CASSANDRA WANTED TO RIP THE HEART OUT OF THE PERSON WHO DECIDED TO KNOCK AT HER DOOR SO EARLY IN THE MORNING. Grumbling, she got out of bed, putting on a shirt because she didn't know who was at the door. Sometimes, she wished she could cloak her apartment so that no one could bother her. That would solve so many of her problems. She had gotten home late as she wanted to check in on Caroline who didn't even tell her she had gotten bitten until after she was healed. Cassandra didn't know why Klaus had healed the blonde, maybe to gain favor with her but the raven haired vampire didn't care at the moment. She did notice an odd change in behavior from Caroline when she kept asking about Klaus though. Cassandra chose to ignore it, thinking it was her also trying to guess why Klaus would willingly help her out of the so called, goodness of his heart.

Sighing, Cassandra unlocks her door and pulls it open, rubbing her eyes for a moment before looking up. Her heart stops, not daring to look away because she wasn't entirely sure that she wasn't still dreaming. Her eyebrows furrow lightly, her eyes roaming over the man standing in front of her. "Elijah." She says breathless, taking in his appearance. It didn't seem like he was undaggered long as he was still in the clothes that he was wearing the day Klaus broke his curse. His hair was a mess but other than that he still looked as handsome as always.

"Hello, Cassandra." Elijah responds, a faint smile on his lips. He was expecting the door to be slammed In his face, knowing the girl had told him goodbye soon before he died. But Cassandra only was staring at him in pure shock, trying to figure out why he was standing outside of her apartment.

"How-- he undaggered you?" Cassandra asks confused, not thinking that Klaus would ever undagger Elijah at least not in this lifetime. The man daggered him for sleeping with his ex girlfriend for god sake.

"Not exactly." Elijah says as he shakxes his head, biting his lower lip. Cassandra nods, someone else must have pulled it out then. "May I come in?" He asks after a moment, a hopeful glint in his eyes as he puts his hands in his pockets. Cassandra gives him a small nod before walking away from the door so he could come in. "You know I'm sorry for not telling you the truth, right?" Elijah asks her as his eyes follow her movements. Cassandra rubs her face, she knew Elijah was going to apologize again but she didn't really need it anymore. She had forgiven him while he was locked in a coffin .

"I know. You don't have to apologize anymore." Cassandra says with a sigh making Elijah raise his eyebrows in surprise. Had he missed an entire chapter because last he knew, she didn't want to see him anymore. "Surprisingly, you're not the original I hate the most." She tells him as she finishes off her drink. Elijah furrows his eyebrows, closing the door behind him as he followed after her.

"What has my brother done?" Elijah asks, the anger in his voice was evident as he didn't like the thought of his brother hurting Cassandra anymore. She only scoffs, not meeting his eyes as she was afraid to.

"Nothing he hasn't done before." She mutters as she plays with her fingers, knowing the silence that followed meant that Elijah wanted her to elaborate. "He went off on me about us and then started doubting me about our time together.. and then said some pretty awful things." Cassandra tells the man who didn't exactly know how to respond. Elijah knew his brother had no filter, it just became a weakness when around Cassandra.

"I'm sorry. I'm sure he didn't mean it." Elijah tries to tell her but she only scoffs, shaking her head as she did really not need to hear him try and make Klaus out to be a victim of all this.

"Please, don't defend him." She pleads as she holds up her hand. Elijah nods his head, understanding that she didn't want to forgive Klaus so easily this time.

"My brother has done a great deal of terrible things in his lifetime. Hurting you will be his one regret." He tells her making her stop pouring her drink for a moment. Cassandra knew Klaus was regretting it and it honestly made her feel good.

"Then he can live with that forever." Cassandra says as she rubs her face before turning to face the man who had been staring at her this entire time. "Why'd you come here?" She asks with a sigh as she crosses her arms against her chest.

"Well, I thought I would have to apologize again." Elijah says sheepishly, glancing down at his shoes. Cassandra takes a step closer to him, raising an eyebrow at him.

"Is that the only reason?" She questions teasingly, a smile breaking out on her face as she meets his eyes again.

"I wanted to see you." Elijah tells her as he grabs her hand, giving it a small squeeze. Cassandra smiles at him for a moment before shaking her head.

"He's actually trying to make me feel guilty for our time together when I wasn't even with him. I have nothing to feel guilty about. I can do whatever I want, he doesn't control me." Cassandra explains to him making the man frown for a moment. Klaus had no right to be angry with her because of the interest in her that he had pursued. "Our time together was genuine, Elijah." She tells him in a soft voice as she strokes his cheek. Elijah smiles at her, not understanding how his brother who had so much time to win her over, lost her because of his own damn arrogance. Cassandra goes on her tippy toes, planting a sweet kiss on his lips. He returns it, his hand pressing into her back as he brings her closer. They pull away from each other, their eyes meeting. Elijah only picks her up gently, allowing her to wrap her legs around him. She smiles at him, her fingers brushing his hair from his face as she gazes into his eyes. Leaning down, she connects their lips again in a sensual kiss, their lips slowly moving together. Elijah brings them over to her bedroom, shutting the door before placing her on the bed, all the while not breaking the kiss. She takes his suit off, although it was quite battered already, feeling his hands grip her body closer to his.

