Will's POV:
"Okay. Let's go!" Y/n said. The rest of the party followed Tanner and Y/n, I let go of Y/n's hand. She mouths 'are you okay?' I nod and I signal that I'm going to the back with Mike, she nods as I go to Mike and El smiles.

"Hey I'll be right back." She whispers.

"Hey Mike you okay?" I asked.

"It's today." He mutters.

"Seriously, are you ready?"

"I thought I was but what if he doesn't like me or what if he doesn't wanna to live with us?"

"Mike calm down it's gonna be fine."

September 9th, 1985, DERRY, MAINE

Third Person
"Y-y-you ready R-r-richie ?" Bill stutters.

"Yeah why would you even ask that?" Richie asks.

"Because you're pacing around like a mad man." Stan pointed out.

"So?"

"So stop it's annoying." Eddie rolled his eyes.

"Well you're annoying." Richie replies.

"Oh really?"

"Yeah-"

"Shut up both of you." Beverly says silencing the room.

"What if they don't like me? Or what if they're just like my parents-"

"None of that is gonna happen." Eddie interrupted.

"Plus your welcome to stay with any of us." Mike said patting his back.

"What are we gonna do?" Ben asked changing the subject.

"It's not our last day together. Let's just go to the quarry like old times." Richie said. Everyone nodded and quickly left the school grounds, riding their bikes at the top of the cliff peering into the murky waters. One by one they all jumped until it left Richie and Eddie.

"So I've been meaning to tell you something..." Eddie began.

"So have I." Richie agreed.

"Then you go first." Eddie suggested.

"No it's stupid you go." Richie blushed.

"No you-"

"YOU COMING OR WHAT?!" Stan screamed interrupting Eddie.

Eddie planted a small kiss on the Trashmouth's cheek and jumped into the quarry. Richie stood there baffled by the small boy's actions. He took a deep breath and jumped into the colds waters joining his friends. They played together for an hour or so until lunch rolled around.

"Wanna go to the diner?" Stan asked.

"Yeah." They rest replied.

Time Skipppp

The group of seven ate cheeseburgers and fries with milkshakes. When they decided they were all full the each pulled out money.

"It's on the house. Oh and Pop said this was made just for you loser." Lizzy laughed. (Sorry if that's your name)

"Thanks."

"Don't mention it. Just promise not to leave these guys heart broken, okay?"

(Also Lizzy was the Richie's best friend from the 3rd grade and Eddie isn't the biggest fan of their friendship)

"I can't make any promises but I'll try." Richie smiled as he gave her a hug.

"Wait let's take a picture! Say Cheese!" Bev yelled taking out her polaroid.

"CHEESE!!!" The group yelled. Richie and Lizzy shared one last hug before leaving the diner.

Time Skipppp

The losers rode their bikes up to Bill's house where Richie attempted to find something to wear.

"Ahhh! This is impossible!" He yelled, throwing down his clothes.

"Look it doesn't matter what you wear it's all about how you feel and what you want them to see you as." Bev smiled.

"Your right." He closed the bathroom door and came out wearing and blue and white Hawaiian T-shirt and a pairs of shorts.

"Damn, your fine." Eddie mumbled, by that time Mrs. Denbrough had knocked on the door.

"W-w-well this i-i-is it." Bill stutters.

"Y-yeah."

"Don't worry your gonna be back soon." Mike reassures.

"What if-" Richie starts.

"No buts just relax Rich." Ben says. Eddie grabs Richie's hand

"It's gonna be okay we're all spending the night at Stan's anyways so just call his house if you're nervous or anything." Eddie said leading him out of Bill's house, Richie nods. Cassandra waves at him.

He gets into the car, staring at his friends. He took off his glasses then he pushes his face onto the glass. Everyone rolled their eyes. The car started and they all wave and so does he.

"It's today." He whispers to himself.

"It's today."
