Disha's POV

Today is the day I am getting discharged from the hospital. Abhinav is with me right now and everyone else is in home waiting for us.

My injuries are almost healed as I just have a cut on right side of my forehead which is covered by small bandaid and on the wrist of my right hand a crepe bandage was wrapped because of sprain.

Currently I am in bathroom getting ready in my clothes to go to our home. I looked at mirror and smiled looking at myself as previous week I wore that hospital gowns only so after wearing my clothes now I am feeling like myself.

"Let's go" I said to abhinav after coming out of the washroom and when he looked at me he passed a sweet smile to me which of course I didn't returned.

He sighed then we drove off to home directly as abhinav had already completed all hospital formalities. We reached home and I rang the doorbell and mom opened it with a smile on her face.

"Stop!" I was going to enter inside when mom stopped me and came forward with aarti thaal and after doing aarti of abhinav and mine she asked us to enter.

As soon as I entered khushi wrapped her small hands around me. I couldn't pick her up in my arms because of sprain in my right hand so I quickly sat on the sofa and made her sit on my lap.

"Khushi baby, your mommy is not completely fine yet so don't sit on her lap as it may hurt her" abhinav said and tried to pull khushi towards him but I stopped him by grabbing his wrists.

"I am completely fine and I made her sit on my lap and she could never hurt me" I told abhinav and while saying the last sentence I kissed khushi on her hair which made her giggle.

I greeted our parents and rishi bhai and then we all went towards dining area to have lunch as it was almost 1 pm. During lunch everyone kept on putting more food on my plate and told me to eat properly as I look weak.

"Take care beta and call us if you don't feel well. Okay?" my mother said and I nodded while hugging her and told her to take care of herself too. I hugged my father and then they went to home.

"Mommy I want to sleep so let's go to your room" khushi said and I nodded smiling as she was yawning while opening her mouth wide and making weird but cute sound.

We went inside my room and khushi slept hugging me and I was laying down looking at khushi and sometimes on the walls or windows.

Mom and Dad are also sleeping in their room as they were also exhausted going back and forth between home and hospital last week. Rishi bhai and abhinav had some work so they are in abhinav's study.

I don't know what is cooking between these two? Few weeks ago they didn't used to speak to each other and now are roaming here and there like they are some long lost brothers!

Don't think I am jealous because I am not but the point is I am very much confused right now. Well I am sure they will tell me everything only when they will want to because if I will ask them they are gonna ignore or change the topic.

When khushi stirred in her sleep I noticed that I was thinking too much and was moving my legs while thinking so I quickly stopped my movements and then slept as the medicine I took had drowsiness as one of it's effect.

Abhinav's POV

Whole week in the hospital disha ignored me and today also in home she is talking with everyone normally but to me she neither is talking nor is glancing towards me not even mistakenly. Ugh!!

After all the things you said to her and behaved with her so rudely what do you expect that she will hug you and will forget everything that you did with her?

My conscience mocked and I mentally scoffed to show my irritation. After lunch everyone went to sleep and I asked rishi to follow me to my study.

We reached inside my study and I asked rishi to take a seat. I opened my cupboard and took out some files and gave them to rishi for him to read it.

These files contains all the illegal deeds done by shivam. He owns a 5-star restaurant in lonavala where he uses all the cheap quality products to prepare food which are very harmful for the person's health who is eating it. Though he is doing all these frauds but was never caught as he had few connections with higher officials.

According to these files he is involved in shady businesses too with some mafia leader. I know that now what we have to do is destroy his business completely.

"Woah! How did you get these?" rishi asked me while flipping all the pages very happily.

"That day in the hospital I asked my private investigator to look into shivam's business and he found out all these things" I told him and he nodded still reading those but frowned after sometime.

"Abhinav he is involved with mafia too so be careful in your next step. I don't want anything happen to disha, khushi and you" rishi said and I smiled looking at his concerned face.

"Don't worry that mafia leader is not gonna help him now because shivam being a fraud and cheater did the same with him too few days ago. He leaked his shipment's information to another group for money and now that mafia leader is also searching for him as shivam has gone into hiding after that" I told him and rishi sadly shook his head.

"When I first met him I never imagined that he could stoop so low for money. Now I feel ashamed to even think that he used to be my best friend. I left him when he started forcing me to have drugs with him and when I found him cheating on ga...gauri" rishi said with a disappointed face and I scooted close to him.

