Disha's POV

I was shocked will be an understatement seeing devil with his family but I recovered from it as khushi came running towards me and hugged me saying "Hey friend".

"Hey cupcake" I said smiling at her while kissing her cheeks and she shyly hid her face in my hair. I put khushi down and then greeted devil and his parents. His mother came and engulfed me in a big hug.

"Dadi she is my friend so leave her now because I can only hug her" khushi said while narrowing her eyes at meena ma'am.

We all chuckled seeing khushi's reaction and went inside living room. Devil was just replying if someone asks him something.

I was talking with khushi mostly and many times I saw devil's gaze on me. This is the first time I have seen him in casuals and to be honest he is looking more handsome in t-shirt and jeans.

Few hours passed as everyone talked and ate dinner. Khushi was sitting beside me and we were laughing when I again saw devil staring me.

What is wrong with him today? Why is he staring at me continuously?

I made eye contact with him for a while and then turned away with a scoff from him. I can tell by his expression that he was hell angry with my action but calmed himself for the sake of everyone else present here.

Ahh! Why did I do that? But I am feeling very happy after irritating him.

"Rakesh ji tell me about disha's decision soon and beta you can take as much time as you want" shikhar sir said and I nodded.

After biding bye to khushi and everyone we came inside our home.

"So what do you think about this arrangement?" my mother asked me as we sat and I smiled looking at them.

Why should I take tension about my decision because I am damn sure that devil will never agree to marry me.

"Mom Dad I will tell you soon about my decision but to be honest I know that de... abhinav sir will not agree for marriage" I told my parents slightly smiling.

"You don't have to worry about it because abhinav has already said yes to marriage so we all are just waiting for your decision only" my father said.

"WHHATT? Are you serious you mean devil agreed to marry me but WHY?" I shouted feeling shocked that why will he say yes for marriage when he doesn't like me?

"Disha! Is this the way you talk for your boss?" my mother scolded me. I just lowered my head listening my mom and muttered a sorry.

"Disha we are not pressuring you but just asking for your opinion because we know that both of his parents are nice people and khushi also adores you very much" my father said and I nodded.

"Can I tell you my answer after few days?" I asked my parents and they nodded happily.

I went to my room and changed into my shorts and crop top. I laid on my bed wide awake just thinking about everything.

Why will devil say yes for the marriage? Where is khushi's mother? Was devil married before? Why did devil didn't tried once to convince me to deny the proposal? Is he willingly saying yes to marry me or in some pressure? Why.....

"Ahh! Disha stop it otherwise your brain will explode" I yelled while messing my hair and throwing my legs here and there on my bed.

I waited and waited for my lovely and most precious sleep but I think she was angry with me cause she was nowhere near me.

I sighed and opened my laptop. I started watching Vincenzo, an action k-drama and slept around 4 am.

"If you wanna run away with me, I know a galaxy

I had a premonition that we fell into a rhythm

Glitter in the sky, glitter in my eyes
Shining just the....DHAP!!"

I switched off the alarm in my phone and threw it on the nightstand but it fell down on the floor. Shit bad aim!!

"DISHA!! How many times do I have to tell you to set your alarm tune low but you never listen and wh..." my mother came to my room yelling but stop when she saw me.

"Sorry mummy" I said and got up from my bed.

"Disha beta what happened to you? Are you okay? You are looking tired" my mother said worryingly while touching my face to check fever.

"I am okay mummy....just a little tired as I was not able to sleep" I told my mother but she just smiled sadly at me and sat with me on the bed.

"Beta, Is it because of yesterday? If yes please don't stress yourself. We will not say anything to you if you are not okay with the proposal" my mother said and I smiled while hugging her.

"Okay so when you were not able to sleep last night what did you do last night?" my mother asked me glaring.

"I just laid on my bed and stared at the ceiling of my room" I told my mother smiling innocently.

"Don't you dare to lie. I know that if you didn't sleep whole night it means that you were watching a korean drama" my mother said while pulling my ear slightly in a playful manner.

"I don't know what you girls like in these korean dramas I mean...." my mother was speaking but I cut her off in the middle saying "Okay I am getting late for office...ba bye" I waved at her and ran inside my washroom.

Why do our mothers don't like k-dramas? All koreans look so cute and dramas are also pretty good.

I had my breakfast with my parents and I am thankful that they didn't ask me anything regarding yesterday's topic.

I went to my office and today riva was also not free as she had some important meeting with her department head.

I was working in my office when a peon came and told me that devil is asking for me in his office. I replied in positive and he went outside my office.

I came to his floor and his assistant told me that he is in his office and is waiting for me. I knocked on his door and I heard a faint come in from inside.

"Good morning sir, Did you asked for me?" I asked him politely. He stood up from his seat and came forward while looking at me.

"Yes I wanted to meet you" he told me and I raised my eyebrows in confusion and asked him "Why?".

"Why why? Can't I meet my SOON TO BE WIFE?" he said smirking and stood inches away from me.

"I didn't said yes yet" I told him and his smirk grew wider and then I realised that I said 'yet'.

"Don't think that I will say yes to marry you ever because today I will tell my parents that I don't want to marry you" I said smirking and grabbed the knob to open the door but in a blink devil pinned me between the door and him.

"You are going to say yes to marry me and I don't care if it's by hook or by crook" he whispered in my ear and I shivered and my heart beat increased due to our closeness.

"I know you don't love me or even like me then why do you want to marry me?" I asked him while trying to be confident but failed miserably in it.

"It's none of your business and yes you are right that I don't like you, nevertheless, to be honest I HATE YOU FROM THE CORE OF MY HEART" abhinav said looking into my eyes with so much hatred that pained my heart and I don't even know the reason for it.

Tears welled up in my eyes and I broke our eye contact and pushed him away from me and went to open the door but halted to my steps when I heard him saying words which broke my heart even more and made me restless.

"Don't you dare to deny my proposal because you don't even know what I can do to you and your family and father's business so if not for you at least think for your family. LEAVE NOW"

A sob left my mouth when he said about my parents and business. I know my father's business means a lot to him. I didn't replied him because I know if I will speak anything I will broke down in front of hin which I don't want.

I opened the door and without turning towards him I left his office.
