Dearest Silvia,

I have been in school for maybe 100 years and it still sucks. It is boring. I have learned the same things for about 100 years. I think that it's silly that school curriculums have not been updated since, maybe, the '80s.

Speaking of school, how is school? I know it is stressful but I am not really sure what isn't stressful nowadays. I am not meaning to trivialize your stress because I totally understand how much stress school puts on people, I mean, I don't need sleep and it is still tough, I just sort of feel like it's more stressful now than it was, say 80 years ago.

If you are stressed, however, I would recommend just unwinding a bit. Sorry, that's a bit cliched but I think going for a nice run in the forest is helpful, and, if you cannot do that maybe just a walk in general. Running in the forest always clears my mind and I can only hope it can do the same for you.

Actually, as I have just been reminded, the point of this letter was to invite you over for a movie night. I think it could be a stress-free night and we could just hang out. Obviously not tonight since you wouldn't receive the letter on time and also because tonight is almost over as I am writing this. We could watch whatever you want. Alice has recommended Mean Girls and I am not sure if she is joking or if she seriously wants to watch it. I have put forward Spaceballs. We are watching a comedy because life/death sucks and also I want to. If you have a better idea than Mean Girls or Spaceballs (I am not sure how you might top that) please let me know.

I am really excited to see you again. Maybe we could go on a run through the woods, instead of you going alone. I was also thinking we could do some sightseeing. There is this really interesting outlook over the ocean that I think you might like. We could drive up one night and stargaze. I have been saving you a collection of jazz and swing music from my teen years, it's mostly Duke Ellington but I think you'd like it.