She turns them over, smiling down at him as she took off the shirt she was wearing, luckily it was pretty light today. Cassandra kisses him again, their lips devouring each other as she could feel Elijah's hands graze her skin. She giggled as he flips them over so he was on top of her once again, his hand lifting her thigh, rubbing it smoothly. He connects their eyes as he pulls down her panties. Cassandra watches him move his head down, gasping at the feeling of his tongue against her. As much as she loved it, it wasnt what she wanted. "Elijah." She says softly causing him to come back up, his eyes meeting hers curiously. "I just need you right now." Cassandra states in a pleading tone, her eyes roaming over his exposed body. Elijah connects their lips again, his hand widening her legs, allowing them to hook around his waist. He pushes into her, making her gasp as she hadn't felt him for a while. Elijah gives her time to adjust before going at a slow but deep pace. Cassandra smiles into their kiss, her hands gripping his hair as one of them intertwines with his hand allowing him to holding them against the pillow next to Cassandra's head. She lets out a breathy moan as he fills her up every single time even while he is still trying to show his love for her. Elijah starts to kiss her jawline and down her neck as he gets a better angle to thrust into her. After a few more minutes, they were both coming down from their highs, breathing heavily as their soft moans were the only things to be heard.

"I've missed you Elijah." She says, still breathless as she captures his lips again. Elijah smiles against her, his mouth gaping open.

"I've missed you too, Cassandra." Elijah tells her as he gazes into her eyes. They stay like that for a moment before her legs tighten around his hips again. Cassandra silently thanks him as he starts to move again, this time his pace was pretty moderate although he was hitting her a little deeper. She moans, their eyes still connected as he fucked into her a little faster each time, watching her body jolt underneath him with each one. Cassandra closes her eyes for a split second, feeling pure ecstasy as Elijah thrusted into her at a relatively different pace than he had started. The bed was now shaking with their movements, Cassandra's moans filling the room as she couldn't keep them in. Elijah grips the sheets next to her, letting soft groans leave his lips.

"Nope." Damon immediately says as he sees the scene in front of him that he never had wanted to witness. Of course her bed had to be horizontal facing the door so that when he walked in, he had a full view of their sex act.

"Damon!" Cassandra screams as she pushes Elijah off of her, covering them fully with the sheets as her eyes widen. Sure, she didn't care if someone saw her body, I mean they both have seen her naked but she drew the line at someone seeing her having sex. It just felt awkward to her. Damon had left as soon as he saw it but one second had been enough. Was her room sound proof or something because they were definitely making a lot of noise when he entered.

"Well, maybe answer your door and I wouldn't barge in." Damon tells her as he shivers with disgust, Stefan staring at him with furrowed eyebrows.

"What?" He asks but judging by his brothers face, it hadn't been good what he saw. Damon only shakes his head a couple times, trying to get the picture that was engraved in his mind now out.

"She's screwing Elijah." Damon says making Stefan raise his eyebrows before bursting out laughing making his brother glare at him. After a moment, he opens the door again, covering his eyes as he walks in, Stefan in toe.

"What are you doing here?" Cassandra snaps at him, which made Damon think that it was no okay to look. Although he still didn't want to see her in bed with Elijah of all people.

"Well, I was going to invite you to a dinner party but it seems you've already had a party with Elijah." Damon grumbles, a look of disgust on his face as she shivers yet again. Cassandra rolls her eyes at his childness before gripping the sheets closer to her body.

"What dinner party?" She asks with a sigh as as she glances at Elijah who seemed to know little to nothing about it too. Elijah was meant to go meet Damon, knowing it was him who undaggered him and left the note in his suit but he needed to see cassandra first. That side tracked him a little.

"Well, you know. Me, you, Stefan, Elijah .. and Klaus." Damon says the last part almost too quickly for anyone to understand. But Cassandra saw red as she glares at the man.

"No way in hell." She scoffs, immediately denying going anywhere near that man again. Damon groans, he knew this would be a problem.

"Oh, come on. We need you as our Klaus distraction. Maybe he'll agree to something if he's staring at you." He tries to persuade her but he wasn't doing very well. "You'll maybe get a chance to slap him again or beat him to a pulp.. that was hilarious by the way." Damon adds with a hopeful expression which actually makes cassandra think for a moment.

"You beat up my brother?" Elijah asks her curiously, amusement flashing through his eyes. Cassandra smirks at him for a moment before looking at Damon.

