Damn angst in the house

If you don't know what the Hanahaki Disease is, here is the description from my words.

Hanahaki is a fictional disease spawned from one sided love. The person with the disease will proceed to cough up blood and petals. The way to remove it is if the love interest's feeling are like his/her, or through surgery but that will mean the feelings for the person will disappear. Hanahaki cam also be fatal and lead to death, by blocking up the respiratory system and the windpipe, leading to death by lack of air.

Yes, this is my first angst story, and it will turn out very bad ( i think) but either way, I will try my best to make it likeable
