"found you!"

the cheery voice
snapped me out of my morning daze

it was Hoseok

"I'll keep coming early
for you"

he said
with a smile which
I didn't deserve

I nodded skeptically
I did not want to bother him

he sat next to me
watching the dark sky

it was too early
for the both of us

yet he got up for me

"what do you think about?"
he asked

I shrugged
suddenly feeling awkward

"I think about how the sun and moon
work together in an endless cycle

one rises, the other falls
but they're still present together

then the stars align perfectly
and the clouds look so dreamy"

he looked at me
with sparkles in his eyes

I felt unworthy
of his friendship

I asked if he valued us
he said "of course!"

it still worried me
how fragile I am

But he was there to smile like the sun.
