Adeline deeply exhaled, a smile on her face. She could stay here all day and just watch the ocean. For her it was the most peaceful thing she could experience.

But her peaceful thoughts were interrupted as she heard fighting noises behind her. Caspian and Edmund were having a sword fight through the entired ship.

โ€œCome on!โ€, Caspian told Edmund when the boy attacked him. Their swords corssed and they avoided each other's attacks until Caspian and Edmund both held the sword to each other's throats, the crew clapped and cheered loudly.

โ€œYou have grown stronger, my friendโ€, the king told the boy as he clapped him on the shoulder, โ€œSeems I haveโ€, Edmund replied smiling at Caspian.

Adeline clapped loudly as she stepped forward, Edmund smirked at his sister. โ€œAdi, you want to try it?โ€, he asked her as he held his sword out for the brunette to take.

Adeline smirked as she took it from his hands and looked at the King, โ€œIf Caspian is up for a little challenge.โ€ But Caspian shook his head smiling, โ€œI know that you're good. But I'm not going to fight you.โ€

He wanted to turn around about Adeline held up her sword and attacked him, the young man blocked her attack. Their swords were pressed against each other and they looked into each other's eyes smiling. Adeline pushed him back and swung her sword at Caspian who avoided her sword by ducking.

They circled around each other, their swords in the air, now Caspian was the first to attack. He struck his sword at her's and tried to knock it out of Adeline's hand but the girl blocked the attack and turned before she struck her sword at his.

They're swords crossed again and Adeline took the chance, she turned their swords a few times until Caspian lost the control over his own. She then threw his sword to the side were it stung it to the wooden floor.

โ€œYou're still one of the best sword fighters I ever metโ€, Caspian told her as he grabbed his sword and bowed before her. The girl smiled, โ€œThe Same goes for youโ€, she complimented him as she gave Edmund his sword back.

โ€œAll right, back to work!โ€, the Captain shouted at the crew. Edmund stayed with Caspian while Adeline walked back to Lucy.

โ€œAdi, do you think if we keep sailing to the end of the world, we will justโ€” trip of the edgeโ€, Lucy asked her older sister curious. โ€œDon't worry Lu, we're a long way from thereโ€, Adeline assured her sister as she drunk from her goblet.

โ€œI see you're still talking nonsense, the two of youโ€, Eustace said as he walked up to them annoyed. โ€œAre you feeling better?โ€, Lucy asked him friendly.

โ€œYes, no thanks to you. It's lucky I have an iron constitutionโ€, the boy said as he crossed his arms over his chest.ย

โ€œAs effervescent as ever, I seeโ€, Reepicheep said as he sat down next to Adeline. โ€œFind your sea legs?โ€, the mouse asked the boy amused.

โ€œNever lost them! Simply dealing with the shock of things. Mother said I have an acute disposition, due to my intelligenceโ€, Eustace told him and Adeline nearly spatted out the water she was drinking.

Lucy chuckled to herself. โ€œI don't think he has a cute anythingโ€, Reepicheep told the two girls as he looked at them.

โ€œI will have you all know, as soon as we find civilization! I am contacting the british consul. Have you all arrested for kidnapping!โ€, Eustace screamed at the girls and the mouse.

The boy started to walk away but collided with Caspian who looked down at him with a raised eyebrow. โ€œKidnapping, isn't it?โ€, the King asked him smirking. โ€œThat's funny. I thought we saved your lifeโ€, he told him amused.

โ€œYou held me against my will!โ€, Eustace exclaimed furious as he looked at the King and his cousins.

โ€œDid I?โ€, Caspian asked him still smirking. โ€œIn, what I must say, are the most unhygienic quarters. It's like a zoo down there!โ€, the boy shouted outraged at them.

โ€œHe's quiet the complainer, isn't he?โ€, Reepicheep asked the Pevensie siblings curious. โ€œHe's just warming upโ€, Edmund told him quietly.

โ€œLand ho!โ€, a voice suddenly screamed form above them and interrupted their conversation, or more Eustace's shouting.

One hour later the crew anchored before the island. โ€œThe lone Islands. The port of Nartowhavenโ€, the Captain said to them as they all stood on the side of the ship and eyed the island.

โ€œStrange, not a Narnian flag in sightโ€, Caspian said, โ€œBut the Lone Islands have always been Narnian'sโ€, Edmund stated as he looked through the telescope.

โ€œI say we prepare a landing partyโ€, Edmund instructed them, โ€œDrinian?โ€ The captain looked at the High King. โ€œForgive me, Your Majestyโ€”but the chain of command starts with King Caspian on this shipโ€, he explained to the young boy.

โ€œAll rightโ€, Edmund said after a while as he looked at Adeline annoyed who just laid her hand onto his shoulder. โ€œWe use long boads, Drinian, pick some men and come ashoreโ€, the King instructed the Captain before he quickly walked away.

The crew immediatley started to let the long boads into the water. Adeline quickly grabbed her sword, bow and arrows before she met the others by the long boats.ย

When they all arrived by the island no one was in sight, โ€œCouldn't this have waited till the morning?โ€, Eustace asked them annoyed.

