Chapter. 4

[ If you see the lines which are not in the mentioned person's POV then it would be Author's POV..]

---

The sun hadn’t risen yet when Y/n’s alarm buzzed quietly beside her. She opened her eyes with precision, not sluggishness. There was no sleepiness—only discipline.

She got out of bed and headed straight to the gym downstairs.

After an intense hour of self-defense training, sweat clinging to her collarbone, she returned upstairs, showered, and got dressed in sleek, all-black casualwear — sharp enough to intimidate, subtle enough to blend in.

Meanwhile, A/n was still wrapped in her blanket like a stubborn cinnamon roll.

Y/n knocked twice on her door before stepping in.

Y/n called out,
“A/n. Wake up. We’ve got a lot to do.”

A/n groaned from under the blanket,
“Why are you like this? The sun’s not even out!”

Y/n smirked faintly.
“That’s why.”

With an exaggerated sigh, A/n rolled out of bed, muttering under her breath.

After freshening up, A/n threw on her favorite beige hoodie with “Don’t Try Me” stitched at the heart, paired with a pleated skirt and her signature bold sneakers.

They made their way downstairs together.

Mrs. Lee looked up from the dining table, smiling softly.
“You girls are up early.”

Y/n nodded,
“Morning, Mom. We need to talk.”

A/n added while sipping water,
“It’s about moving out. We’re ready.”

Mrs. Lee paused mid-sip.
“You’re leaving?”

Y/n answered calmly,
“We’re shifting to the mansion. It’s closer to work, and school. Plus, it's time.”

A/n leaned on her shoulder, trying to soften the blow,
“We’ll still visit. Promise.”

Mrs. Lee gave a small, tight smile.
“If that’s your choice… then I trust you.”

After a quiet breakfast, the twins packed their bags and headed toward the garage. Two gleaming motorcycles waited — Y/n’s matte black and A/n’s deep red.

As they put on their helmets and drove off, Mrs. Lee stood at the doorway watching them with a sad, distant look in her eyes.

---

Meanwhile… at an Unknown Location

The glow from a wide screen illuminated the face of a tall boy seated in a pitch-black room.

He leaned forward as he typed effortlessly, tracking movement, encrypted signals, GPS coordinates…

The boy whispered under his breath,
“So, they’re finally leaving.”

He smirked.

Photo feeds popped up—live security footage of the Lee mansion, the twins walking out, bags slung, helmets in hand.

He stared at the photo for a long second, then clicked open an old file — a picture of three children.

In scribbled handwriting below it read:
“Chen, Y/n, A/n – Always Together.”

The boy whispered,
“You’re not the only ones who came back prepared.”

---

Back at the Lee Mansion

Mrs. Lee’s phone buzzed just after the twins left. She picked up and smiled gently.

Mr. Kim: “Bo Ah? I’ve arranged the meet for Saturday. I want my kids to finally meet yours.”

Mrs. Lee: “Saturday works. Thank you, Wook.”

---

At School – Front Gates

The roaring sound of two motorcycles cut through the silence as students turned to look. The Lee twins had arrived.

All heads turned. Students froze.

Y/n parked smoothly, helmet in hand. A/n followed, sliding off her bike with ease. Their presence hit like thunder.

Some stared in awe. Others whispered in jealousy.

They didn’t care.

A group of girls near the entrance began muttering.

“Ugh, here come the rich bitches.”

“I heard they own the school.”

“No way. They're just good at acting cold.”

A/n glanced over, then turned back to Y/n,
“Did you hear that?”

Y/n didn’t even blink.
“Not worth reacting.”

Suddenly, a voice called from behind.

“Y/n! A/n!”

Both girls paused mid-step.

That voice…

They turned sharply.

A tall figure stood a few feet away — black hoodie, dark jeans, messy black hair falling over sharp eyes.

A/n blinked, then gasped.
“HYUNG?!”

Y/n’s eyes widened in disbelief.
“No way—”

Before another word, they ran straight toward him.

The boy laughed and caught them both in a tight hug, lifting A/n briefly before she smacked his shoulder.

A/n beamed,
“You idiot! You didn’t answer our calls!”

Y/n folded her arms, glaring,
“You disappeared. Again.”

The boy grinned,
“Surprise worked though, didn’t it?”

A/n rolled her eyes,
“You’re impossible.”

Y/n asked with narrowed eyes,
“When did you get back?”

The boy answered with a shrug,
“Yesterday. Quiet entry.”

A/n crossed her arms.
“You better not disappear again.”

He raised both hands playfully,
“Fine, fine. I’m staying.”

The school bell rang.

Y/n looked at him,
“You got your schedule?”

He nodded,
“Yeah. I’ll see you both at lunch.”

A/n called over her shoulder as they walked off,
“Missed you, hyung!”

The boy stood there for a moment, smirking faintly.

The hallway buzzed behind him.

---

University Wing – Lecture Hall

Inside, students were already seated when the door opened.

A tall boy walked in, hands in his pockets, aura unreadable.

Professor Bae looked up.
“You must be the new student. Introduce yourself.”

He stood still for a moment, then spoke.

His voice was low and sharp.
“Lee Chen. Nineteen. Not really looking forward to this.”

The room fell silent.

Kim Namjoon raised a brow. Kim Hoseok looked up, lips parting slightly.

