XXXII

Sohrin's POV

I laid on the bed and faced the ceiling. I could hear the shower running, the sound of it reminded me of the rain. Only a few more months left for the season to start and then it would be showers falling from the sky every night.

I loved the rain, the cold breeze that would hit you, the sound of the thunders that would get you goosebumps. The air conditioner in the room was my cold breeze and the shower running inside the bathroom made me feel like it was raining right now.

A smile appeared on my face just thinking about it. I tried to remember a few cherishing moments I had with Mark. I kept thinking but I only recalled a few. It must be because of this stupid amnesia, I was worried if I had forgotten anything important that I had with that bitch.

I remembered us always getting icecream, running through every store in a mall while the security guards ran after us. We were pretty decent but if we got the chance to rebel, we would paint the whole town red.

I giggled slightly, recalling the wonderful memorise I had with my first ever family, my late best friend.

I got up and stretched slightly, looking around I decided that I wanted to take a tour around the house. I felt like I've seen this place, but whatever I see in my memories are completely blurry.

I rose up and made my way out of the door and started strollingΒ  around every room. The rooms were tidy like no one has ever stayed in it. Like it was never used.

After all the rooms I came across a narrow hallway, it had a bunch of paintings on the walls , I was able to recall a few. The first one was my most favorite.

The red rose along with a black butterfly, it's beauty still sending shivers in me. It signifies the combination of purity and evil. Somehow it always captivated me, maybe that's why I have it since forever.

I kept watching all of the paintings, most of those were abstract, the kind of paintings that look wierd and meaningless but have deep definitions if looked at and understood closely.

Keeping my pace slow, I made sure to take my time in embracing all the pictures into my mind. I finally reached the end of the hallway and the last painting made me smile wide in delight.

It was so special to me, although I couldn't remember it, I still felt happy while just looking at it for some reason.

The picture was simple, yet beautiful and captivating. I was wearing a beautiful long red dress with bows on the side. I never wore a dress, but that day, i did. He said that I looked really beautiful and that I should dress like this more often. He was wearing a black suit with red details and a red button up shirt inside which matched our clothing. I always cherished this photo.
Both of us smiling as we looked at the camera. I remember everything from that day. Me and my first love Jungkook.

For some reason this one memory was extremely clear in my eyes. It's like I could feel everything from that day even now.

I frowned because I remembered this just now, and I treated him like a total stranger when he came to meet me in the hospital. Maybe he was true when he said that we were a couple.

I felt myself blushing when I felt his breath on my neck, he hugged me from the back. He shook me from side to side which earned him a giggle from me.

"C'mon let's go downstairs." He said and I nodded,Β  him being this close to me I could smell the essence of body wash and shampoo which made me take a deep breath.

Unfortunately, he noticed. And he laughed at me while I hit his chest as we walked downstairs.

He held my had in his before taking me to the kitchen. He lifted me up causing me to gasp and soon relax as my lower body made contact with the cold counter in the kitchen.

He took off an apron from the cabinet and wore it. Soon taking the needed vessels, he started to cook.

"What are you making?" I asked him being completely curious.

He looked at me and then looked back at the food he was preparing.

"I'll ll tell you but first I need you to help me by setting up the table." He said and I nodded quickly before jumping down and running to the dining room which I discovered when I took a tour around the house.

I could hear him chuckle.

"Don't hurt yourself Noona!" He yelled and I grew flustered.

I'm acting like a kid. I'm older than him for God's sake. I sighed and then sat at the table waiting for.

He soon came in and served me the food. We both ate in silence.
It wasn't awkward, but we were rather enjoying each others presence.

At least, that's what she thought..