"Fine. Now, get out." Cassandra only agreed so Damon would leave them alone. He only wiggles his eyebrows, glancing between the couple.

"So you can get your freak on with Elijah again." Damon teases her with a smirk playing on his lips. Cassandra only squints, not finding him funny in the slightest.

"So I can get dressed without you looking perv." She says with a stern voice, scoffing lightly as she leans back in bed.

"Oh, please. If I see something I haven't seen before, I'll throw a dollar at it." He tells her with a snort which makes her gasp, grabbing the pillow behind her and throwing it as hard as she could in his direction. Damon dodges it, sticking his head back in the room with teasing smirk before shutting the door. Cassandra sighs, glancing over at Elijah who was trying to hide his laughter. She only squints her eyes at him, slapping his chest before leaning over and pressing a kiss to his lips. Elijah deepens it, pulling her closer causing a soft moan to leave her lips. "I hear that now!" Damons voice could be heard making Cassandra groan in annoyance as she pulls away from Elijah. He only presses a kiss to her knuckles before deciding to get out of the bed. Cassandras eyes follow him, large smirk on her lips as she whistles lowly. Elijah rolls his eyes playfully at her before heading into the bathroom and shutting the door. Cassandra smiles to herself, falling back against the pillows as she thinks of Elijah. This is the moment she wanted to stop at. But of course time kept going. And all her happy was about to washed away by a dreadful evening with her worst nightmare.

SHOWING UP AT THE ORIGINALS HOUSE, Cassandra notices the Salvatores just arriving as well. They see the girl walking in their direction, a whistle coming from Damon. Cassandra rolls her eyes as she stops in front of them. She was wearing a tight strapless grey dress that had an open back and a plunging neckline. It stopped shortly before her mid thighs and it was paired with some six inch grey heels.

"Talk about a sexy distraction." The eldest salvatore compliments as his eyes flicker down her body. Cassandra resisted the urge to flick him in the forehead as she brushes her hair out of her face.

"You said to dress nice so I did." Cassandra says with a shrug as she glances over the men, both dressed In pretty casual clothing. Why did men expect women to dress up to their standards when they didn't even put in the work to look half decent.

"We know who she's really dressing up for." Damon mutters under his breath which makes Cassandra send him a warning glare. She didn't know if the man was referring to Elijah or Klaus but right now, the only man she wanted to compliment her was Elijah because at least he was subtle about it.

"And I can tell you both see something you like." She tells them, cocking an eyebrow at the two brothers. Stefan hides his smile, his humanity had been turned on recently but he didn't let anyone know yet. He couldn't afford to look weak in front of Klaus.

"No denying that." Damon says with a smirk as his eyes move down her body yet again. Cassandra didn't mind when men looked at her, she just drew the line at them thinking they could just take what isn't rightfully there's.

"Cassie, you know both of us have found you attractive at one point. Don't act dumb thinking we don't find you incredibly hot right now." Stefan says bluntly towards her, Cassandra giving him an amused look, wondering why he was so confident. Sure his humanity was off but he was never so blatant towards her, in front of others anyways.

"Well, I knew you were checking me out I just didn't think you'd say it." She snorts, pressing her lips together for a moment. Damon flickers his eyes between the two for a moment before letting his theory go. "Let's just get this thing over with." Cassandra tells them before hooking her arms with theirs, not that they had much choice in the matter. Damon knocks on the door, a sigh leaving his lips as his eyes wander over Cassandra as they wait for the door to open. After a moment or two, Elijah is standing in front of them, looking much better than he did earlier.

"Niklaus, our guests have arrived." Elijah announces as his eyes stay glued to the woman in front of him, not paying any attention to the Salvatores. He leans in towards her after he hears the faint movement of his brother. "You look stunning, Cassandra." He whispers in her ear, pressing a kiss below it. Cassandra blushes, gazing over into his eyes for a moment. She reaches her hand in order to grab his, letting their fingers intertwine.

"I need a drink if I'm going to survive this.. or twenty." Cassandra grumbles as she crosses her free arm over her body, wanting to be anywhere but near Klaus. The man chuckles, pressing another small kiss to her temple. Damon and Stefan tried to ignore the obvious affection shown beside them.

"I'll be sure to keep your glass full." Elijah tells her, a small smile on his lips. Cassandra gives him a grateful expression, letting out a breath as she moved closer to the man. His hand was on the small part of her back, his fingers grazing her exposed skin.

"Thank you." She says before feeling Elijah move away from her. Cassandra furrows her eyebrows, glancing over at the man as she didn't know why he had suddenly decided to stop talking with her. That was until Klaus showed up next to them. Elijah didn't want his brother to see them being affectionate towards each other.

