"So you ran a background check and the only thing you found was a speeding ticket?" Veronika asks Stiles after he finished telling her and Malia what he did. "A speeding ticket signed by Theo's dad eight years ago." Stiles says to them and Malia nods her head. "Which means what?" Malia asks and Stiles sighs. "Who speeds? Someone trying to get away from something!" Stiles exclaims and Veronika rolls her eyes. "Stiles how many tickets do you have?" Veronika asks him. "Uh none." Stiles says. "Let me rephrase that, how many tickets would you have if Noah didn't get you out of them." Veronika asks him and smirks. "Seventeen." He says. They all see Theo get out of the car. "I mean I definitely see why you're worried.. He's really hot, He's got perfect hair, perfect body.." Veronika says. "You should definitely feel threatened." Malia says and Stiles squints his eyes at both of them and scoffs. "Well thanks because now I do... more than ever." He tells them. They all see Theo wave and smile at them and Malia and Veronika wave back but Stiles grabs both of their wrists bringing their hands down. "Don't wave at him." he says and Veronika grabs his hand yanking it off her wrist and growls. "Stiles you know better than to grab me like that." Veronika tells him and walks off to her AP Biology class.

When Veronika walks in she sees Scott and looks at him weirdly before going to an empty seat. A couple of minutes later she sees someone pulling out the chair next to her and sees that it's Theo. "Of course you sat next to me." Veronika says to him and rolls her eyes. Ms. Finch then walks into the room. "Welcome to AP Biology! Let's see who's awake. Can anyone tell me what plasmids are?" She asks. "Circular, self replicating DNA molecules often used in cloning proteins." Lydia says and Ms. Finch gives her a nod. "Good job Lydia. Now can anyone tell me what vitamin is absorbed in the stomach via parietal cell production of glycoprotein?" Ms. Finch asks. "B-12." Veronika says and Ms. Finch looks at her and smiles. "Well done Veronika." She says and Theo looks at her. "Of course you would know that. You're a thousand years old." He whispers and then chuckles. Ms. Finch then starts interrogating Scott.

Stiles, Veronika, Scott and Theo are now all in the boys locker room. "I was skating in a neighbor's empty pool trying to do a handplant. nobody was home and I'm not that good at skating but I was feeling pretty determined that day and lost track of time. I didn't realize it was dark and on my last try I went down pretty hard and I was sitting at the bottom of the pool and then realized I never heard the board come back down. It came at me really fast, I had no time to turn around and it bit me right here." Theo explains pointing at his side. Stiles was leaning against a locker next to Veronika while Scott was standing in front of Theo. "It wasn't an accident.. He wanted to turn you." Scott tells him. "Okay but why aren't you apart of his pack? Why didn't he come back for you?" Stiles asks him and Theo looks over at him. "Because by the time my first full moon came around he was dead." Theo tells them. "How do you know?" Veronika asks him and he looks at her. "I met someone who was in his pack a few weeks later and he told me that the Alpha that bit me was slaughtered by two of his own Betas.. They were twins." Theo tells them and Veronika looks down thinking about Ethan and Aiden. "Scott, Luna listen to my pulse.. I'm telling the truth." Theo says. "Or you know how to steady your heartbeat while you're lying your ass off." Stiles says to him and Veronika sighs. "Why the hell would I lie?" Theo asks him. "Because maybe.. just maybe you aren't who you say you are." Stiles explains. "Stiles chill." Veronika mumbles to him. "Look in the fourth grade you had an inhaler and I had one too. I remember this day where Luna had to walk me to the nurse's office because I was having a really bad asthma attack. I was waiting to be taken to the ER and you were waiting for the principal and you explained to me what would happen when I got to the hospital. You made it sound so easy and like everything would be okay." Theo tells Scott and looks at Veronika. "Luna we were bestfriends, we were always together." Theo says to her. "I've been by myself this whole time and you guys know lone wolfs don't make it on their own. I swear guys I'm that same kid from fourth grade. I was hoping all of you were too." Theo says and before anyone could say anything the bell rings. Theo picks up his backpack off the floor and looks at them. "I better head to class you guys aren't the only ones I need to make a good impression on." He says and walks out. Veronika sighs and leans off the locker she was on and Scott looks at Stiles. "Oh no! Don't give me that look." Stiles says as he looks at Scott. "Stiles we have to give people the benefit of the doubt." Scott tells him and Veronika hums. "No okay not this time. I'm right there's something off about him. I know okay, I can feel it." Stiles tells them. Scott then tells him that Lydia is the psychic not him. Veronika then looks at Scott. "Lydia isn't psychic. she's a banshee, There's a big fucking difference." Veronika tells him and walks out.

Scott, Kira and Malia sat in the library when Stiles and Veronika walk in. Stiles slams two papers down on the table and looks at everyone. "So you found something." Scott asks him and Stiles nods. "Another signature. This is Theo's dad's signature on a speeding ticket from eight years ago and this is his signature on the transfer form to Beacon Hills High School." Stiles tells him. "How did you get his transfer form?" Kira asked and Scott gives him a look. "Please tell me you didn't break into the administration office..." He trailed off and Stiles shook his head. "No I didn't break into the administration office." Stiles tells him and looks at Veronika. "He had me use compulsion to get in there." Veronika says and rolls her eyes. "Look can we just focus on the signatures, there different." Stiles states. "I mean they're kind of different." Malia says as she looks at the papers. Stiles then explains how the signatures are different. "So, now Theo is Theo but his parents aren't his parents." Kira asks him. "Someone's not someone and once I figure it out someone is going to be in big trouble." Stiles tells them and Scott nods slowly. "Well no one's done anything wrong." Scott tells them. "Yet." Stiles and Veronika say at the same time and look at each other. Stiles then turns back to Scott. "If Theo's parents are both psychotic killers we shouldn't trust them right." Stiles says to everyone and the Malia says who her parents are. "Okay you know what fine, I don't need you, you or you. I just need Ronnie." Stiles says to them. "Um why the hell do you need me." Veronika asks him. "Because you're basically my partner in crime." Stiles tells her and grabs her hand walking them out of the library. Stiles then tells her where to meet him and Veronika goes to her car.

