CASSANDRA OVERHEARD SHANE TALKING TO HIMSELF ABOUT HIS OWN PLAN. He was going to take everything he needed and leave without them knowing. Luckily Cassandra heard him so she waited until he snuck out and followed him. She should've at least told Rebekah but if she was going to get to Silas without anyone knowing, she couldn't tell anyone. She had to stay back a little as she knew Bonnie sensed something following them but thought nothing of it.

Cassandra looks inside the well where they had all disappeared down. She was going to follow them but she remembers what Shane was saying about seeing dead loved ones. What if it was real. What if she could see them again. Cassandra cuts her wrist, letting the blood drop down, hearing it splash in the little water that was left. She jumps down, landing on her feet as she glances around, not seeing any sign of them. Cassandra sighs for a moment, shaking her head. She knew it was stupid to believe anything that professor said. Until she felt something behind her. Spinning around, she is face to face with someone she had never thought she would see in her life. Cassandra barely even recognized her for a second.

"Mom?" She asks as her voice cracks, her eyes instantly filling with tears as she looks at the woman. Helena smiles back at her, taking a couple steps towards her.

"Hello, Cassandra." Helena says as she glances around the girls face. Cassandra feels the tears run down her cheeks. She never in her seven hundred years on this planet would ever believe she would have this moment. "My sweet girl." She whispers as she brings her hand up to her cheek and wipes away the tears. Cassandra could feel her touch but she didn't know how.

"How is this possible?" Cassandra asks as she furrows her eyebrows, melting into her mom's touch. Helena only shakes her head, a small smile lifting her lips.

"You have the most powerful magic inside of you and you're asking how you can see me?" Helena says with a raise of her eyebrow making Cassandra falter as she frowns a little bit. She didn't know if it was a good thing to have this magic inside of her though.

"It's dark magic." She states but Helena only sighs, shrugging her shoulders. There wasn't as much difference as everyone made it out to seem.

"Dark magic, light. It's all the same thing. Just depends how you use it." She replies, Cassandra realizing that maybe she could actually put this magic inside of her to good use. But she could barely control her hunger. How could she control magic. How did she even have magic?

"It wants Silas." Cassandra tells her and Helena only nods at the information as if already knowing. "It has a spell to take his power." She says as she sniffles, wiping her eyes.

"You'll be so powerful, nothing would stop you." Helena says with a proud smile as she brushes away Cassandra's hair. The girl only shakes her head as she didn't want it. She knew she wouldn't be able to live with it without losing herself.

"But, what if I lose control. I can barely stop myself from feeding." She states making Helena sigh, nodding. Cassandra only stares at her, as if thinking she will disappear at any second.

"You won't." Helena replies, her head tilting lightly as she strokes the girls cheek. "Silas will help you." She states, catching Cassandra off guard as she stands back a little bit. She was on guard after hearing the name of the immortal.

"What?" She asks, confusion flooding her features as Helena only takes another step towards her, the smile still on her face.

"If you take his power, he won't wake up but if you do, together you'll be the ultimate immortal." Helena announces making Cassandra frown lightly as she didn't want to raise Silas. Klaus didn't want her to. She knew it was wrong.

"But he'll kill us all." Cassandra points out, knowing that if Silas was free, he would raise hell on earth.

"Only the people who get in his way." Helena responds as she sighs, knowing it wasn't easy divulging this information.

"From doing what." She asks curiously as she tilts her head a little bit. Helena stays silent for a moment before taking her face in her hands.

"Raise Silas." Helena tells her. Cassandra stares at her, a million different thoughts running through her mind.

"He can help you."

CASSANDRA WANDERS THROUGH THE CAVE AFTER FINISHING HER TALK WITH HER MOM. Maybe she was right. Raising Silas could be good. And after all, maybe it was a myth that he would kill everyone. No one knew him for over 2000 years and of course the woman who got her heart broken would say bad things about him. Cassandra sighs, hearing Bonnie and Jeremy a little bit, their voices getting closer. "How do we raise Silas?" She asks as she glances around, making sure no one else was down her. She had passed Shane who had begged her to help him but she only told him she was going to raise Silas herself so he didn't have to go anywhere.