"Damon, Stefan--" Klaus says before his eyes land on the one person who he didn't expect to see, especially in his house."Cassandra." He was taken aback by her appearance, his eyes moving over her which only makes the Salvatores smirk at each other. "Elijah tells me you seek an audience, very bold." Klaus tells them after clearing his throat and letting his eyes move away from the beautiful woman in front of him. "Let's discuss this agreement like civilized people, shall we?" He asks as he gestures over to his dining table only making the trio hesitate to move.

"It's better to indulge him." Elijah tells them before following them over to the table, Cassandra feeling his hand on her back again. She nudges it off though, not liking how he didn't even want to touch her unless Klaus wasn't around. Who the hell cared what he thought.

"I didn't come here to eat Klaus. Infact I didn't want to come here at all but I was told I had to cause you would hear us out." Stefan admits as he eyes his brother who only clears his throat, noting the awkward tension in the air.

"Well, we can sit and eat or I can reach down your throats and pull out your insides. Choice is yours." Klaus suggests as he raises his eyebrows at the group. Damon sighs before being the first one to sit down, pulling a chair out for Cassandra who reluctantly takes it although she was scowling the entire time. Stefan finally sits next to Cassandra although no one speaks up some blonde bimbo walks over to them in order to pour some alcohol in their glasses.

"Thank you, love." Damon tells her with a smirk before picking up his glass. Cassandra only stares at the woman, trying to fight her hunger down as she clenches her fist together. No one seems to notice the girl fighting for control though, all too preoccupied on this disaster of a dinner.

"Lost your appetite." Klaus asks with a smug expression as he meets Stefan's eyes. The man was not in the mood to be here but he did it because his brother practically forced him to tag along.

"Eat. I thought we agreed to leave the grumpy Stefan at home." Damon mumbles towards his brother who only glares but picks up his fork.

"That's the spirit. Isn't this nice? The five of us dining together. Such a treat." Klaus says with a smirk as his eyes move across the people at the table. Cassandra only rolls her eyes, scoffing not in the mood for his fake attitude.

"Not really." She mumbles, glaring down at her plate. A sudden pain to her leg makes her eyes widen as she snaps her head over to Damon. "Ow." Cassandra groans with a hard glare set on her face. Stefan furrows his eyebrows over at them, glancing towards the originals who were also curious what happened. "Don't kick me." She growls at him, squinting her eyes as she picks up her knife and points it at the man. Damon only gives her a stern look, not taking her threat seriously.

"Leave your murderous tendencies outside." Damon tells her, his voice overly sweet as he moves closer to her in able to take the knife away from her.

"I can't kill him anyways." She mumbles with a roll of her eyes, picking at her food with a scowl set on her face. Cassandra just ignores the conversation, staring at nothing as she can hear the blood rushing through the blonde human's body as she moved around the table.

"Is this what you had in mind when you pulled the dagger out of my brother?" Klaus asks Damon who shrugs his shoulders, letting a piece of meat into his mouth.

"Well, I know how he felt about you so I figured the more, the merrier." He answers as he smirks, chewing his food. Cassandra gives him a look of disgust, wondering how he was actually eating right now.

"Well, Elijah and I have had our shares of quarrels over the centuries but we always make it through." Klaus says as he notices Elijah staring at Cassandra. He sighs, trying not to look too tense but was glad that Cassandra didn't seem to notice either of them.

"Kind of like uh you and Rebekah, right?" Stefan asks gaining the attention of the mikealson brothers who glance at him. "Where is she, by the way? Last I checked she was still daggered because you were to scared to face her." He says as he finally picks up his fork. Klaus only smirks at the man, knowing he was trying to get under his skin.

"If you're referring to the fact that Rebekah knows I killed our mother, I've already come clean to Elijah." Klaus says which makes Cassandra sigh, bored out of her mind. She thought this dinner would at least be eventful.

"Hey, Stef. Remember when you killed dad? Might want to dial down the judgement till dessert." Damon says with a tight smile towards Stefan who only rolls his eyes.

"Eh, no one really missed him." Cassandra mutters, remembering what a complete ass Guiseppe Salvatore was to everyone especially women and his own sons.

"We're here to make a deal, Damon. Doesn't mean we need to kiss his ass for seven courses." Stefan mutters to his brother with a fake smile on his lips. Cassandra snorts, agreeing with him because Klaus didn't have any leverage here, they did. Whatever was in that coffin is what Klaus wanted and they had that.

"I'm just saying we have a long evening ahead of ourselves. Pace yourself." Damon replies with a squint of his eyes, basically telling Stefan to shut up.

"I'm with Stefan. Why do we need to suck up to him? We have something he wants, we have the upper hand." She states with a scoff, glaring across the table at Klaus. He only sighs, glancing at his hands as he thought the girl would at least try to be civil.

"Stefan. Where's the lovely Elena tonight." Elijah asks curiously as he takes another bite of his food. Cassandra rolls her eyes, she wouldn't exactly use lovely as a word to describe Elena.

