Mr Kim : Actually I just heard what happened at the Store from Jennie. Are you both ok ? Did you reach home safely?

Y/n : yes Mr Kim we are ok and yeah we reached home some time ago so don't worry - *cutoff*

She was cutoff by a crashing sound. It was like a glass braking sound.

Present Chapter ~

Chen : Oh my baby (sisterly way) are you ok ?

-With Lee siblings -

After entering inside the mansion gate the car stopped in front of the main gate. Then the girls come out of the car, taking the foods they bought. Y/n pass the car keys to one of their guards and entered inside.

As they entered the living room, they saw Chen, who was doing something in his laptop. A/n went to kitchen to keep the supplies on the place. Where as Y/n go and sat beside him and saw him checking the files on the case of drugs. At that time she asked him.

Y/n : What do you think about this should we post pone this case for one more week?

Chen : But will not it be a little troublesome ..  What if they transfer to another school? Then we have to go there behind them.

Y/n : I know but the time is short and also in here there are Bangpink who will be with us if we want to do something it would be better if we don't let them suspect us of something unusual.

Chen : You are right we will discuss this letter when A/n will be here but first tell why it takes you so much time to come home? A/n massaged me when you both exits the company. And it was more than one hour ago. While it takes just 20 minutes to get home.

A/n : I will tell you. But first I am so hungry. Can I have some food first?

They heard her and saw she was coming to them from the kitchen. Then Y/n said.

Y/n : Ok so you guys talk I will prepare some hotpot, let me wash up first.

Chen & A/n : Ok

Leaving them Y/n first go to her room. Within few minutes she came down stairs after changing into comfortable night suit and started to preparing dinner.

When she was cutting vegetables her phone goes off inside apron pocket. Checking the caller id she put it on speaker before answering.

OTC

Y/n : Hello Mr Kim. Is there something? Why did you call me?

Mr Kim : Actually I just heard what happened at the Store from Jennie. Are you both ok ? Did you reach home safely?

Y/n : yes Mr Kim we are ok and yeah we reached home some time ago so don't worry - *cutoff*

She was cutoff by the sound of glass breaking. She stopped chopping the vegetables and rushes to living room from where the sound came from.

She saw A/n near the stairs and a vas was broken on floor. Chen came there running and start asking..

Chen : Oh no how did this broke ? Bun are you ok? Did you get hurt anywhere? Come here let me see.

He started checking her if she is ok or not. And lead her to couch safely.

A/n : Yes I am ok. But I don't know how I lost my balance . In dizziness I accidentally hit the table .

Y/n :  Did you ate something at office after lunch?

A/n : No I didn't ate at office I just ate a burger on the way.

Chen : What? You know about your health right?  You should not have stayed empty stomach this long you wait I will bring your medicine right now.

Y/n : Yes Hyung you bring the medicine and also bring the insulin injection. Other times she doesn't stay for empty stomach more than two hours. But today.. *sigh*

All this conversation was heard by Kim's. Y/n didn't cut the call till now. Hearing this the Kim's were so confused and some were worried. But before Mr. Kim can say anything we heard another shout from there.

Soon Chen come back with the medicine. Seeing the injection. A/n start backing away from it in fear. she said with  wobbled eyes and crying voice. 

A/n : I am sorry pleas don't give me the injection. I will take the medicine but not the shot (injection).

Y/n : I know bun but it is needed or your health may be worse you know it right. 

she asked while taking the medicine from Chen and start to fill the shot like professionals. She was going to inject it on A/n but she again back off  from it. and said ...

A/n : wait ! I will take it but you have to hug me.

she asked to Y/n. Listening  this she smile a little and nodded he head. Passing the shot to Chen she said.

Y/n : Mhm.. ok then hyung will give you shot you can hug me. come here..

she said while sitting beside her on couch. A/n comes to Y/n and straddle  on her lap hugging her tightly. Chen give the shot to A/n skillfully. Y/n whispers sweet nothings while patting her back slightly. Gradually A/n fall asleep while sniffing.

As she fall asleep again Y/n's phone goes off. She picks up the hurriedly not to disturb her twins sleep.  

OTC

Y/n : hello?  

She asked as she did not see the caller id. from  the other side she heard.

Mr. Kim : Y/n what happend to A/n ? Is she ok ? why did she had to take some shots? i heard she was feeling dizzy.

Y/n : .. um , Yes but how did you know all this ? 

Mr. Kim : Actually the call was still on when that sound come so we heard it all. 

Y/n : oh sorry . i didn't notice . And now there is no need to worry she is ok and right now sleeping. 

Mr. Kim : Oh its a relife then. But can i know why she needs medicine and injection ? 

Y/n : Actually she is a diabetic paitent. she have low sugar.  And that's why she has to take medicines.

Mr. Kim : What ?

Y/n : Yes.  I will hang up the call now. Good night.

Mr. Kim : ok , good night and please call if somthing happen.

Y/n : Sure.

She cut the call. Then Chen said..

Chen : Let me tug her to bed. Till then you prepare the ingredients. I will help you to make dinner.

Y/n : Ok put her in my bed I will made her eat something if she woke up at night.

Chen nodded and carried sleeping A/n to upstairs. As planned the night goes peacefully.

Here in Kim mansion everyone were quite shocked by this revealens. None of them imagined that A/n had this kind of health issues. Those who till now didn't accept them as family start to grow concern for her.

Later they also had their dinner in peace and silence and headed to the bedroom to sleep. Everyone with different thoughts in mind.
