hey guys!

most of you who've read this fic probably won't see this anymore, but how's everyone doing?

sadly, i'm not really into varian anymore as i was back then, but i'll never forget how happy and giddy he's made me back a few years ago. i was a teenage girl in isolation during the pandemic and suddenly because of my hyperfixation to tangled, i found a community who loved a fictional character as much as i did. when i first started writing this, i didn't expect people would want to read something i made. i was running out of varian fics to read so i thought, why not make my own?

now with almost 33k reads by the time i'm writing this, i want to thank you all both past and present readers for taking the time to read my work (even though it might be a bit cringe, since i was a novice and it was my first time writing anything fictional ever) and hopefully appreciated it and had fun with it! i truly am so grateful for all of you, i still love coming back here and reading your comments from time to time and every single one makes me smile.

but i've come across a draft that's finished that i hadn't published, so i'll post it for old times' sake. 

and if you guys want me to continue the some of the unfinished chapters i made like "the night we met" and "locked up", maybe leave a comment if you're interested? i've been looking into getting back into writing (just for fun) and this could be a form of practice for me with maybe some of you guys finally getting some closure on what happens. 

but after that, it'll be farewell to this era of my life. i had so much fun being with you all, thank you so much, and i wish you guys all the best.