"You shouldn't feel that way because in the end you didn't became like him. Many childern and people are there in this world who are not bad from starting but they became like this because of their bad company. I am happy that you choose to leave him instead of going on the same path as him" I said to him and he gave me a genuine smile.

"Okay I think I should leave now but keep in mind that I forgave you this time but if you will hurt my princess one more time I will not stop with few punches this time" rishi told me and I nodded my head.

"Don't worry I will never hurt her now and yes you know the driver of the truck that collided with disha's car was completely drunk that time and now he is behind bars for few months in case of drunk driving. His driving license is also cancelled as his wife had given statement yesterday that he is alcoholic and drives like that many times" I told rishi.

"Okay that's good" rishi said and stood up from the chair to go home.

"Take care of disha and keep a check especially on her diet because she doesn't eat much no matter how much hungry she is as she is scared to gain more weight" rishi said and I nodded.

"But she doesn't have much weight and looks beautiful the way she is then why did she do this?" I asked rishi because I have seen disha eating salad and oats mostly especially in breakfast.

I agree that I told her that she is not at all beautiful and I don't like her body but all this was a completely lie. I said all these things deliberately to hurt her. When we went for shopping and there I made the same comment I saw she was deeply hurt by that so after that I didn't said anything related to that matter.

Though my sole intention was to hurt her but when I saw her gloomy eyes I couldn't make myself to make a comment like that again.

"When we were in school she was very chubby and few girls of her class used to bully her by calling her many names and she doesn't had any friend except riva. She used to cry silently after coming from school in her room remembering all incidents again and again. I used to support her when I was in school but when I completed my schooling she was bullied more.

Before college she reduced her weight by exercising and dieting. Her college life was normal and she thinks that it was because she was not a chubby girl then. I explained her that everyone is unique and beautiful in the way they are and no one should change themselves for others because BEAUTY LIES IN THE EYES OF BEHOLDER!

But I know that now also she doesn't eat properly so keep a check on her and take care of yourself too I have to go for a meeting" rishi told me and I nodded.

I was feeling really guilty now for all those words I told her but I promise I never meant them. She is the most beautiful woman both inside and out and I don't know how she would have felt when I badmouthed her.

If I see any of the girls who used to bully her I am sure I will leave dogs behind them so that they will also feel and get a taste of excercise. Yeah I know I am evil!

Everyday a new thing unfolds which I did for my revenge which was not even from the right person too. I think it will take a lot of time and efforts for disha to forgive me but I am Abhinav Kapoor and I can do everything.

I smiled thinking about her forgiving me then went to our room and after kissing both disha and khushi on their foreheads as they were sleeping soundly.

I drove off to office to check on everyone as in my absence I got to know that they are being lenient towards their work and as soon as I entered inside office I saw ritesh talking with riva.

Ahh! Man go find your girl why do you keep roaming behind deepak and mine with your silly jokes. And I don't know why do disha and riva laugh at his childish jokes.

Ritesh looked at me and waved at me friendly and I gave a nod to him and proceeded to go to my office.

"Abhinav sir can I talk to you?" riva said and I nodded. We reached my cabin and I asked riva to sit on couch and she looked shocked but nevertheless sat down.

Why everyone gets shocked when I ask them to sit down? Was I really that rude before that they don't understand first time that I asked them to sit down? But nevermind I will change their point of view for me.

I am not talking about whole office that I will be lenient with them I am just talking about everyone that are important to my disha and unfortunately that group includes that jokes monster too.

"Sir I am sorry that I slapped you that day I was just worried about dishu and when deepak told me everything I couldn't control myself" riva said and was not looking at me.

Is she nervous because of me?

"You can call me bhai because practically you are my saali (wife's sister) and my bhabhi (brother's wife) too. About that day I am not at all angry with you because I was wrong whole this time but I promise I will try to make everything right" I told riva and she nodded after thinking for a while.

Her blush when I called her bhabhi didn't go unnoticed by me. Deepak and riva both are whipped for each other. They look cute together!

"I thought about all those things and I know that you were also played all this time and I can see you really regret everything so if you want my help you can count me in, abhinav bhai" she said smiling and I also smiled when she referred to me as bhai.

She left after that and I started checking all the reports from previous week and my whole day was passed in checking them and then in few meetings.

My mother called me and told me that she had arranged a pooja tomorrow for disha and me as disha is fine now and asked me to clear my schedule for tomorrow too. I agreed and then continued to work till evening.
