Disha's POV

I woke up and saw abhinav still sleeping soundly. I carefully removed his hands from my waist as to not disturb his sleep and then went to washroom.

When I was ready for office I went to wake khushi up. Yes I am continuing office today. When I entered inside khushi's room I smiled seeing khushi trying to make knot of her tie.

"Good morning cupcake. Wow! today you are getting ready on your own" I said while making knot of her tie. Khushi shyly smiled and started playing with buttons on her shirt.

"Good Morning mommy, I know that you are not well so I started getting ready myself as I am a big girl now" khushi said proudly and I ruffled her hair smiling.

I mentally thanked gauri di to give birth to such a gem. I really wish that she was with us right now. I hope that she is happy wherever she is. While remembering gauri di I always feel my eyes tearing up I don't know how abhinav beared with all this.

"Mommy what are you thinking?" khushi asked me while grabbing my hand. I shook my head and picked her up in my arms and after kissing her cheeks I took her to dining room for breakfast.

Ashi prepared breakfast for us and we were having our breakfast when khushi asked me about abhinav. I told her that he came late yesterday from office so he is sleeping as he was very tired.

Khushi nodded and then went to school after bidding bye to me. I also waved my hand and smiled at her. I closed the door and was going to room when I got a message from one of our colleague asking to bring a file on a 'Future group' project.

I entered the room and abhinav was no where and I heard water running sound from washroom. I started searching for that file and after few minutes I remembered that it's in the suitcase which is on the top of almirah.

I placed a stool near almirah and stood upon it to grab that suitcase. I was trying only when I heard the sound of washroom door opening which startled me and I lost my balance.

I was going to slip when suddenly abhinav came and grabbed my waist before I could fell down. I looked at him shocked and then glared at him when I saw him ogling at me. When he noticed my gaze he quickly averted his eyes.

"You startled me!" I said and after I pulled the suitcase towards me abhinav helped me in bringing it down. I quickly took out the file which I wanted and then placed the suitcase in the corner.

I was going out of the room as I was already late for office when I noticed that abhinav was all ready. I narrowed my eyes looking at him and he raised his eyebrows to ask me what happened.

"Why are you ready? Are you going to office though your back is injured? If yes then let me make everything clear that you are not going to office today and instead of office you are going to hospital for check up. I dare you to oppose my decision then you see I will not lea......" I was speaking continuously in order to stop him from going to office as his back is injured but he stopped me in middle by placing his hand on my mouth.

"Shhh quiet! Don't you think that you are speaking a lot today my sweet chatter box wifey. I have a very important meeting today but I promise I will come home earlier than usual" he said and when he understood I will not say anything he removed his hands from my lips in the way his fingers grazed over my lips in a much slower pace.

Suddenly the floor was looking more interesting to me and I shifted my weight from one leg to another feeling nervous in his intense gaze. He placed his forefinger under my chin and lifted my face to look into my eyes.

"Disha about yesterday did you forgive me?" he asked me with hopeful eyes and before I could reply him his phone rang and when he looked at the caller ID it was deepak bhai so he picked up the call.

"Okay okay I am coming" abhinav said and hung up the call. He looked at me and after lightly smiling at me he told me that he is getting late for his meeting and then left the room.

I sighed and then went outside to go office but saw that abhinav was still not gone. May be he is talking to someone on his phone I thought and then went to sit inside my car.

"Come with me in our car. You are not going to drive alone at least not now" he said  and dragged me with him towards his car. He made me sit inside and then sat beside me and asked driver to drive to office soon.

We reached inside office and I saw ritesh as he waved at me excitedly and I also did the same and started going towards him who was waiting for me near elevator which every employee use but was again dragged by abhinav to his private elevator which only he and deepak bhai uses.

"Why did you brought me here with you? I would have gone with ritesh in the lift which everyone use" I said annoyed because of his behaviour. Why doesn't he like ritesh he is such a sweet and caring friend?

"I did this because you are my wife and you are not in everyone category so you can use this lift everytime" he said and I scoffed. When we heard ding of elevator I quickly went to my cabin before he could say anything else.

Though I was on leave for so many days but I didn't had any extra work like I used to have. Well why will it be now as devil is behaving like an angel from few days. I thought and giggled thinking that when riva entered my cabin.

"Ohho someone is giggling to herself huh?" she said and settled on the couch. I shook my head and she gave me a sarcastic look saying 'Yeah I believe you'.

"Welcome back dishu I missed you so much that I can't even express" she said and hugged me. We talked for a while as she told me everything that happened in few days and asked me about my health.

In lunch time I had my lunch with ritesh and riva as abhinav was in other meeting now. This man never listens to me! I told him to go home early but see he is here doing meetings.

When it was around 5 pm I went to home and as abhinav told me that he will come home earlier so he left from office at around 3 pm. When I entered inside home the scene in front of me made me laugh damn hard.

Khushi was doing make up of abhinav and he was wearing a princess gown. Though he had short hair but then also his hair were tied with numerous rubber bands. Currently khushi was using blushes on his cheeks.

As soon as they saw me khushi smiled looking at me and abhinav crawled behind the table to hide himself. Khushi came running to me and I picked her up in my arms.

"Mommy see I made papa a princess" she said and I nodded while biting my lips to stop myself from burst out laughing. When abhinav thought that we are not having any focus on him he grabbed his gown from both sides and ran out of the living room.

Khushi and I both burst out laughing seeing him running for his life. Khushi took her colours and crowns and went inside her room to keep them inside. I went inside our room to tease abhinav as I know that he will be really embarassed by now.

I entered inside our room and at that time only abhinav came out of the washroom in his normal sweatpants and t-shirt. I laughed remembering his face earlier and he came towards me with threatening steps.

"I am so impressed seeing you like that and you shouldn't have run like that I already saw everything" I said laughing but I stopped when he suddenly grabbed me from my waist and pulled me towards him in the way we were touching each other indecently. Very much indecently!

"Oh baby trust me you haven't saw anything yet and I am damn sure you will be more impressed after seeing me like that" he said and winked at me. My cheeks reddened like tomato when I understood what he meant and I punched him lightly on his chest.

"Ahh! You are so shameless" I said and tried to wriggle out of his arms. He chuckled seeing me and pulled me more towards him.

"What are you thinking wifey? I was talking about the time when you will see me playing basketball and at that time you will be much more impressed with me. Did you thought anything else baby? Ugh!! Dirty mind!" he said and chuckled seeing my flushed expression. After few seconds he stopped laughing and looked at me with a serious expression.

"Did you forgive me for everything? I promise I will not do anything like that again" he said looking deeply into my eyes. I nodded and he looked shocked and asked me again "Really?".

"Yes abhinav I forgive you but this is the last time I am doing it as if you will again hurt me like this I will never forgive you" I said and he hugged me tightly muttering thank you again and again. I too hugged him and closed my eyes feeling peaceful after such a long time.

"Mommy papa!" We heard khushi's voice and we quickly stood at a decent distance between us. When khushi entered inside the room I asked her what happened and she quickly grabbed both of our hands and took us outside.

"See I asked ashi didi to bake some cupcakes for us. Let's eat them because I am very hungry" khushi said and sat on her chair. Abhinav and I smiled looking at each other and then sat beside her to eat cupcakes.

Guys I will not be much active on wattpad for few days as some relatives are coming to my home and I will be busy with them. Don't worry I have already written two more chapters that I will publish alternatively.