"I don't know. Ask Damon." He replies bluntly, glaring at his fork. Cassandras eyes widen for a moment. All those times she teased him, she didn't think he was actually that terrible of a brother to do something with Elena.

"I didn't think you'd actually go for it." Cassandra mumbles towards the eldest Salvatore who clears his throat, feeling all eyes on him. Elijah only looks at them confused which causes Klaus to laugh.

"I'm sorry, you missed so much. Trouble in Paradise." Klaus tells Elijah who raises his eyebrows, not pressing much more on the subject. Cassandra glances towards Stefan for a moment, noticing the hatred in his eyes.

"One more word about Elena and this dinner is done." Stefan threatens, not wanting to talk about Elena or his brother because he had just found out they had kissed. It was entirely different when he slept with Cassandra, not that Elena knew about it, because he had his humanity off and the girl had no relation towards the doppleganger. Elena had kissed his brother, his own brother after acting like she didn't have feelings for him at all. Klaus smirks at him, putting a finger to his lips.

"I could say the same about you and Cassandra." Damon insinuates towards Klaus, a knowing smirk on his face as he watches the man falter for a minute, his eyes drifting to Cassandra who was only staring at her food.

"The only difference is, I don't want him in my life." Cassandra corrects him, her fork scraping against her plate. Damon reaches over to stop the girls annoying habits, the girl tensing at his touch.

"It's just the allure of the Petrova doppleganger. Still so strong. What do you say, brother. Should we tell them about tatia?" Klaus asks as he glances towards his brother who didn't seem to fond of the idea.

"Kill me now." Cassandra mutters as she rests her head in her hands, ready to stake herself to just get out of this internal torture.

"Now, why should we discuss matters long since resolved." Elijah questions, his jaw clenching lightly as he didn't see any reason to bring up the girl, not with their current situation going on.

"Oh, given their shared affection for both Elena and Katerina, I think our guests would be curious to learn about the originator of the Petrova line " Klaus says with a smirk as he sits back in his chair, his eyes still trained on Cassandra who did everything to not meet his gaze.

"Well, were not going anywhere Elijah. Please do tell." Damon says to the original who only smirks a little bit before his eyes land on Cassandra who did not seem pleased with the mention of the oldest Petrova doppleganger.

"Wait, you both loved the same girl?" Stefan asks with a laugh, almost completely forgetting about the woman sitting next to him. It's like suddenly she was invisible because hello, they both loved her.

"Our mother was a very powerful witch, she sought to end our feud over Tatia and so she took her. Klaus and I would later learn that it was Tatia's blood that we consumed on the night that our mother performed a spell which turned us into vampires." He tells them which makes Damon and Stefan glance at each other. Thats why Elena's blood was the only one that Klaus could use to break his sacrifice, she was part of the Petrova bloodline. "Tatia wouldn't make a decision between the two of us so over time Niklaus and I grew estranged. Harsh words were traded we even came to boast, brother." Elijah finishes making Cassandra tense as she realized she was in the exact same position. She couldn't come to a decision either.

"But in the end we realized the sacred bind of family." Klaus states as he looks at his brother which only makes Cassandra stare at them shocked. Had Klaus not just daggered Elijah because he slept with her. Like did that apparently just not happen and they were going to just toss it from their minds?

"Family above all." They both say making Cassandra want to gag. They were annoying at some points that she actually wanting to bash their skulls in.

"So, you're making fun of us for being stuck in what you call a love triangle when you're repeating the same thing again, only with Cassandra." Damon snorts, finding it a bit hypocrital that the two were saying all these things like they weren't both madly in love with the woman sitting next to him.

"Is it really going to be family above all this time, Klaus?" Stefan asks with a raised eyebrow, watching Klaus's eyes flicker towards his brother before settling back on Cassandra. She was preparing for a shit show because if these two didn't close their mouths, Klaus would have both of their hearts. Damon only raises his hands, his shoulders shrugging slightly.

"I don't blame you guys. Cassandra's attractive, any man would be lucky to have her." He tells the man as he leans on the table, a smirk playing on his lips as Klaus only rolls his eyes. "Stefan and I were lucky to even have her for a couple nig... Nights." Damon stutters over his last word as he noticed the look Cassandra was giving him, practically telling him to shut the fuck up. But Klaus had already made the connection, his jaw clenching.

"What are you talking about?" Klaus asks, more so demands Damon to expand on what he was saying. His eyes move to Cassandra, burning a hole in her head as he was absolutely furious with the fact that she allowed him to be in not only the presence of two men that she had slept with, but three.

"Well, you see. When two people are attracted to each other and there's this tension.. it often leads to a motion that leaves both participants rather.. worn out." Damon was on the edge of his seat, ready to run if Klaus attacked him. He couldn't help the smug expression that formed as he saw Klaus's eyes flicker between them, his fists clenching together.

