β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’
THE GIRLS HAD CONVINCED STEFAN AND KLAUS TO ALLOW THEM TO GO TO A SMALL BOUTIQUE BEFORE GOING BACK TO GLORIA'S. Or more so, Cassandra had forced them because she knew Rebekah needed a change of clothes and she deserved to live a little before she was daggered by Klaus again which was going to happen since she didn't have what the witch needed. "There has to be more to this dress." Rebekah says as she walks out of the dressing room, not approving at all of the dress Cassandra had chosen for her.
"There's not." Klaus tells her with a sigh as he was internally wishing he was anywhere else at that precise moment.
"So women in the twenty first century dress like prostitutes then?" Rebekah asks with a sigh as she makes a look of disgust, glancing at her dress once again. Cassandra chuckles as she opens the curtain, finally finished putting her dress on.
"Are you calling me a prostitute, Bekah?" Cassandra asks when she makes her way out of the dressing room. Everyone stares at her for a moment, even Stefan was taken aback by her appearance. She was wearing a tightly fitted red dress that showed off quite a lot of skin. It stopped underneath her butt, a slit on one side of her thighs, going as far up as her hip bone, the plunging neckline gave a prominent show of her breasts as her back was left exposed, showing off the defined muscles. Rebekah was the first the say anything as the two boys couldn't stop gawking at her.
"You slept with my brother after he chased you for five hundred years so.. possibly." Rebekah says after a moment of deliberation. Cassandra sighs as she shrugs her shoulders, not really getting offended by her comment.
"You have to get paid to be a prostitute." She points out as she raises an eyebrow. The blonde only gives her a blunt look, not liking her stating facts that she didn't care for.
"Not my point." Rebekah says as she grimaces a little bit at her outfit, not thinking it suited her very well because she wasn't used to wearing something so revealing.
"Come on, you look hot." Cassandra compliments her as she gives a small wink to the blonde. Rebekah smiles before rolling her eyes at her brother's obvious daze.
"Obviously you look ravishing to my brother since he can't stop staring at you." She complains, one of the things she did not miss about them being around each other. Rebekah just hoped she never had to see them do anything sexual again because three times is truly scarring enough.
"Have I mentioned how wonderful it is to have you back, sister?" Klaus asks her with a fake smile on his lips causing her to give him an annoyed expression.
"You know, I got dirty looks for wearing trousers." Rebekah tells the boys who only shrug their shoulders, it wasn't their problem.
"You wore trousers so women today could wear nothing." Klaus says with a smirk as he goes back to running his eyes over Cassandra's outfit choice. She only grimaces at him, letting out a dramatic sigh.
"I thought women got rights so we could get rid of the toxic masculinity that surrounds us." Cassandra says as she crosses her arms against her chest before giving the two men a pout. "If we wear nothing, it's not for men darling." She adds with a smirk, winking at the two of them who both raise their eyebrows at her comment. But it was true, whatever she wore on her body was not for a man's pleasure. It was for her own confidence and her own pleasure. If they want pleasure so much they can jack off to each other.
"And what is this music, it sounds like a cable car accident." Rebekah complains as she listens to the trash they were playing on the speaker.
"It's dance music." Stefan tells her watching the girl grimace as she couldn't stand the sound of it any longer.
"People dance to this?" She asks with a scoff making Klaus groan as he rolls his eyes, letting his head hit the back of the couch.
"Are we done?" He asks impatiently as this was not exactly how he wanted to spend the afternoon.
"Excuse her for being curious after you locked her in a box for ninety years." Cassandra snaps at him making Rebekah smirk at her for a moment. She turns her attention back to her brother, raising a curious eyebrow at him.
"And why are you so grumpy?" She asks him in an expectant voice, watching as his eyes flicker to Cassandra for a moment. "Well, before you checked out Cass's chest." Rebekah adds with a roll of her eyes, making a slight look of disgust towards her brother. Klaus only rolls his eyes for a moment, turning his eyes to his sister.
