~ 2 months later ~

Disha's POV

"Cupcake when will your vacations start?" I asked khushi while preparing bread omelette for her. Khushi is watching me while I was preparing it. She told me after 1 week she will have her summer vacation.

"Yumm! Mommy it's tasty" khushi said when she ate the first bite of omelette. I smiled seeing her and she quickly ate her breakfast as the food which khushi likes she eats them fast and the one which she doesn't like she eats them very slowly and in the end always leave them saying she is full now.

When she was done eating I took her plates and went inside the kitchen to put them in sink. Khushi too followed me and started telling me about her school friends.

Abhinav was in the room and I quickly completed my work while listening to khushi and talking with her. I was going to move forward when suddenly I felt dizzy.

"Mommy! Are you okay?" khushi asked me and I nodded lightly while clutching the kitchen counter tightly to balance myself. It was just for few seconds that I felt weakness because after that I was feeling normal.

From 2 days I am feeling nauseous continuously and today I have already vomited 2 times since I woke up. I think I got stomach infection from the pani puri I ate last week from a stall near my office.

"Mommy are you sure? Wait I will call papa" she said and I instantly grabbed her before she could go out of the kitchen and knelt to her level. If she will tell abhinav then he will not let me go office and will ask me to rest for whole day which I don't want.

"Cupcake don't tell this to papa and I am okay now. If I will not feel well in the office I will come back to home early" I told her and she cupped my face with her little hands and kissed my both cheeks.

"Promise me mommy that you will come home earlier today if you don't feel well" she said and I promised her with a smile on my face. She hugged me which I returned lovingly and then she went to her school.

I came inside the room and abhinav was nowhere and I didn't heard any sound from washroom too so I called him to know if he is inside but didn't got any reply.

Maybe he went inside his study to check some files!

I thought and opened the door but abhinav startled me and before I could move backwards he grabbed me tightly from back and circled his arms around shoulders.

"I was calling you but why didn't you replied me? Leave me I need to go early today as we have presentation with Sharma group today" I said and tried to remove his arms but couldn't.

"Don't be so stressed wifey as presentation is at 12 pm and it's only 8:15 right now. You know you are being so workholic nowadays that you are not giving much attention to your husband" he said and nuzzled his nose in my neck which made me tickle.

"Abhi keep this wet towel aside from me which you have wrapped around me" I said and he threw it on the couch. He kissed my neck and I pinched him on his biceps really hard which made him loose his hold around me and I ran way from him.

He too ran behind me and caught me near the bed but because of my struggle to run from him again we both fell on the bed while he was still hugging me so that I couldn't run away from him.

"You are saying as if I haven't spending time with you at all and that's completely wrong because I think you forgot that we watched movie with khushi and played Ludo too with her yesterday" I said and flicked his forehead lightly.

"Yeah that's what I am saying that you are not giving attention to me as though you did all that yesterday but that was with khushi too. It's been so long we have made love" he said and made puppy eyes to show how much sad he is.

"Ohh yeah 2 days i.e. 48 hours is very lonnngggg" I told him and scoffed while stretching the word long which made him chuckle.

"Yes it's too long and about hours it's 54 hours to be exact" he said and crashed his lips onto mine. I blushed hearing him as he is counting the hours too. I quickly grabbed him by his neck and reciprocated to his kiss.

We kept on kissing each other and when he graze his tongue on my lower lip to ask permission to enter his tongue I gladly gave him.

I patted his shoulders when I was out of breadth and he left my lips at that instant. I was feeling like he sucked all the oxygen out of my body as I was feeling really week now.

"You know I am obsessed with your lips no scratch that I am obsessed with whole YOU that whenever I see you I can't keep my hands to myself" he said and pecked my lips. I lightly smiled at him but then he looked at me worryingly.

"Disha are you okay? You are sweating and looking a little pale" he asked me and touched my forehead to check my temperature with concerned eyes.

"I...I am okay" I told him and tried to sit in which abhinav helped me. He was looking at me with concern and then suddenly got up from the bed and dialled someone's number.

"Hello Ritu! Postpone today's presentation to next week and ask the......" he called his assistant and as he said to postpone the presentation I snatched the phone from him.

"NO! Aunty don't postpone the presentation as he is just being paranoid. I was not feeling well and he is asking to postpone it because of my health so don't listen to him because I am okay" I asked ritu aunty and she replied me in positive that she will not postpone it and then I hung up the call.