"What's wrong, Klaus? Mad that Cassandra slept with not only your brother but the two guys who are your enemies?" Stefan asks with a smirk playing on his lips, watching the man's face fill with rage. Damon snaps his head towards his brother for a moment, a look of confusion before it hits him. Duh, they slept together in 1864.

"Can we just not talk about this?" She mutters, her hand rubbing her face as she didn't really feel like discussing her sex life with four men. Klaus seemed to have other intentions, furious with Stefan's comment.

"No, please. Do tell about your adventures with Cassandra." Klaus says, jealousy seeping through his tone as his eyes flicker between the Salvatores, both of them thinking it was okay to get with Cassandra. This angers the girl though, causing her to get up, her chair screeching against the floor as she slams her hands down on the table with force, catching everyone's attention.

"You know what?" She scoffs, glaring at the man who slightly jumped at her quick movements. "Screw you, Nik. You do not get to be mad or say anything regarding what I did when we were broken up. Yes, I slept with them back in 1864, yes I slept with Damon a few times recently but you have absolutely no right to judge me for it. I can do whatever the fuck I want because you don't control me. If I want to get with Elijah, I can because it's not your decision. You have no say in my life anymore. So, why don't you take your anger and your sick apologies and shove them up your ass." Cassandra sneers at him, the veins underneath her eyes showing which shocks Elijah the most. Even when she got angry, it was never enough to make her lose control. "I'm done with this." She finishes, slamming her fork on her plate before practically pushing the blonde girl who was standing nearby, compelled by Klaus. Damon sighs before giving the group a tight smile and getting up from his seat to follow after Cassandra who had gone outside.

"Cassandra." Damon says as he stops next to her, seeing the girl shaking in anger as she tries not to hear the blonde woman's heart beat who had served them alcohol.

"No, Damon. I am not going back in there." Cassandra denies as she leans against the pillar, not seeing what her point even was.

"We just need to stall for a little while longer." Damon says but it doesn't seem like she took it too lightly being the distraction.

"Well, I'm not doing it." She tells him, shaking her head as she wasn't going to suffer any longer just for their gain. Cassandra didn't even understand why they were actually at this stupid dinner.

"Look, I didn't know that he wasn't aware of us. I didn't think." Damon admits with a sigh, not wanting to give Cassandra another reason to be pissed at him. But how was he supposed to know how Klaus would react, he acted like Cassandra was still his.

"Yeah, you didn't. And you just pissed him off more." Cassandra snaps at him making Damon back off from her. He knew better then to provoke her when she was like this. Deciding to leave her, he turns around passing Elijah on his way back inside. The girl notices the original who was taking cautious steps towards her. "What? Here to call me a slut." She asks Elijah, clenching her jaw as she crosses her arms against her chest. Elijah didn't know why she was so hostile all of a sudden but he knew it was just her being riled up because of Klaus.

"Of course not. Why would I ever say such a thing to you?" He questions as his eyebrows furrow little. Cassandra scoffs as she wipes away a tear. She knew what everyone thought of her, it was obvious. And Klaus wasn't exactly hiding his disgust when hearing that she also slept with Damon. Cassandra could feel like everyone was judging her and Elijah was no different. He may act like it doesn't bother him but he probably also thinks she is a whore.

"Because it's true. Don't even try to make me feel better." She snaps, glancing away from the man. Elijah lets out a sigh, his hands placing on either side of her face, wiping her tears as he makes her look at him. Cassandra sniffles before feeling Elijah place a kiss on her lips.

"Did that make you feel better?" Elijah asks with a small smile making her think for a moment before scrunching her nose up and shaking her head at him. The man only laughs before pressing another kiss to her lips. Leaving Cassandra satisfied, he pulls away again tapping her hips in order to tell her to follow him back in.

"I'm not going back in there." She denies, not wanting to be near Klaus because she was certainly going to rip out his heart a million times. Elijah sighs, thinking to himself for a moment before meeting her eyes again.

"Just go upstairs and wait for me. I'll come up when we're done." Elijah tells her as he didn't want to force her into a room with Klaus any longer.

"Will you come with me?" She asks as she gazes up at him, squeezing her hand with his. Elijah hesitates, his eyes frantically moving over her. "Just for a moment, please." Cassandra says in a soft voice, pulling him closer by his belt as she felt her dress ride up from the movement. He sighs, glancing back inside because he knew of his plan with Damon and it couldn't be ruined. "Elijah." She grabs his chin, making him look back at her as she hovers her lips over his. Elijah feels her hand over his jeans, palming him through his pants. "Please." She begs, a small moan coming out as she strokes his cheek, her lips planting kisses along his jaw line.

"I just have to do something first, Cassandra." He denies as he backs up from the girl, clearing his throat as he readjust his pants. Cassandra only sends him a seductive glance, spreading her legs a little bit which catches his attention.