โ€œThre is no honor in turning away from adventure, ladโ€, Reepicheep told him excited as he jumped from the long boat. Caspian helpt Adeline out of the boat before he grabbed his crossbow and walked to the front of the group.

โ€œWhere is everybody?โ€, Lucy asked them as they continued to walk. Reepicheep wanted to help Eustace out of the boat but the boy denied his help and fell over his own feed as soon as he stepped out of the boat.

โ€œAnd you're sure he is related by blood?โ€, Caspian asked Adeline who had just grabbed her bow form her back. She shrugged and smiled at him before they continue their way towards the City.

But suddenly their was a loud noise, Caspian and Adeline aimed their bows at the city without missing a beat, but nothing happened.

โ€œReepicheep, stay here with Drinian's men and secure the place. We will head on. If we don'tย  come back by dawn, sent a partyโ€, Caspian instructed the mouse as the rest continued their way to the city.

The city was completely empty, no one was there. It liked like the city was empty. โ€œYeah, looks like nobody is in. Do you think we should head back?โ€, Eustace shouted as he stood infront of a little house.

โ€œDo you wanna come here and guard something?โ€, Edmund asked his little cousin who immediatley aggreed, โ€œAh, yes! Good idea cousin. Very, uhโ€”logical.โ€

The boy arrived by them and Caspian grabbed a tiny dagger from his belt and gave it to him. โ€œI have got it. I have got it. Don't worryโ€, the boy said as he turned around to guard the door. They looked at each other before they entered the building.

It was very dark, there were only a few light streaks that fell into the big hall. It looked like their were a couple of cages atteched to the celling above their heads.

โ€œUh, I'm ready to go when you are!โ€, they heard Eustace scared voice from outside as they spotted a table with a book on it, that stood in the middle of the hall.

โ€œWho are all this people?โ€, Lucy asked as she read through the list of names. โ€œWhy have they been crossed out?โ€, Edmund asked the others curious. โ€œIt looks like some kind of feeโ€, Lucy stated as she eyed it closer.

โ€œSlave tradersโ€, Caspian eyes widenedย  as he looked at the others, but right in that moment a couple of men roped down from the ceiling while they screamed.

โ€œLook outโ€, Caspian screamed as he shot one of them with his crossbow. Adeline shot one with her bow and arrow and then continued fighting with her sword.

They all fought against the man and it looked actually like they would win but then a scream went through the hall. They all looked to the door and there stood a man, Caspian's dagger presssed to Eustace throat.

โ€œUnless you want to hear this one squeal like a girl again I'd say you should drop your weaponsโ€, the man told them as he walked towards the group, the dagger still against Eustace throat.

โ€œLike a girl?โ€, the little boy asked the man outraged. โ€œNOW!โ€, the man told the group impatiently. They all have him a dark look as they slowly put down their weapons. โ€œPut them in Irons!โ€, the man instructed his people.

โ€œGet your hands off me!โ€, Adeline shouted immediately as the men grabbed her and her little sister. โ€œLet's take this three to the marketโ€, the man said as he pointed at the girls and Eustace.

โ€œAnd those two to the dungeonsโ€, he pointed at Edmund and Caspian.

โ€œLISTEN TO ME YOU INSOLENT FOOL! I AM YOUR KING!โ€, Caspian shouted at the man angryly as the others held him back. One of them punched Edmund into the face, โ€œYou're going to pay for thatโ€, the boy promised the man grunting.

โ€œActuallyโ€” someone else is going to pay for all of youโ€, another man said who just stepped out of the shadows.

And with that the man tried to take Lucy and Adeline away, but the girls kicked and wiggled in their arms. โ€œNO. EDMUND!ย CASPIAN!โ€, Adeline screamed scared for the boys but they couldn't do anything. The slavers brought the three outside and the last thing Adeline could heard were Capsian and Edmund screaming her and Lucy's names over and over again.

The three were immediately brought outside were they were laid in thicker irons. They sat on the ground watching how people were brought to a little boat.

The slave traders sent the people out on the ocean and then suddenly green fog started to cricket them until they couldn't be seen anymore. And then the fog was gone and the people with it.

Lucy and Adeline were already sold to some men when it was Eustace turn. He stood on the platform as they all eyed him, but no one wanted the small boy. They all cracked jokes about him and weren't really convinced, but suddenly a man with a big roap and a hood over his face stepped forward.

โ€œI will take them off your hands. I will take them all off your hands!โ€, Reepicheep voice suddenly spoke up from under the hood.

Suddenly a couple of people threw away their roaps and let out battel cry's, โ€œFOR NARNIA!โ€ And with that they attacked the Slave traders together.

Reepicheep quickly freed the girls from they're irons and quickly continued to fight with the other's, as did Lucy and Adeline.

Adeline quickly grabbed a big book and hit one of the man that approached her with it, while Lucy did the same with the other man.

After that Adelin kicked him in the stomach which made him fall to the ground, then she run towards the next one, disarmed him and continued to fight with his sword.

After a short time the Slave traders were all defeated and Adeline immediately rejoined Edmund and Caspian who were both standing on the other side of the inner courtyard talking to each other.