"Don't postpone the presentation just because I am not well and to be precise I know that I can handle the presentation as I am feeling okay now. You know na that this presentation and our partnership with Sharma group will be very beneficial for us then also you are taking decisions in such a hurry" I scolded him and this man in front of me just kept on smiling.

"Okay my stubborn wifey. I am so lucky to have such an understanding and caring wife like you. I really love you so much" he said and hugged me. I too hugged him muttering I love you too.

"Okay now go and get ready for office and I am leaving too as I have to check everything regarding presentation today" I said and he nodded. After pecking my forehead he went inside the closet to get ready.

"Disha wait for me outside, we will go together today in my car" he shouted from closet and I shook my head hearing him while smiling as I already knew beforehand that he was going to say that.

I sat inside his car waiting for him and within few seconds he too came and we drove off for office. We reached office and went to our respective cabins to check everything before 12 pm.

Approx 1 hour later riva barged inside my cabin looking extremely excited and happy. I smiled seeing a flown blown smile on her face and asked her to sit.

"No no, I can't sit now and you come quickly with me to abhinav bhai as everyone is already present there" she told me and grabbed my hand to pull me with her. We reached abhinav's office and only abhinav, ritesh and deepak bhai was there.

"You were saying that everyone was here but we are only 5" I said to riva and she smiled brightly and asked me to go and stand beside abhinav.

I shrugged my shoulder and was going to stand between abhinav and ritesh when suddenly I was pulled to the side of abhinav and abhinav stood in between us. Ugh! When will he stop his jealousy against ritesh?

"Okay so I called all three of you to tell that today only deepak's parents fixed our engagement and marriage dates" riva told us and before we could react further deepak bhai told us the date.

"Exactly after 2 weeks our engagement date is finalized" deepak bhai told us and I quickly hugged riva congratulating her and then deepak bhai. Abhinav and ritesh too congratulated them and then we started teasing them.

"Hey! hey! Listen can anyone of you tell me a coat that abhinav sir will never wear?" Ritesh asked us and we all looked at each other dumbfounded.

Abhinav glared him and I mentally face palmed myself as I know that if he says something stupid which I am sure he is gonna say I will not be able to save him from abhinav.

"No! We don't know?" riva said and he looked at each one of us to see that if we know but we shrugged our shoulder.

"Please tell us because I too want to know what type of coat I won't wear?" abhinav said and ritesh sheepishly smiled looking at me. Please God save him!

"Okay so the coat which abhinav sir will never wear is Petticoat" he told and each one of us burst out laughing well of course excluding abhinav who was giving death glare to ritesh. I imagined abhinav in Petticoat and again started laughing.

[Petticoat is a woman's light, loose undergarment hanging from the waist and is generally worn under a saree]

I stopped laughing and quickly looked at everyone as I noticed that I was the only one who was laughing and saw all of them looking at me with an amused expression.

"What happened why are you all looking at me like this?" I asked them feeling awkward as they all were looking at me with a smile on their face.

"Keep smiling like this always dishu. It really suits you" riva said and tears brimmed my eyes feeling overwhelmed listening her and looking at everyone else who were looking at me adoringly.

Something is really wrong with me I am feeling very emotional now and few minutes ago I was laughing like a maniac.

Riva hugged me when she saw tears in my eyes and slowly everyone came and hugged both of us making it a group hug. I really love all of them!!

"Sir, Everything is ready for presentation and Sharmas are also there. Shall we go?" Ritu aunty said and abhinav told her to go as we will reach there in a minute.

Riva said All the Best to me and went to her cabin as this meeting was not related to her department while deepak bhai, ritesh, abhinav and I went towards the conference room.

I was feeling nervous as I have to give presentation though it's not the first time I am giving it but the last time I gave was when we were not married and so you all may guess that it didn't went good.

We went inside the conference room and abhinav patted my back to reassure me and I gave a soft smile to him. We greeted Sharmas who were there for presentation and all of them sat at the conference table while I went on the stage.

I introduced myself and start presenting our project but amidst the presentation I felt a bit dizzy but I didn't showed it as it will give a bad impression in my presentation.

Within 15 minutes my presentation was almost completed and I can tell from the face of the viewers that they were happy from it.

I was going to wrap up the presentation when I felt a cramp in my stomach which made me loose my hold on the file and it fell from my hand .

I clutched my stomach tightly to reduce the pain but it was of no use. I heard abhinav calling me and then everything went black but before I could fall on the ground I felt myself in abhinav's arms.