"I needed one thing from you for the witch to find out why my hybrids are dying. One thing, your necklace and you lost it." Klaus tells her in an annoyed voice before his eyes flicker back to Cassandra who was making funny faces at Stefan who was silently laughing. He glares at the pair, not like they noticed since they seemed to be in their own little world.
"I didn't lose it, it's just been missing for ninety years." Rebekah corrects him with a scoff as she crosses her arms against her chest.Β She lets out a sigh before gesturing at her outfit. "So, what do you think?" She asks them causing Stefan to only place his chin in the palm of his hand.
"I like it." He tells her making her give him a scowl. "What, I said I liked it." Stefan repeats with a confused expression on his face.
"I could always tell when you're lying, Stefan." Rebekah says with a frown, hating how he wasn't interested in her anymore.
"You could at least say we look hot." Cassandra says which only makes Stefan glances towards Klaus who was giving him a look which practically told him to watch what he said. "Don't look at him, no one cares what he wants you to say." She tells the man, taking a step closer in order to nudge his head with her heel. Stefan clears his throat, taking another look at the girls, his eyes lingering on Cassandra for a little longer than he should have which made Klaus clench his fists together. The raven haired vampire let's out a whine as she places her hands on her hips. "So, I was hot in 1864 but not now?" Cassandra says with a little pout as she stares at Stefan who suddenly freezes at her words. Klaus snaps his head towards the Salvatore, squinting his eyes as it wasn't hard to piece together.
"You got all the ladies, didn't you Stefan? I don't know how, you're not charming anymore." Rebekah snorts as she notices her brother getting angrier by the second. She turns away with a huff before going into her dressing room.
"Nice one, good work." Klaus tells him although his attitude for was a completely different reason.
"You undaggered her." Stefan says, trying to avoid his eye contact as he kept his gaze strictly at the floor.
"I heard that." Rebekah says loudly as she couldn't seem them right now. Klaus kept his attention sorely on Stefan who was grimacing, waiting for the man to just attack him.
"So, when you said you knew Cassandra back in 1864, you meant what exactly?" Klaus asks the Salvatore in a stern voice, glaring daggers at the man. Stefan gulps a little bit, looking at Cassandra for help as he really didn't want to be killed just because he slept with her god knows how long ago.
"Grow up, Nik." Cassandra tells him making Klaus turn to look at her, clenching his jaw a little. "It was almost 400 years after I left you. We had sex a couple times. Big deal." She states with a groan, not wanting to argue everytime someone brings up her sex life. It wasn't like he didn't have sex in five hundred years which he most likely did. Cassandra turns around annoyed in order to get dressed again.
"Alright, I'm going to get some fresh air." Stefan clears his throat, not really wanting his heart ripped out. He thought it would be better if he wasn't in the room while Klaus let off some steam. Klaus follows his every movement before getting up and going into Cassandra's changing room.
"Walking into a woman's changing room. Classy." Cassandra says with a blunt stare as he only closes the curtain, staring at her. She already knew what he was going to ask, especially since she had seen his face when the fact of Stefan and Cassandra fucking had come to light.
"So, you and Stefan?" Klaus says, his voice fully of jealousy and anger, not liking how he was never told of their past. Stefan and Cassandra had slept In the same room the other night and he allowed it, thinking nothing would happen. He wouldn't have allowed it if he had known Stefan had sex with his love before.
"Don't be so sour, Nik. It was a long time ago." She tells him with a sigh, not wanting to get into an argument about something that took place centuries ago. Klaus nods his head before sitting down on the little bench that was in the changing room. "Are you gonna--" Cassandra cuts herself off as Klaus just leans back against the wall.Β "You're sitting on my clothes." She groans as she gives him a glare but Klaus only smirks at her, his eyes grazing her body as it did look ravishing on her like Rebekah had said. Cassandra stares at him and for a moment, she was wondering why she was going to say this but she knew it might come out eventually anyways, especially if Stefan decided to say something.