He needs to feed

Cassandra thinks to herself for a moment before hearing Jeremy's voice again. Jeremy might have the slightest bit of leniency when it came to killing Kol but he still did it and he was Elena's brother. It was killing two birds with one stone. Jeremy would be dead and Elena would suffer the loss of her only family left, which would be insufferable that maybe she would take her own life. "I know exactly who to use." Cassandra says before hearing a commotion ahead. Flashing there, she notices someone on top of Jeremy and she rolls her eyes. Speeding behind them she grabs the man, her fangs about to dig into his neck.

"Don't! The hunters curse." Jeremy tells her making her stop for a second before sighing and throwing him against the wall so he was unconscious. Cassandra was sort of surprised that Jeremy told her but maybe he was just feeling guilty. He should.

"Bonnie." Jeremy says after getting up from the ground. Cassandra looks over, noticing Bonnie leaning against the wall obviously injured. Cassandra sighs, about to take a step forward. "Heal her." He pleads as he looks back at Cassandra who was simply staring at Bonnie.

Don't yet. We have to wake Silas.

"In a minute." Cassandra tells him before turning away from him making Jeremy furrow his eyebrows. Why couldn't she just heal Bonnie now? One reason. Bonnie could stop her.

"The cure can wait, what is wrong with you." Jeremy asks with a scoff before turning back to bonnie who coughs up blood.

"Jeremy!" A voice calls out as Cassandra turns her head to look at the person who just came in. Elena.

"Elena, please save Bonnie." Jeremy asks as he gestures towards the injured girl. Elena stares at him for a second before pointing at Silas's rotting corpse.

"The cures right there, Jer." She tells him making Jeremy furious that both of them were more interested in the stupid cure than saving their friends life.

"I don't care!" He yells at her making Elena glare, rolling her eyes as she grew annoyed.

"I forgot what a brat you were." She mutters making Cassandra glance again at the girl, only to realize that it was Katherine instead. What she was doing here, she had no idea.

"What?" Jeremy asks as he looks back, Cassandra taking this opportunity to grab him. Biting into his wrist, Jeremy let's out a pained scream before she moves it over to Silas's mouth.

"Cassandra.." Bonnie weakly says, trying to get up but she couldn't even talk properly. Cassandra ignores her, biting into Jeremy's neck before moving it to Silas. After a couple seconds, Silas grabs ahold of the boy making cassandra back up a little bit.

"Sorry, Bon. But only Silas can help me." Cassandra says once she turns to look at the girl. Katherine's eyes widen a little bit, it was what she was going to do but she didn't expect Cassandra to do it. "Katherine, what are you doing here?" She asks, meeting the girls eyes. Katherine only smirks before reaching past Silas and Jeremy and grabbing the cure.

"Coming for this." She says as she holds up the little wooden box.

"Why?" Cassandra was confused on why she even wanted it when she knew for a fact that Katherine would never want to be human again.

"I need leverage don't I?" Katherine asks she raises her eyebrow, knowing everyone would want it so she could definitely make a deal. Cassandra still didn't understand because it wasnt like Klaus was going to kill her. Well, now he might. Katherine smirks before disappearing just as Jeremy's neck is snapped and he falls to the ground lifeless. Cassandra sighs before moving over to Bonnie and feeding her her blood.

"What did you do." Bonnie says after she heals, staring at Cassandra like she was crazy. Cassandra didn't care what Bonnie thought, she did the right thing. Whether or not anyone else thought that was debatable.

"I had to."

AFTER LEAVING BONNIE ALONE IN THE CAVE WITH JEREMY, Cassandra waited in the woods for any sign of Silas popping up. She could have waited in the caves but she knew the others were going to show up sooner or later. She was growing anxious waiting, desperately wishing she had just taken the body with her. Kicking at the twigs on the ground, she hears a sound behind her. Turning around quickly, she is met with an unexpected face.

