Ty is definitely a tumultuous boy, rarely speaking but definitely making something of an impression amongst others. He was pretty much a self-diagnosed psychopath until recently, when people started making him....feel things. Because he's been teaching himself to appreciate people and to feel things, he doesn't know how to deal with certain situation and is adorably awkward or painstakingly unaware. Ty from just a year ago is very different. Unresponsive, unfeeling, dangerous. He stuck his hand in a fryer just to feel something. He did things he doesn't want to speak about. And he won't.

>BACKSTORY<
Ty was born an only child, to parents with more than their own fair share of issues. That's where his began. His own mother collapsed and died infront of him in their bathroom when he was very young of circumstances his father has never and will never tell him, though he can put two and two together.

His father fell into drink, though he stayed stable enough, in Ty's eyes. He would never hit him when he was young, just raise his voice a bit louder than what was comfortable but hey, c'est la vie.

When he was 15, Elena Porter crashed into his life. He started to feel things...not romantically but in a more protective way towards her. He was like her. Almost. Two very chaotic forces. One that felt too much and one that didn't feel anything.

Another force that crashed into his life was bisexuality. Elena explained that she liked people not genders his mind was blown. He hadn't really let himself feel...love until Elena but that was different. She started showing him and he discovered that he liked guys and girls. And dresses. This is where it all went wrong.

Did I forget to mention that Ty's father was a raging homophobe? Oh yeah. That.
Ty decided to try on Elena's one dress that she owned while she was out. He also thought his father was out but alas, he came in to Ty's room to see his son in a dress.

Ty's father had never hit his son. Until then.

It's all a blur what happened, still. Elena was there and he was on the floor and the chaos stopped. And he woke up in a bed. He was given the news that because of her actions, Elena was sent to juvy. He realised that he was never Elena's protector, she was his.

Flash forward through some messy years of self discovery and self loathing. He's staying with his uncle. He wanted to punch his uncle in the face most of the time, he wasn't sure why. He gets the news that Elena is out of prison and in New York. He contacts her and it's like nothing has changed except he feels more. Feels more sick of life specifically. So he uh....

Punched his uncle in the face and stole money to get a plane to New York.
