I wonder why I miss people I've only ever talked to online.

What do you mean?

My online friends. I've never actually met them, but when we lose touch I miss them so badly. It's like I've lost a family member, even if we'd only talked for a week or two.

I don't know. Have you ever thought about the possibilities as to why?

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that you're alone.

So many people have left you, so now, anyone who could possibly leave you scares you. And when they inevitably do leave, it hits you like a ton of bricks.

And even the thought of letting someone in is scary. Then, when you start talking to them and get along with them, it over excites you.

Then they leave, and you get sad over it.