"Cassandra." He says with a smirk on his face as he walks over to her. Cassandra only stares blankly back at him, wondering if this was some sort of trick because there was no way that the man was standing in front of her right now.

"Kol?" She asks as she looks the man up and down, thinking he was going to flash away at any moment. Silas tilts his head, laughing a little as he walks closer to her.

"Not exactly." Silas tells her as he shakes his head. Cassandra just stares at him for a moment, thinking to herself before it hits her. She was still confused on how he looked like Kol though as it was impossible.

"Silas." Cassandra says in an almost confused tone as she sees the man stop right in front of her. Silas nods his head as he leans closer, his eyes analyzing her.

"It's nice to finally meet you." He says as he glances around the area before his eyes settle on her. Silas brings his hand up to brush her hair away from her face, his eyes seemingly burning holes into her.

"Why are you.. how do you look like him." Cassandra asks as she didn't exactly want to look at her dead best friend. It was bad enough even thinking about Kol but seeing him when it wasn't really him? Not something she wanted.

"One of my tricks, you don't think I'd let you see my true face did you?" Silas chuckles a little bit, licking his bottom lip which makes Cassandra raise her eyebrows. She would think after she just raised him from the dead that he would at least shoe his real face to her.

"You don't trust me?" Cassandra asks as she looks at him but Silas only smirks at her for a moment. Leaning in, he moves his finger down her chin and hovers over her lips.

"I feel your power." Silas whispers to her making her gulp a little bit at the tight proximity. "You need to let it in." He tells her, his hand stroking her cheek as he stares into her eyes.

"But I could hurt somebody." Cassandra was so worried that what happened last time would happen again. What if she got a hold of the stake and killed Klaus. Killed Elijah. Anyone.

"Youll be so powerful. You want to be powerful." Silas assures her as he shakes his head, knowing that she would be worried about her friends. Cassandra feels both of his hands on her face, bringing her closer.

"I want to be powerful." Cassandra says, almost involuntarily as she stares into the man's eyes. Silas smiles at her before leaning towards her ear.

"There is a way you can be powerful and not feel guilty about it." He whispers, his lips hitting her ear as she takes in his words. Cassandra furrows her eyes for a moment as he pulls back. "You can not feel anything." Silas says once he meets her eyes again. Cassandra's eyes widen as he couldn't believe that he was even suggesting that she flips off her humanity.

"I can't do that." She says as she shakes her head, quickly denying his request making Silas tilt his head a little bit, her face still in his hands.

"Yes, you can. You want to switch it off. You want to allow the power within you to rise. We could be so powerful." Silas tells her as he smirks at her, seeing the confusion in her eyes but he knew she was giving into it.

"But Nik.." Cassandra says softly, not wanting to leave him, not wanting to hurt him by doing this. Klaus would be so disappointed in the fact that she raced Silas, let alone gave into the divine and turned off her humanity.

"Klaus doesn't care about you. Isn't he the one who always hurts you, told you you'd be nothing as a human.. he doesn't deserve your power, Cassandra." Silas coerces as he lets his lips run over her jaw as he speaks before meeting her eyes. Cassandra clenches her jaw a little bit, her memory being a little bit fuzzy.

"How can you help me." She asks quietly, Silas knew she was ready to listen. Ready to give in. And that's exactly what he needed.

"I'll help you use the power in ways you can't even imagine. You'll be more powerful than even your little fiance." Silas tells her with a smirk as he runs his thumb over her bottom lip. "You could even be more powerful with me." He whispers as he tilted his head, Cassandra nodding her head as she listens to his words. "You want this." Silas says as with every word, he inches closer to her. "All you have to do is flip the switch and let her in." Silas tells her as he sees her close her eyes. He chuckles before moving to her ear, his warm breath hitting it. "Flip it." He coerces, staying there for a moment before pulling away and waiting for Cassandra to look at him. Silas smirks once he sees her open her eyes. They were blank, filled with darkness as they stared back at him. She had given in. To him. To the divine. Silas chuckles darkly as he watches the girl's face transform from one of worry to a blank slate.

"Now that's more like it."