"I almost died." She finally let's that fact out, the one she's been keeping from him for so long. Cassandra didn't even know why she never told him, maybe because she didn't want to relive it ,maybe because she wanted to spare him the pain of knowing. "Back in 1864, I almost died." Cassandra elaborates as Klaus only stares at her with a look of confusion, not understanding why he hadn't known this sooner. "If it wasn't for Stefan and Damon, I would be dead right now." She admits with a small frown watching as Klaus's eyes flash with guilt and pain, thinking that her death would've been his fault. "Which, ironically is how they ended up dead." Cassandra finishes with a small frown. Klaus was just staring at her for a moment, his mind internally thanking the Salvatore's for saving Cassandra although he'd never thank them out loud. Getting up from the seat, he walks over to her making her back up a little bit. "What are you doing?" She asks with furrowed eyebrows as he makes the distance between them non-existent. Cassandra felt his hot breath on her lips, his eyes boring into hers. It was only when she felt his hands lifting the tiny dress up her hips did she realize his intentions. But she didn't stop him which was what surprised her the most. Klaus lifts her from the ground, allowing her to wrap her legs around his waist. They continue to stare at each other, Cassandra hearing the faint sound of Klaus removing his pants. Suddenly she is filled with pleasure as he thrusts into her. The slow pace suddenly turns frantic as he starts to thrust more deeply into her. Cassandra keeps their eye contact as Klaus fucks into her at a desirable pace. Her body was slamming into the wall, their skin slapping together as Klaus's hands dug into her hips. She could feel herself getting close as a soft moan escapes her lips, she was trying to keep quiet since they were in public but she couldn't help the sound that came out. Klaus only lifts one hand up, clasping it around her throat as he gives her a warning look. Cassandra only smirks at him, her expression showing only pure bliss and content. Another moan leaves her lips but this one was intentional as she locks eyes with him once again. Klaus's eyes flash with slight amusement but purely lust as his hand tightens around her throat causing her to let out a little gasp. Cassandra could feel him only intensifying his pace, bottoming her out everytime he thrusted into her. That is what pushed her over the edge, feeling him let go inside of her. She lets out a soft cry, her hands gripping his hair as her head drops into his neck, breathing heavily.
β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’
STEFAN HAD FINALLY JOINED THE TWO ORIGINALS AND CASSANDRA AS THEY SAT IN GLORIA'S BAR. Cassandra had not uttered a word to Klaus since their little rendezvous in the changing room and he hadn't pressed her on it either. He more wanted to talk to her about losing control the other day but he knew she also most likely would not want to talk about it. Rebekah was the first one to notice the Salvatore's presence, a small frown on her lips. "You left us." She tells him with a sigh as she crosses her arms against her chest. Stefan clears his throat as his eyes flicker between the group.
"Yeah, sorry. I couldn't take any more retail shopping." Stefan admits with a tight smile, sitting next to Cassandra which makes klaus glare at him since there were many other places he could've chosen.
"Tell me about it." Klaus mutters as he was glad that Rebekah decided to leave once she bought the dress Cassandra told her to. Cassandra only snorts as she raises an amused eyebrow at the boy.
"I'm pretty sure you enjoyed the view." She tells him with a knowing smirk on her lips. Klaus meets her eyes, chuckling lightly as he licks his bottom lip.
"I always enjoy this view, love." Klaus says, glad that she had decided to keep the dress on that she had tried in the boutique. Rebekah only groans, making a look of disgust.
"This is something I have not missed at all." She admits with a slight shiver before glaring at the two of them. "Plus, you two are disgusting. You do realize other people were in that store right?" Rebekah asks them making Cassandra bite her bottom lip, realizing that she must have heard the commotion that was happening in her dressing room. The fact that she had vampire hearing didn't help though.
"Blame your brother." Cassandra says with a shrug as she glances at the man who couldn't hide his smirk at all. Stefan glances towards Klaus who only glares at him once more but at least now this might get the point across to him that Cassandra was his.
"This is not doing your 'i hate him' argument any good." Stefan tells the girl as he nudges her, ignoring Klaus entirely. He didn't know why the man was so mad, it happened centuries ago and Klaus is treating it like they had fucked each other yesterday.