Hours later Veronika, Stiles and Liam are all in the wood spying on Theo. They see him take something out of his car and he begins to walk off. "We just spent three hours watching this guy play video games in his bedroom. He better be covering up a mass murder." Liam says to them. "You guys still got his scent?" Stiles asks Liam and Veronika. "We don't need it dumbass." Veronika says and points down at the footprints and they all start to walk in that direction. Liam then slows done. "What's wrong love?" Veronika asks him. "I forgot I was suppose to meet Mason at the school gym." He says. Stiles shrugs and looks at him. "Why didn't you just tell him?" Stiles asks him. "What the hell am I suppose to tell him?" Liam retorts back. "Um anything." Veronika says. "I can't tell him anything." Liam says to her. "Why the hell not?" Veronika asks. "Well I haven't told him everything." Liam tells her and Stiles. "We said it was okay." Stiles tells him. "I know, I know but it's a lot to except." Liam says to him. Stiles and Veronika squint their eyes at him. "He watched my dad blow up a berserker with a landmine. I'm pretty sure he'll be fine." Stiles tells him and Liam then starts to rant as they start walking again. Stiles and Veronika then hear a loud thud and turn back around seeing a hole and they look in it. "What the hell are you doing? There he is. Hurry up stop messing around." Stiles says and walks off. Veronika looks down and chuckles before helping Liam out of the hole and they both run and catch up with Stiles. "Try and get his scent." Stiles tells them and Liam and Veronika both concentrate. "Soap. It's nice, it smells good." Liam tells him. "God not that, his emotional state, his chemosignals." Stiles says to him. "Oh okay, Um he's sad." Liam explains and Veronika looks at them both. "No it's grief. We need to go now." Veronika tells them and starts to walk off. When Liam and Stiles catch up to her Stiles shakes his head. "That's the bridge where they found his sister." Stiles says. "What sister?" Liam asks. "Tara. She got lost and died from exposure." Veronika tells him. "Well that doesn't sound very evil." Liam says and Stiles sighs. "Yeah I know." He says. Then Veronika grabs both of their arms making them stop and they see Theo jump down from a tree. "What are you guys doing here?" Theo asks them and Liam steps forward and growls and Veronika puts her hand on his shoulder pulling him back and wraps her arms around him. Seeing that made Theo jealous but he didn't show it. "Why do I get the feeling this kid's tougher than he looks?" Theo asks. "Only when we let him off his leash." Stiles says. "Stiles, we were in little league together. why are you so suspicious of me?" Theo asks him. "Because of these." Stiles tells him and pulls out the two papers from earlier. "The signatures are different." Stiles says and gives Theo the papers. Theo looks down at them and then back up at Stiles. "I mean yeah they do look a little different." He says. "No they're totally different signed by two different people." Stiles says. "So, Uh my dad's not my dad like he's an imposter?" Theo asks him. Veronika zones out of the conversation getting bored she then zones back in. "Want me to give you guys a DNA sample?" Theo asks. "We don't have anything from the fourth grade to match it to." Veronika says to him. "Look Stiles I didn't just come back for Scott and Luna...I also came back for someone like you. Someone who's willing to walk in the woods in the middle of the night to protect his friends. I don't have anyone like that but Scott and Luna do. I know I'm in the right place okay. I'm meant to be here. I'm meant to be a part of this pack." Theo explains to them and Veronika looks at him with furrowed eyebrows. Stiles and Liam start to walk away but Veronika doesn't move. "Ronnie you coming?" Stiles asks her. "I'll just see you tomorrow guys." she tells them without turning around. Once Stiles and Liam are out of sight Veronika again grabs Theo by his neck and pins him up against the tree. "You can lie to everyone else but not me, Theo I've had you wrapped around my finger since the fourth grade." Veronika tells him and Theo chuckles and then smirks at her. "You have a thing for pinning me up against something with your hand around my throat." Theo tells her. Veronika then hears a loud yell distracting her and Theo turns them around switching their positions making Veronika gasp. "You can put on a front and lie to everyone else but you can't lie to me either." Theo tells her and then he moves his mouth towards her ear. "I know you still feel things for me. I know we're still in love with each other and you can say you're not but we both know that's a lie Luna." Theo whispers in her ear and kisses her neck making her shiver. Theo then moves his head and they stare into each others eyes. Veronika then sighs. "You broke my heart when you left me Theo. How do I know you won't do it again?" Veronika asks him. "I won't because you mean too much to me. You won't lose me again."

Theo tells her softly and leans in and kisses her lips and Veronika instantly kisses him back. After they pull apart Veronika pushes him away lightly. "You know with all this sexual tension between us you'll have to do something about it eventually." She tells him and smirks. she then starts to walk away and before she can get too far Theo calls out to her and she turns around. "Oh trust me I will." Theo says to her and smirks and then Veronika walks to her car getting in leaving Theo to think about what he wants to do because he does want power but he's also completely in love with Veronika and doesn't want to lose her and that's leaving him conflicted.

I know it seems like they might be moving too fast but they did have a past. but what do you guys think Theo is going to do? is he gonna tell Veronika the truth and if he does how will she react? also guys remember Veronika is a cunning and ruthless person and she doesn't take shit from anyone. I might have the pack do something that makes her angry who knows.