"You can do me." Cassandra tells him before pulling him back and smashing their lips together. She moans into the kiss, her hands moving downwards again but Elijah only stops her, pulling her away from him a little bit too harshly. Cassandra gasps at him, sending him a small glare. He hadn't seen this before, she was practically throwing herself at him for sex and for what? Elijah didn't like seeing this side of her.

"Not right now." Elijah warns her which only makes her roll her eyes, keeping the glare set on her face. "Just go upstairs." He demands although his voice was still soft and kind. Cassandra only lets out a huff before getting off of the ledge and brushing past the man. That was one main difference between the brothers. Elijah was more soft, gentle and private while as Klaus was spontaneous, dangerous and would have gladly fucked her on the porch when she asked like that. She didn't know why her mind flickered to Klaus but it did. Cassandra lets out a frustrated groan, not wanting to be stuck between the brothers anymore. She didn't want to be Elena. But she was nothing like that whore who actually relished in the feeling of the two men chasing after her. Cassandra felt horrible that she had even come between Elijah and Klaus in the first place. She had to make a decision. The right decision. The only problem is, she had no idea what that was.

THERE WAS A BUNCH OF COMMOTION THAT HAPPENED DOWNSTAIRS THAT CAUGHT CASSANDRAS ATTENTION. Finally getting to the first floor, she heads back into the dining room to see what the big scruff was about only to see Klaus holding Stefan over the fire. His arm was burning making Stefan let out pained sounds. Her eyes widen, wondering what had occured for the night to take such a drastic then.

"What the hell is going on?" She asks, speeding over to Klaus and throwing him off of Stefan, the man sliding down the wall. Cassandra catches the Salvatore who was now slowly healing as his hand gripped the girls dress. Cassandra frowns, allowing him to use her as a support beam. Klaus was able to finish what he started with Stefan before noticing Elijah walking back in, the compelled humans by his side.

"Elijah, why haven't you left yet?" Klaus asks which allows Stefan to lift his head to see what was happening. Elijahs eyes move to the pair that were still on the ground, Stefan clinging to Cassandra as he rested his head on the front of her shoulder.

"Well, where are your manners brother? We forgot dessert." Elijah says before taking off the towel that was covering a tray one of the girls was holding. It revealed two daggers which made Cassandra gasp, realizing what he had done.

"What have you done?" Klaus asks shocked, his eyes widening as he backs away from his brother. Elijah only raises an eyebrow before scoffing, shaking his head at the man. Cassandra felt happiness erupt through her as she knew what this had meant.

"What have you done. See, I've learned not to trust your vulgar promises, Klaus. We're doing this on my terms now." Elijah states sternly before Kol walks out from behind the man with someone else by his side. Cassandra guessed it was Finn since he was the only one she didn't know but she didn't care all too much as she was only grinning at Kol.

"Kol." Klaus says, a scared smile on his face as he didn't expect to have to face his siblings all at once.

"Long time, brother." Kol smirks towards the man, not even knowing Cassandras presence yet as he wanted to see his brother in pain which happens when Finn suddenly flashes in front of him.

"Finn, don't." He pleads but the man only stabs a dagger into Klaus's hand. Klaus lets out a pained sound before pulling it out, turning around quickly only to be met with his sister who didn't look to pleased to see him. "Rebekah." Klaus lets out a breathy chuckle, backing away from the girl but she only stabs him in the gut with a dagger causing him to groan, falling to his knees.

"This is for our mother." Rebekah whispers in his ear before ripping the dagger out and throwing it on the ground. She lets her eyes roam the room before a bright smile forms on her face, rushing to crush the younger vampire who was just watching the scene unfold in front of her.

"You're free to go." Elijah tells Stefan and Damon who turn to Cassandra but decide to leave her since she was in a death hug with Rebekah. "This is family business." He says before his eyes flicker back to Klaus who was glaring at him, his jaw clenched. After pulling away from Rebekah, Cassandra squeals, speeding over to Kol and jumping on him. The man stumbles back, confused for a second as there was an unknown person with their body wrapped around him.

"Kol!" Her voice becomes known to him which makes him relax, realizing it was only Cassandra. His siblings all watch as she held onto the man, her legs wrapped around his waist. His hand was lightly on her back so she didn't fall.

"Cassie, it's been a while darling." Kol tells her with a huge smile on his face, allowing him into an embrace as his arms a wrap around her. Cassandra giggles as she tightens her grip on the man before suddenly tensing, her face scrunching up.

"Is this weird for you too?" She asks with a slight grimace, not liking being this close to the man. He was her best friend but the two weren't exactly into the whole touchy feely friendship with each other.