"I can hate him and still get a good fuck. It's been a long summer guys, I am desperate." Cassandra says with a sigh as she rests her back on her hand. Stefan and rebekah both roll their eyes at the girls behaviour. "It's not my fault that he knows how to pleasure me very well." She says, practically moaning as she gives a teasing them, wanting to get under their skin if they were going to make fun of her.
"okay, ew. That is still my brother, Cassie." Rebekah points out as she shivers out of disgust, not wanting to hear that about anyone she is related to ever again. "And I didn't think you'd be that desperate." She adds with a scoff, glancing at her brother who was still smirking, loving how cassandra was praising him.
"What is she doing?" Stefan asks to change the subject as he gestured towards Gloria who was trying to do a spell.
"She's failing." Klaus says harshly as he stares at the witch who only rolls her eyes.
"It's hard to find something when you don't have anything to go on." Gloria tells him as she tries to concentrate.
"So, use me. I only wore it for a thousand years." Rebekah tells the witch who opens her eyes, looking at them like they'd all grown three heads.
"See, now this one offers a solution." She scoffs with a roll of her eyes but takes Rebekah's hand anyways.
"Can we at least open this place up to a couple people, I'm starving." Cassandra pipes up with a groan as she kicks her feet together. Klaus glances at her, not wanting her to have another near miss again so instead he tilts his head for her. Stefan had told him about the other night when she had drained someone and acted like it was nothing afterward. He was glad the man thought Cassandra's humanity was worth more than their trust.
"Have at it, love." He tells her and she gratefully takes the opening, climbing on his lap before sinking her teeth into his neck. Cassandra let out a content noise, allowing her fangs to go deeper for a moment.
"Why do you prefer vampire blood?" Stefan asks as she was in the middle of feeding. Cassandra pulls back by herself, meeting the boys eyes who was staring at her curiously.
"Nik had me drink his for a while when I was trying to control myself." She tells the man before shrugging her shoulders, not really knowing why his tasted better than human blood. "I guess I just find it more satisfying."Β Cassandra finishes before taking a couple more drinks of his blood before pulling away and cleaning him up afterwards.
"Kol back then did not help the situation." Rebekah mutters as Cassandra gets off of Klaus's lap. He rolls his eyes at the mention of his erratic younger brother who had control, he just decided never to use it.
"Don't blame him. He made nights without Nik fun." Cassandra pipes up, defending the man who wasn't here to defend himself
"When are you going to wake him?" She asks Klaus who only shakes his head, not intending on waking the rest of siblings for a long time. Rebekah only got lucky.
"Not anytime soon." He tells her as he makes his way to Gloria, ignoring the pleading expression she got from cassandra.
"Alright, give me your hand sweetheart." Gloria tells Rebekah after the girl had pulled It away to join in on the conversation
"She's uh.. she's looking for the necklace huh?" Stefan asks, gulping lightly as his eyes try not to connect with anyone's because he thought that they would figure him out if he did.
"Wait, what does this necklace look like?" Cassandra suddenly questions with furrowed eyebrows before searching around the room for a picture that could help identify what this necklace actually looked like. Maybe she had seen it before. Trying to remember back hundreds of years ago was not an option.
"I can sense something." She says making Stefan tense as he did not like the feeling of the woman getting do close to figuring out Elena was alive. "I found it." Gloria states opening her eyes as she meets Rebekah's, urgency in them.
"So, where is it?" She asks quickly, wanting to get it back as soon as possible but Gloria only sighs, shaking her head.
"It doesn't work like that, doll. I get images. A girl with her friends--" Gloria is cut off by a furious Rebekah who didn't like the thought of anyone having her necklace except for her.
"Yes, a dead girl with dead friends if I don't get my necklace back." She snaps at the witch who sighs a little bit, glancing at the eyes around her.
"Well, I'll have to dive back in to get the details." She tells them making Klaus lean against the table she was sitting at.
