50. pizza

July 7th, 1986, Derry, Maine
Third Person:
It was windy day in the town of Derry, the days before were blazing hot and sunny. Unlike today's gloomy weather. In Derry, Maine days like this something bad was bound to happen. The only question was when the chaos would ensue.

The day before was boring for the losers club. They were supposed to meet up with the party in the afternoon but the group never showed. To say they were mad about them getting ditched was an understatement especially when Henry Bowers' gang of bullies chased them all across the small town. They surely thought they were dead meat. But with some help from the universe they made to the hideout, their precious clubhouse. Their clothes were dirty and they were sweaty and awfully exhausted from the long, tiresome distance they ran.

Meanwhile the members of the party completely forgot about the event. They were too caught up in the fact that there was a chance their friends had powers, to remember. So when Steve let the party 'explore' the town they've already been through they were surprised to be met with the harsh glares from the members of the losers club.

"Look who finally showed." Stan muttered angrily.

"Look guys were all very sorry—" Mike Wheeler apologized.

"Yeah w-we are too." Bill stuttered slightly.

"Why are you guys being so harsh it was a simple mistake?" Y/n tried to reason.

"We're being 'harsh' because you left us in the open." Eddie huffed.

"What do you mean?" Will asked.

"We waited for you guys and we nearly got killed by Bowers and his asswipes." Beverly explains.

"Who is that?" Dustin murmurs to himself.

"We're soo sorry that happened but we had our own issue to deal with." Max defended.

"Like what?" Mike Hanlon asked politely.

"Yeah, what was soo important for you guys to ditch us anyways?" Ben asked.

"It doesn't concern you, but know it was important." Lucas said.

"It's probably valid." Richie said, dropping the petty argument.

"No! When did you stop defending us?" Stan argued.

"Old Richie would've b-b-been on our side. Or d-did you forget all a-about us." Bill agreed.

"I didn't change and I definitely could never forget about you guys!" Richie said trying not to pick sides.

"But you did! You look the same but your soo different." Lizzy said.

"I'm still the same guy!" Richie yelled getting heated with the situation.

"You know, we were all so close and told each other everything. What happened?"

"Nothing! It's just I can't tell you." He tried explaining. "We all have our own things we don't tell everyone too!"

"It's fine Richie go have fun with your friends." Eddie shrugged, not caring about the boy's feelings.

"Are we really doing that now?" Richie sighed in frustration. The losers didn't respond completely ignoring him. "Fine, whatever, when you stop acting immature come and talk to me!" Richie spat walking away angrily.

"Richie wait!" Beverly called.

"D-don't Bev, he c-chose his f-f-friends already." Bill said.

At this point the party had already left and the losers club acted like nothing happened.

"Guys! What the fuck was that? Bill, Lizzy! Richie has been your friend since you were kids and you treated him like that! Stan, Mike, Ben! They don't owe us a explanation for what was so important it's none of our business anyways. And Eddie I don't know why you have an attitude with him! He didn't decide to move away! It's almost been year so yeah he might be different but he's still a human being and so is the party. They make mistakes just like us, so stop being dickheads to them and grow up!" The red head shouted as she scolded the group.

"Bevvy's right, that was uncalled for." They all nodded in agreement.

"We s-should apologize." Bill spoke.

And with all their rainy day money they managed a apology pizza delivered their address.

Sorry for being dickheads, hope this makes it right,
-losers club.

The party brought another pizza and wrote:

Sorry for ditching you guys, call it even?
-the party

The groups smiled enjoying the pizzas, happily.
