━━━ THE SENIOR TRIP for Vista Heights, a remote town, begins with an unexpected storm, cutting their winter adventure short. As the high school students return home, they are greeted by an eerie silence, finding their families inexplicably vanished. Every adult, cousin, classmate, and younger sibling has disappeared without a trace, leaving the students alone and bewildered. The air is thick with unease as they wander through empty streets, desperately searching for any sign of their missing loved ones.

At first, the absence of adults feels like a strange dream. The teens, intoxicated by their newfound freedom, plunge into wild abandon, hosting raucous parties and defying every rule. But their euphoria is short-lived when they discover that the forest surrounding Vista Heights has grown dense and menacing, enclosing the town in an unyielding embrace. What seemed like liberation quickly morphs into a chilling realization—they are trapped with no way out.

As fear takes hold, chaos erupts. The once tight-knit community fractures as friends turn against friends, driven by panic and the primal urge to survive. Resources become scarce, and acts of hoarding, arson, and violence escalate, threatening to plunge the town into darkness. The students, now leaders of their own fragile society, must navigate a treacherous path, establishing order amidst the turmoil. They cling to the hope that unity can stave off the looming anarchy.

Yet, amid the turmoil, the enigma of their families' disappearance haunts them. What force could have swept away every adult and child, leaving no clue behind? With the forest sealing them off from the outside world, the teens are left to unravel the sinister mystery. Can they uncover the truth behind the vanishings and restore their town to its former state, or are they destined to remain ensnared in this nightmarish purgatory forever?