"So, dive." He demands her, giving her a harsh glare as he wanted find that necklace as quickly as they could.
"I need more time. And space. You're harshing my juju." Garcia states as she looks at him expectantly but Klaus doesn't move an inch.
"We can wait." Klaus tells her but the witch only raises an eyebrow also needing him to back the hell away from her.
"I'm sure you can but that's not what I asked." Gloria tells him harshly causing the hybrid to glare at her. Cassandras eyes land on a picture of Rebekah and Klaus together in the 20's making her smile until her eyes land on something around Rebekah's neck.
"Oh, my god." She gasps as she stares at the picture, not believing what she was seeing. Everyone turns their heads to look at the girl was only standing in pure shock.
"What is it?" Klaus asks as he moves towards her, concern and confusion filling his features.
"Is this the necklace? The one in this photo?" Cassandra asks them as she holds the photo out to the original siblings so they can take a look at it.
"Yeah, it is. Why?" Rebekah asks confused as she stares at the woman in front of her as a look of realization hits her. Cassandra couldn't believe that the necklace they were looking for was so close all this time. But she did question if Stefan knew about it but didn't say anything for an unknown reason. Glancing up and meeting the eyes of everyone staring at her, she takes a deep breath.
"Elena had that necklace."
β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’Β°β’
"Why did the dopplebitch have my necklace?" Rebekah asks harshly as they stand in their warehouse, trying to figure out if Elena had the necklace when Klaus had killed her or not. The man seemingly couldn't quite remember what she was wearing, not that he cared since she was just a sacrifice to him. Cassandra gestures over to the Salvatore who was standing silently.
"Stefan gave it to her." She says making them all look his way but no on thought much of it because he didn't have his memories when he gave the doppleganger the necklace, he also didn't know of the significance or where he got it from. "He put vervain in it... You know.. keep the vampires from compelling her." Cassandra explains to them making Klaus rub his head, Internally groaning. "Elijah knew she had it. Bummer he's dead." She says dramatically as she glances over at Klaus who only rolls his eyes, not in the mood for her commentary.
"You killed Elijah too?" Rebekah asks, scoffing lightly as she couldn't think of a sibling that he hadn't daggered. But it was surprising he got to Elijah since they've been at odds for a while now.
"I guess we're gonna have to go get it then." Klaus tells them as he lets out a sigh, ignoring both comments about his brother.
"From her grave?" She asks, her eyebrows raising at the thought of actually digging it up. "Okay, I may not have been her biggest fan but that's cruel." Cassandra states with a sigh, wanting the doppleganger to be able to rest in peace and not have it disturbed by Klaus having a vengeance.
"We need the necklace to make my hybrids, love." Klaus says as he strokes her cheek before glancing at the others. "I'll be back." He tells them before heading off. Cassandra sighs as she walks away from Rebekah and Stefan leaving them alone. Sliding down a wall, she closes her eyes for a moment just wanting all of this to be over by now. Especially if it meant they had to go back to mystic falls.
Cassandra rushes after Kol, laughing as the two ran through the streets of the town. Klaus had been away for two days now and the girl had gotten quite bored. Luckily Kol was around to keep the girl company. He smirks at her as he leads her into the festival the twin was having, music blaring in their ears. "Are we here to dance?" She asks as she smiles at all the happy people who seem to be having so much fun. Kol shakes his head, wrapping an arm around her shoulders.
"No, darling. Were here for something more fun than that." He tells her with a smirk playing on his lips. Cassandra glances at him curiously, raising an eyebrow at him. She didn't understand why Klaus never wanted them to be alone, it's not like she found the man attractive. They rather repulsed each other that way but they were best of friends. Why? They had no clue since their personalities were polar opposites.
"And that is what exactly?" She asks with a giggle as she smiles up at him. Kol only points his finger at all the dancing people.
"The free buffet of course." Kol states as he grabs a female as she was walking by, compelling her before taking a bite out of her neck. He groans for a second before releasing her and holding the woman towards Cassandra.
