AERUM'S POV
I turned around when I felt a tap on my shoulder.
I looked behind me to see Tae. He had atleast six pairs of cloth in his hand . I giggled at his love for shopping.
" Let's go." I said and dragged him out.
Soon we reached home and it was raining, Tae came along with me.
I got in with my spare key thinking the Ara must be asleep. I opened the door and my feet stopped right where the were when I saw my mother sitting in front of Ara as they were talking and giggling.
I felt anger and hate rise within me. Taehyung noticed that and held my upper arm, stopping me from doing anything stupid.
I let out a sigh and that was when Ara noticed me.
"Aerum, come here." Ara told to me while patting the seat next to her.
I looked at my so called mother and she had a blank face. The same face that I grew up seeing.
"It's fine, I want to be alone for now."
I looked behind me and Tae nodded. He smiled and hugged me before whispering into my ears.
"Please don't shout at her." He said and then looked at me in the eyes.
I nodded slightly and he waved bye to me and the two of them before leaving.
I closed the door and was starting to go up to my room.
"Aerum, sit down with us." Ara said furrowing her eyebrows slightly, although I knew she wasn't mad at me. She would never be mad at me, she was just trying to make things okay with me and my mom. Which is something I never want to come across with.
"I already told you, I want to be alone." I said with my back facing her and was starting to walk up again.
"MIN AERUM, COME HERE RIGHT THIS MOMENT!" Ara yelled. Not in an angry way. She was ordering me.
I looked back and decided to stay just for a minute.I couldn't handle that woman bragging about my sister like I was some piece of trash.
I went and sat down next to Ara, not even caring to look at the woman sitting in front of us.
"What do you want me to do?" I asked Ara in an annoyed tone.
"I'm going to give you a minute." She said and got up.
My eyes widened and I stood up.
I couldn't move though. My mother held my wrist tightly. I felt even more irritated and so I turned around, snatching my hand away from her and faced her.
She looked at the ground, her hair covering half of her face. Yet I didn't care. If she can ignore my existence ever since I was born, then I sure can ignore her tears.
"What is your problem?" I raised my voice slightly.
She got up and looked at me.
"I guess now is not a good time, I'll meet and talk to you when you calm down." She said and walked out.
My eyes warmed up a bit as she walked out in the pouring rain.
She was my mother after all. After a few minutes I came back to my senses.
The door bell pushed my thoughts away.
I ran to open the door and to my surprise it was Jungkook.
"HI Aerum." He said but he looked a bit stiff when he saw me.
"Is Ara around?" He asked, not looking at me.
"Yeah." I said and got interrupted.
"HI Kookie!" Ara shouted and I giggled when I saw Jungkook's flustered face.
"Kookie?" I said and he looked at me. I was laughing and he was watching me.
JUNGKOOK'S POV
I watched her as she laughed. She seems so small in front of me. Her dimples somehow made my heart race and for a second I couldn't hear Ara's voice.
Until she grabbed my arm.
"How was your day?" Ara asked me as she held my arm.
"It was great." I said still peeking slightly at Aerum's cheeks. She was smiling so widely looking at the both of us. I couldn't get enough of looking at her.
Why? Ara and Aerum, both look exactly the same. Then why am I staring at Aerum when my soon to be wife is standing right next to me.
"Ara unnie, I'm going to take a shower. You guys have fun." Aerum said still smiling and Ara nodded.
I watched her as her little figure soon vanished from the top of the stairs.
"Hey, I was thinking. Why not we cook something today. I mean, whenever we are together, we usually go out. This time even Aerum is here. She really loves home made food."
Ara said while giving me puppy eyes.
I smiled and kept both of my arms around her waist.
"Anything for my Jagi" I said and soon we made our way to the kitchen.
We took out all the things that were needed. Meat, vegetables sauces and so on.
When we were about to start Ara suddenly recalled.
"Aish, Kookie. I forgot the aprons, could you get them?" She said.
"Where are they?"
"Go to my room, they are right behind the door." She said and I nodded before confusion took over my face.
"Why can't you just keep them somewhere in the kitchen."
I asked and she gave me a playful glare.
"Ok, ok." I said and chuckled as she did the same. I walked up the stairs making my way to Ara's room.
I haven't been to Ara's house a lot but since she told me the directions to her room, I was able to find it easily.
I quickly found her door and went in.
I turned the door and carefully took out two aprons from the hooks.
When I managed to take them out without dropping anything I smiled at myself.
That was when I heard a scream.
I flinched and quickly turning around. My eyes widened as big as they could. I gasped as I saw Aerum standing a few inches away from.
It would've been okay if she was just standing there, but no.
She was standing, only in her lingerie.
