Upon first glance, Lena is a confident, cocky and deadly girl. Her eyes lack remorse and her heart has turned to stone. Atleast it appears that way, and is somewhat true, given her track record.
She has good reason to be cocky, others suppose. Due to her training, she is able to defend herself using any number of things.. Her skills are too refined to be called a soldiers work, even if she only started her training to join the army, later deciding to go into cyber crimes once she gets the chance. Her deadly determination overshadows others around her, and her stubborn nature makes sure she finishes a job with time to spare. She has great compassion for anyone who gets close enough to see it, and she would kill in an instant for anyone who has done right by her. She's loyal, fiercely loyal. She also has great compassion for kids, and refusee to harm them.
Her cocky nature can often manifest into a sharp wit, a sense of humour dancing around her no matter the situation. One of her maxims is "work hard, play harder". She works very hard towards her goals, so much so that she will sometimes end up greatly sleep-deprived. She's smart, very smart, due to her curious nature and thirst for knowledge. She is tactical, observant and very good at solving problems and mysteries.
Overall, she's a hard nut to crack but once it's done, she's the closest ally you could hope for.

- BACKSTORY
Lena grew up in a fairly nice household, where her intelligence was nurtured and her interests were encouraged. She was the eldest of 3 children and she certainly took it upon herself to be the leader of the pack, always looking out for her siblings even if she had a damn funny way of showing it.
It was when her father died in the line of duty that her life shifted. Mourning came and went and she decided she wanted to join the army. She trained herself and taught herself defense and fighting and got rather good at it. Starting to look into options, something peaked her interest. Cyber crimes. She'd always been good with technology, naturally more inclined towards Maths than English. She had all the equipment there to improve her skills. There was just one problem.
Her mother was now the sole income for the household and while grieving, they had to deal with monetary issues. To help, she had to make the decision to sell all of her equipment. Backed into a corner, Elena didn't know how to get to where she wanted to be anymore. Then the idea to steal a computer came to her. It seemed soooo easy, if she just got in during a break, the computer lab guy trusted her, she was there all the time.

It did not go as planned.