"I don't think Nik would like this very much." She says hesitantly as she glances at the woman who was just looking at her with a blank expression. Kol rolls his eyes, hating how Klaus had such a contril over her. She deserved to know what real blood tasted like.
"Oh, come on. Live a little. Not by Nik's rules." He tells her as he gives her a knowing expression. Cassandra only grimaces, not knowing if she should listen to him or obey what Klaus had taught her. "I am your best friend and I am demanding you to have fun." Kol states with a firm nod, wiggling his eyebrows at her. Cassandra sighs, deciding that for one night she should be able to hang out with Kol and not have to worry about Klaus. She lets her fangs out, biting into the woman's neck, Instantly moaning at the taste. "See, there you go." Kol tells her before grabbing another woman and feeding off if her. Cassandra drops the body to the ground, smiling to herself as she felt the blood course through her body. Her urges take over quickly, causing her to speed over to another person and tear her fangs into them.
"This feels amazing." She tells Kol after a couple minutes go by. The man only smirks at her, finishing off the woman he was drinking from before moving over to Cassandra who was drenched in blood by now. There was at least thirty bodies scattered between both of them.
"I told you, didn't I." He says before watching her sink her teeth Into yet another person. Kol smirks before doing the same thing, that is until the fun was suddenly halted because of an unknown presence making its way over to them.
"What the bloody hell are you two doing?" A voice breaks them both out of their trances, glancing over to see Klaus, Elijah and Rebekah all staring at the scene in front of them. Cassandra was still feeding on the blonde in her arms until Rebekah snatched her away, feeding her blood and compelling her to forget everything.
"Oh, look. It's the fun police." Kol groans as he rolls his eyes, dropping the body he was holding to the ground as he glanced at his family who were all glaring at him and if looks could kill, and he could die, he would be ten feet under.
"Nik, you're back?" Cassandra asks, slightly out if it as she stumbled towards him, grabbing onto his shirt. Klaus catches her, glaring over at his brother who was only acting like this was completely normal for her.
"Come on, were only having a bit of fun. Join us." He says with a sigh, about to bite into another person but Elijah out yanks them out of his brothers grip and compelling them to leave.
"Are you out of your mind, Kol?" Elijah questions as his eyes falter at the sight of some many people scattered everywhere.
"Are these your bodies or hers." Klaus asks sternly, hoping that he was the one who actually killed everyone and Cassandra was just here merely for the entertainment.
"Ummm..." Kol trails off, not really knowing the answer as they had just started dropping. There was no true indication to find that out.
"God, Kol. Can you be any more of a bloody idiot?" Rebekah asks with a scoff as she shakes her head at him. Cassandra was leaning into her, her head resting on her shoulder.
"I just wanted her to live a little. You guys are constantly on her twenty four seven." Kol says with a groan, rubbing his face as he really didn't feel like getting scolded this late at night.
"Because unlike you, she feels something whenever she kills." Elijah tells him, feeling angry towards his brother for forcing the girl into something when he had no true idea why they made her stick to vampire blood or blood bags.
"She looks fine." Kol says with a scoff as he rolls his eyes, crossing his arms against his chest. Cassandra though was staring blankly at all of them, not really showing her true emotions.
"Until she wakes up tomorrow and reality sets in on what she's done." Klaus snaps at him harshly before shaking his head and leading Cassandra out of the crowd. Kol watched them, a frown on his face as he never realized how bad it was for her. He just thought she felt remorse for killing.
A harsh slam takes her out of the memory as she glances up, seeing Klaus storm over to her with an angry expression on his face. "You're back already?" Cassandra asks but he only grabs her arm and drags her to meet up with Rebekah and Stefan who seemed to be having a conversation together which didn't seem to be going well.
"Gloria's gone, she's cleared out. We need to find a new witch immediately." Klaus announces with pure anger In his eyes. Cassandras heart drops. She was supposed to help her contact her mother. Klaus noticed the tension in the room, glancing between his sister and Stefan. "What's going on?" He asks, wanting to know what had happened while he was gone.
