his chest heaves as he fell to the ground, pandora drops to her knees next to percy and leans on his shoulder.

"Can we not do this again." She huffed loudly, percy gave her a small smile, "Not bad, heroes." Both of them looked at each other in confusion before annabeth and midas appeared to their right.

"Were you two here the whole time?" Percy asked in disbelief.

"Yes." Annabeth answered as she and midas walked down to them.

"You were here the whole time and you didn't help us? This whole time."

They stopped in front of pandora and percy. "Yes."

The two jackson's shared a look, "Why?" Annabeth and midas offer their hands to them and pandora and percy share at it for a moment for taking it and pulling themselves up.

"Listen..." Annabeth looked up at Pandora.

"Percy. I'm sorry." Percy grunted when Midas pushed him into the lake, "Dude!" Pandora snapped, frustrated at the boy and Annabeth who probably had something to do with it. Suddenly, rain began falling heavily after her outburst and lightning struck behind them in the woods loudly which made Midas and Annabeth stand back, their mouths open slightly.

"What is wrong with you?!" Percy yelled, the rest of the team turn to them from the other side, Water drips from Percy as he stands, he lifts a finger to a cut on his cheek as it closes up and disappears.

Pandora glanced down at her own cuts. She had felt better and lifted her arm which was sparkling with energy , Percy and Pandora eyes the cuts and grazes on their arms which also heal.

They look at each other before looking at Midas and Annabeth. "I don't understand."

The two smiled as they were both looking up at something above Percy and Pandora's head, The two jackson's slowly looked up, confused on what they were looking at; A trident and a lightning bolt hovers above them.

"Your dads calling." Brows furrowed, Percy and Pandora looks back to Annabeth and Midas as the rest of the blues including luke and leah watch them.

"You have been claimed by Poseidon and Zeus, Earthshaker, Strombringer. Percy Jackson, Son Of Poseidon. King of the Gods, Storm-maker, Clouds-Gatherer, Pandora Jackson, Daughter Of Zeus."

"I think i'm gonna pass out."

"For months now, Zeus and Poseidon have been locked in a dispute over the master bolt." Chiron began.

"The symbol of your father's authority, and it has been stolen."

"Who stole it?" Percy questioned. "You did." Dionysus spoke up, "What?" Pandora and Percy said in sync, then looked at each other.

"Zeus is looking for a thief, sees a forbidden child claimed by his jealous brother...it doesn't look good for you, kid."

"But he claimed pandora—look, i didn't do anything."

"Of course, you didn't. But your father needs your help. And yours." Chiron looked at pandora who stared at them with a confused expression. "Me? Why me?"

"An ultimatum has been given to him by zeus that if he doesn't return the bolt by the summer solstice in one week.. there will be war. That is your quest. You must leave immediately."

"Leave? Leave for where?" Pandora questioned. "Zeus is king on olympus and poseidon has always resented it, but.. there is a third brother who has always deeply resented them both."

"It's hades." They looked up at chiron. "Yes.

"The bolt is with hades. In the underworld." Pandora said, slowly processing everything that was happening, "I know it sounds daunting. But you won't be alone; a quest is always undertaken by three or six." Percy shook his head.

"Great. Good luck finding those guys, 'cause it ain't gonna be us."

"Poseidon has claimed you. This is his will." Percy huffed, "Poseidon and Zeus has ignored me and my sister our entire lives. They can figure this out by themselves."

"You are their kids."

"We are Sally and Fleur Jackson's kids." Percy raised his voice, "Who's Sally and Fleur Jackson?" The two jackson's look at the god in disbelief.

Percy scowled. "They're the ones who cared enough to call themselves our mothers. They're the ones who got themselves killed, so that we could be safe here."

"The fate of the world hangs in the balance. You will accept this quest!" Dionysus yelled.

"We won't!" Pandora scoffed, "Hey, everybody." Grover scrolled in, "You—" Dionysus turned to the satyr, "Grover, now is not the time." Chiron said.

"I'm sorry, Sir. But i have news."

"Grover.." Chiron warned, "Sally Jackson is alive." They snap their gaze to grover. "It looked like she died, but it only looked that way."

"Grover."

"Your mother was stolen.. by hades. And there's a possibility that he has fleur too." Percy and Pandora share a quick look. "Which means they're with him now, in the underworld."

"That's where they want you to go too, isn't it?" Percy and his sister share a long look before pandora sighed and they glance at chiron and dionysus. "If you can find them there.. i think you can bring them back."

Percy tightens his lips and straightens himself, He breathed deeply and looked at chiron. "When do we leave?"