A few girls whispered.

“Lee Chen…?”

“He’s hot.”

“But so cold…”

Namjoon leaned back in his chair, thinking.

“Lee Chen... Lee Y/n... Lee A/n…”

He narrowed his eyes.

Connections were forming.

---

After the introduction, the tall boy — Lee Chen — walked calmly through the classroom.

Only one seat remained.

He slid into the empty chair beside the Kim brothers without a word, setting his bag down and fixing his cold eyes on the board.

Namjoon glanced at him briefly.

Hoseok leaned in slightly, whispering to Jimin,
“Who the hell is this guy?”

Namjoon shrugged, still watching the boy's composed posture.
“Don’t know. But I don’t like his vibe.”

---

Meanwhile, in the girls’ section...

The bell had just rung when the Lee twins entered the class.

They strode in, effortless and unfazed.

The students turned, curiosity still buzzing around them like static.

As they sat on their shared bench, the door opened again.

Their teacher, Miss Bae, stepped inside, placing her bag on the desk.

The classroom quieted.

Almost.

In the last row, BANGPINK maknaes and the Lee twins were… not exactly focused.

Taehyung whispered something to Jimin, who chuckled under his breath. A/n raised a brow, tossing a pen into the air lazily while Y/n stared blankly out the window.

Miss Bae’s voice rang sharply,
“Last bench!”

They all looked up.

She crossed her arms.
“I’m giving all of you detention. Since clearly, my class isn’t worth your attention.”

Them, in perfect sync, dry and unbothered:
“Whatever.”

Miss Bae blinked, stunned by their collective audacity.

But before she could respond, the bell rang again.

[ TIME SKIP – LUNCH BREAK ]
— Y/n’s POV —

The cafeteria was buzzing by the time we got there. Same table as yesterday, same stares.

We didn’t care.

We had more important things to do.

As we entered, Hyung was already walking toward the canteen from the opposite side. When he spotted us, he adjusted his pace to match ours.

We entered together — three shadows that didn’t belong in this light.

He slid into the seat beside me and placed two trays in front of us. He remembered our orders. He always does.

A/n smiled and began eating immediately.

Y/n:
“Mom’s boyfriend… he wants us to meet his kids this Saturday.”

Hyung didn’t even flinch, “I know.”

We exchanged glances.

Of course he knew.
He’s the Mafia King. Snake. Secrets don’t stay hidden from him for long.

We sighed and dropped the topic, casually switching to mundane things. School. Annoying teachers. Cafeteria food.

But out of the corner of my eye, I noticed them — BANGPINK — stealing glances at our table.

Some curious. Some... irritated.

Interesting.

But not surprising.

End of Y/n’s POV

[ Jungkook’s POV ]

As usual, the moment we stepped into the cafeteria, everyone started staring. Whispering. Fangirling. All the normal crap.

We walked to our usual table. Dominant corner. Good view of the whole room.

But today... someone else entered right after.

Y/n. A/n.
And… a guy.

My eyes narrowed immediately.

Jungkook:
“Who’s that guy? Why is he sitting with them?”

Namjoon, without looking up from his tray:
“He’s in our class. New student. Lee Chen.”

Taehyung leaned forward slightly, eyes focused.
“They seem to know each other.”

Jimin snorted.
“More like close-close. Did you see how he smiled at them?”

Lisa raised a brow and smirked teasingly.
“Aww… are our tough boys getting jelly jelly?”

She made kissing noises, and I rolled my eyes.

Taehyung and I, almost in sync:
“No, we’re not.”

Jimin:
“Why would we be jealous? Please.”

Lisa, grinning:
“Yea yea… we can see that.”

They all laughed as we continued lunch. The teasing never really stopped.

But I kept glancing back at their table.

Something about him felt… off.

[ END of Jungkook’s POV ]

[ TIME SKIP – POST-LUNCH | DANCE CLASS ]

The bell rang again.

Everyone began heading toward the dance studio.

Y/n and A/n were already gone — they always changed early.

Inside the class, Chen waved subtly at the twins as they entered. They nodded and walked over, calm as always.

From across the room, burning stares followed Chen’s every move.

The boys of BTS were watching him like wolves watching a fox in their territory.

Minutes later, BLACKPINK joined. Jisoo sat beside Jennie. Lisa and Rosé joined the boys without a word.

Then came the teacher.

[ Dance Teacher – DT ]
He stepped inside with a friendly smile.

DT:
“Hello, students. Sorry I missed yesterday. Personal reasons. So, how are you all?”

Students, in chorus:
“We’re good, sir.”

DT nodded approvingly.
“Glad to hear that... Hmm. Looks like we’ve got some new faces.”

His eyes settled on Chen, Y/n, and A/n.

DT:
“You three — come up front and introduce yourselves.”

The three stood up.

As always, their tones were cold. Their auras — intimidating.

Chen:
“Lee Chen. Nineteen.”

Y/n:
“Lee Y/n. Seventeen. Elder twin.”

A/n:
“Lee A/n. Seventeen. Younger twin.”

DT paused, tilting his head slightly.

DT:
“Wait… siblings?”

The class stared.

Murmurs started buzzing again.

Taehyung whispered to Jimin,
“I don’t like this Chen guy.”

Jimin whispered back,
“They move like they’ve trained together for years.”

Y/n gave a small smirk.