"Something's wrong, he was asking about Mikael. He's not with us Nik, I can sense it." Rebekah says as she backs away from the man who knew he had to think of something quick, he couldn't let them find out about Elena.
"She's wrong." He tries to deny quickly as he turns to Klaus who staring at him suspiciously, obviously believing his sister. "Klaus. You know I'm here, right?" Stefan asks but the man doesn't answer him. Cassandra walks behind him discreetly before grabbing his head causing the man to gasp. "Cassandra!" He yells as she starts to flash through his mind, fighting against him as he tried to get her out. Stefan knew what she was trying to do. She was trying to see exactly what he was hiding from them."Stop!" He begs her but she only makes him drop to his knees, searching in further before a gasp leaves her lips as she sees the scene unfold in front of her eyes. Elena.
"What did you do, Stefan?" She asks sadly before letting him go, allowing him to hold onto his head trying to get the pain to go away.
"Cassandra, please." He pleads with the girl, staring up at her but Cassandra only shakes her head, not believing that he would keep such a big thing from her. The thing that was making Klaus keep her in his grasp because he couldn't make hybrids.
"Love?" He asks softly, furrowing his eyebrows as she had obviously seen something when she went into Stefan's mind.
"I knew Elijah was trying to save the life of the doppleganger but I thought it wasn't going to work because Damon gave Elena his blood. I guess they found another way." She explains to them as she meets Stefan's eyes, he was silently begging her not to do this. Not to tell them what he had been hiding all this time. But she didn't care what he wanted. He wasn't her friend. He apparently never had been.
"What are you saying?" Klaus asks curiously, still not getting what she was trying to tell them.
"They brought Elena back." Cassandra announces making the originals eyes widen. That's why it wasn't working, because the doppleganger wasn't truly dead. "She's alive." She says with pure hatred in her voice as she meets the eyes of the Salvatore who knew it was over now.
"Just give me a chance to explain myself, okay?" Stefan asks, begging that they allow him to try and find his way out of the situation he got himself into.
"No need. I'm not mad... Cassandra is a tad though." Klaus tells him with a sly smirk on his face as he gestures to the woman who was trying to keep herself composed as she stares down at him.
"After all I did to save Elena's ass over and over again, risking my own in the process. You decide it's okay to lie to me." Cassandra says, her eyes filling with tears which made Stefan feeling terrible about withholding the information from her but he couldn't allow her to know the truth. She couldve told Klaus about it and he couldn't risk that.
"Cassandra, I was--" Stefan tries to explain himself but he knew it was no use, Cassandra had already decided that he was an enemy now, that he couldn't be trusted.
"You knew how much it hurt when I found out that Elijah broke my trust but you go and do it anyways." She says, feeling hurt that after all he knew she went through, he decided it was okay to do the exact same thing to her. "Do you know what all of this pain in my life has felt like?" Cassandra asks, a single tear dripping down her cheek. Stefan shakes his head, not really liking where this was going. "Let me show you." She snaps at him before grabbing onto his head and allowing all the built up pain, frustration, pure emotion to be flooded into him all at once. Stefan screams out,Β trying desperately to get out of her hold but it was no use, she was way stronger than him.
"Stop!" Stefan screams at her, pain errupting through his body again causing him to let out a loud yell. Cassandra eventually stops, bending down to become eye level with him as he writhers around in complete agony.
"That's just a fraction of what I've felt over the past seven hundred years." Cassandra tells him, all emotion void from her now as she slams her heart into his chest and grasps his heart. He gives her a pleading expression but she was only staring back at him, completely empty. "Next time you ever Cross me, I don't care if your Nik's little pet, I will rip your heart from your chest." She sneers at him before taking her hand out of his chest leaving him to gasp for his breath. Cassandra pushes past the siblings who both were staring at her, half with pride and half with pity because they knew how hurt she was that she got betrayed once again. But that was all about to be fixed. Because they were going back to the place it all begin in order to fix this whole mess. In order to finally get Stefan to give in to them. Mystic Falls.
