Lottie is a very friendly and energetic girl. She usually has an optimistic outlook on life, and generally follows the saying "we're here for a good time, not a long time.
When you want to do something insane and you want someone to do it with, you ask Lottie. Her answer 99.9% of the time is yes. Whether it's cliffjumping, cruising, partying or anything in between...she's up for it.
She's not a people pleaser by any stretch of the imagination, because she genuinely struggles to care about how other people see her(like a lot) but she is unbelievably caring towards people until they give her a serious reason not to be.
Don't mistake her kindness for meekness. She has a sharp tongue, a witty rapport to back up her fiesty nature. Generally she is too busy enjoying life to hold grudges or get too worried about things but when you hurt her or one of her friends....take cover. She is known to be determined, headstrong and stubborn as she is set in her morals and will not shift. She is very accepting of everyone and doesnt agree with any sort of bias. Always seen wearing an unapologetic grin, it is very difficult to tell her that can't do something or that she shouldn't do something. She will simply prove you wrong.
One of her maxims is "work hard, play harder". She works very hard towards her goals, so much so that she will sometimes end up greatly sleep-deprived. She's smart, very smart, due to her curious nature and thirst for knowledge. She is tactical, observant and very good at solving problems and mysteries. A curious soul with wanderlust and a real sense of adventure is what many call her and she doesn't seem to disagree. She is often told that she could do anything she wants in life but all she wants is something that will let her travel all over. See new things! The one place can become very boring very quickly.

[Likes]
•reading and writing- often at 3am she will climb up to her roof and be armed with some form of book or notebook and pen
•training- she trains in kickboxing, regular boxing and Brazilian jujitsu
•the outdoors- at any given time, She would rather be outside than in. Especially in summer, she is outside a good 80% of the time
•summer- best time of year for adventures! Longer days, brighter sun, less school!
•night- it can be both peaceful and eventful, a bit like her
•tea- she has been fed it since she was little and would take it over coffee any day. She doesn't need any extra energy
•music- she plays guitar(badly) but she also follows many bands and artists. Alot of the time she will have atleast one earphone in her ear.
•meeting new people- you can never have too many friends
•getting to prove people wrong- when people doubt her, she likes to watch them realize their mistake

[Dislikes]
•the cold- less people wanna do stuff, and she hates the nippy weather. Unless it snows.
•isolation- it's her biggest fear
•being told what to do- she may have some...issues with authority.
•boredom- literally goes against everything she is as a person.
•rude people or fake nice people- if you're gonna be a bitch, atleast have the guts to let people know.
•having to stay in one place for too long- pretty damn self explanatory
•coffee- she loves the smell, hates the taste
•Liquorice- a candy.. that isn't sweet???
•salt and vinegar flavoured things- the pungent smell is awful

[Connection to Katherine]
She didn't know Katherine all that well, maybe bumped into her at parties or whatever, but what she doesn't believe is that she is dead.

[Backstory]
Lottie had a pretty good childhood. Being the oldest meant that she was the leader of the pack, the protector. She was just that too, solving any disputes necessary. There was the mild issue of feeling immense pressure to be the best person she could possibly be given that her mother sae her as her chance to do something right. She learned fairly young of what her mother had done but it wasnt like it came from her. She read stories, diaries, any information to put the story together. Regardless, that turned her into something of a detective, which is why she doesn't trust that Katherine is dead. She wouldn't ever tell anyone that but its true.