"Yeah, let's stop." He agrees before dropping her to the ground. It didn't make the smile disappear from either of their faces though as she stares at her best friend. "I didn't think I'd see you again. Especially since I've been daggered for a century." Kol mumbles, his eyes shifting to Klaus for a moment who only avoids his gaze, feeling awful for what he had to do but it was for the best of everyone. Or that's what he told himself.

"Well, blame him. I know I do." Cassandra says as she gestures towards the man, a scoff leaving her lips. Klaus only stares at the ground, noticing all of his family were still very Klaus. Leaving him out of it.

"I like what you've done with the new place, Nik." Rebekah tells him before smashing a vase against the wall. Kol had his arms around Cassandra's shoulders, it being the only form of touch they liked from each other.

"I wanted it to be for all of us. A place we could all call home. A place we could all be a family. None of us would ever have to be alone again." Klaus explains to them sadly as his eyes flicker up for just a second but he could see the angry, vengeful looks on their faces.

"You're right. None of us will be." Elijah tells him which makes Klaus furrows his eyebrows, not knowing what he meant.

"You're staying here." Finn says, moving to stand next to his family.

"We're leaving you, Nik. Right after I kill that doppleganger wench. Then you will be alone, always and forever." Rebekah tells him with a smirk on her face, pulling Cassandra away from Kol and into her grasp again. The man glares at his sister before crossing his arms.

"If you run. I will hunt all of you down." He screams at them which takes no affect as Elijah only smirks at him.

"And then you'll become everything you hate. Our Father." Elijah tells him as he raises his eyebrows at the man. Klaus suddenly feels the anger take over, his eyes becoming red.

"I'm the hybrid! I can't be killed! I have nothing to fear from any of you." Klaus says with a scoff as he shakes his head, laughing at the fact that they thought they could threaten him so easily. Cassandra could see the pain in his eyes though, he was hurt that his family would just leave him like this.

"You will when we have that coffin." Elijah replies seeing the shift in Klaus's emotions. He was truly terrified at whatever he had locked away in their.

"Do you hear yourself, Nik?" Cassandra asks, deciding to speak up which makes everyone's gaze turn to her. She felt uncomfortable now but she didn't let it stop her. "See, this is one of the many reasons why I can never be with you again." She tells him with a scoff, shaking her head. Klaus frowns, glancing back at the ground as Rebekah only made a look of confusion.

"Wait.. I though--" Rebekah starts to ask, feeling so out of the loop because when she was daggered, Cassandra and Klaus were actually becoming quite close again.

"You missed a lot." Cassandra mutters, not wanting Rebekah to start a whole conversation right now. The blonde only frowns before shrugging and going back to glaring at Klaus. That was until the door opened behind them. Turning around slowly, they are met with a face that the originals hadn't seen in over a thousand years.

"Mother?" Rebekah gasps out as the woman had come walking in. They were all shocked by the presence of the woman who was supposed to be long dead. Cassandra was the most confused, not seeing how this was possible. Esther Mikealson stops in front of klaus, noticing the boy refusing to look at her.

"Look at me." She demands in which he hesitantly does. "Do you know why I'm here?" Esther asks him as she glares down at the man but it wasn't for the reason he had feared.

"You're here to kill me." Klaus says almost inaudible as his eyes bore into the ground afraid to look at his mother.

"Niklaus, you are my son. And I am here to forgive you." She tells the man sternly, Klaus lifting his gaze surprised as he expected the woman wanted him dead for what he did to her. Esther then turns to the rest of her children, seeing the shocked and tearful expression. "I want us to be a family again." Esther announces to them making them all glance at one another. Never did they except this outcome, especially with Klaus being apart of this so called family. Esthers eyes then flicker to Cassandra who tenses. "Your mother says she loves you, Cassandra." The woman tells the raven haired girl who stares at her in shock at the mention of her mother, let alone the woman knowing her name.

"H-how do you--" She stutters, not knowing how to form her question as she still couldn't believe the original witch was standing in front of her.

"I've been on the other side for a thousand years. Ive watched my children and their lives and you've been a part of a huge amount." Esther says with a kind smile on her face, reaching out to stroke the girls cheek.

"But my mother's dead. How can you know what she said?" Cassandra asks, confused as to how Esther knew all of this. She couldn't help but glance to Klaus who didn't seem to know what Esther was on about either.

"She was a witch. She is on the other side." Those words make Cassandra's heart fully stop. Her mother was on the other side. Which meant she could have access to her if she used a witch to help. If only she had known about her mother, maybe she would've discovered her own powers before turning into a vampire. Of course her father would've kept it from her, if he even knew. She could feel the peering eyes on her, everyone else shocked by the news as well as they thought the girls mother was just a mere human who died during child birth. But that wasn't the case. Cassandra's mother had been watching the girl for the past seven centuries. Seeing the girl grow and accomplish great things. She wasn't ashamed of her daughter, she had just wished she wasn't tangled up in all this original business. Her true wish was to just meet her daughter once. And she wished she got that soon.