As they saw her approch them, Capsian jogged towards her and brought the brunette into a tight hugh.

โ€œEverything okay?โ€, he asked the girl as he leaned back. For a split second Adeline could see something shimmer around his neck. She eyed the shimmering thing for a moment and recognized that it was her necklace.

โ€œYeah, I'm all rightโ€, she told him with a wide smile on her face as she let go of him to hug Edmund.

The three smiled at each other before they quickly made their way through the crowd of cheering people to their boats.

โ€œYOUR MAJESTY!โ€, a man suddenly screamed as he approached Capsian. The group immediatley all grabbed for their swords and took a few steps back.ย

โ€œMy wife was taken just this morning!โ€, the man explained to them desperately. โ€œIt's all right, Drinianโ€, Capsian assured the Captain who held the man back.

The Captain nodded at him and let the man through, โ€œI beg you, take me with you! I am a fine sailor. Been on the seas my whole lifeโ€, the man begged the king.

โ€œOf course, you mustโ€, Caspian told him as he patted his shoulder.

โ€œThank you!โ€, the man told him as they all walked away.

When they arrived by the boats a old man with a long grey beard approched them, a old looking sword layimg in both of his hands.

โ€œMy King! This was given to me by your father. I hid it safely in a cave all these yearsโ€, he explained to Capsian who eyed it closely.

โ€œThat's an old Narnian swordโ€, Edmund stated as he looked at it as well. โ€œThere are seven such swords, gifts from Aslan to protect Narnia. Your father entrusted them to us. Here take itโ€, the man told Capsian as he handed him the sword.

โ€œAnd may it protect youโ€, he added as Caspian slowly took it from his hands. The crowd started cheering loudly as Capsian nodded his head at the old man.

โ€œThank you, my Lord. And we shall find your lost citizens.โ€

And with that they continued their way to the long boats. Adeline and Lucy walked behind Caspian and Edmund as the brunette heard Capsian.

โ€œEdmund?โ€

The young boy turned towards him and Caspian handed him the old sword before he patted his shoulder and made his way over to the boats.

Adeline smiled as she past her little brother, who lifted the old sword into the air and eyed it smiling as well.

As the crew arrived back on the big ship they continued their journey. The afternoon quickly changed into evening and they all slowly went to bed. It was a rather quiet night and Adeline quickly fell asleep.

The next morning everything was calm, Edmund spent almost the hole day rubbing his new sword so that it would look as good as new while Lucy spent her day with sewing. And Adeline, Adeline wasn't really sure what she was doing.

She stood by the end of the ship again,ย  looking into the distance as she suddenly felt a presence besides her.

The young brunette turned her head towards the person and saw that it was Caspian who had joined her.

They stood there in scilence until Adeline decided to speak up, โ€œI saw that your still wearing the necklace I gave you.โ€

The king smiled at her, โ€œWell, your still wearing my ring.โ€ They looked at each other both smiling before Adeline looked at her hand. โ€œYes, I thought that way I would never forget you, or Narnia.โ€

โ€œAdelineโ€, Caspian drew her attention back to him, they both turned to one another. โ€œNot a day went by where I didn't thought of you.โ€

Adeline blushed at his words as she looked down at the ground, her hair flew into her face as she opened her mouth to say something but she was interrupted by Reepicheep who shouted something at her little cousin.

Eustace swung his sword at the mouse and Reepicheep suddenly stummbled and fell of the ship screaming.

Eustace immediately leaned over the railing and looked at the ocean searching for the mouse but Reepicheep quietly approached him from behind.

He tapped him on the shoulder with his tail and as Eustace turned around Reepicheep jumped behind him and kicked the boy into his back. Eustace fell to the ground onto a barrel.

The crew laughed and cheered as a girlish voice screamed loudly. They all silenced immediately as they looked at each other confused.

Adeline quickly made her way down to the crew and joined Lucy who now stood infront of the barrel.

A little girl slowly climbed out of it as the man they had let join them stepped forward. โ€œGale? What are you doing here?โ€

The little girl looked at him before he brought her into a big hug.

Drinian made his way through the crowd a orange in his hand as he looked at the little girl. โ€œLooks like we have an extra crew member.โ€

He handed her the orange and the girl hesitantly took it from his hands before he turned around and left again.

โ€œWelcome aboardโ€, Lucy greeted the young girl infront of them with a big smile.ย

โ€œYour Majestyโ€, the girl said shyly as she looked at Lucy and Adeline. โ€œCall me Lucy. Come onโ€, Lucy said before the two let the little girl away from the crew.

A little while later they had spotted land again in the distance. Adeline stood besides Edmund as Caspian looked through his telescope.

โ€œIt looks uninhabited. But if the lord followed the mist east, they would have stopped here.โ€

Drinian looked ahead as he spoke up, โ€œCould be a trap.โ€

โ€œOr it could hold some answeresโ€, Edmund replied to them as they all looked at the land.

โ€œCaspian?โ€

Caspina let down his telescope, โ€œWe spent the night on shore. Scour the island in the morning.โ€

Drinian took the telescope back as he nodded his head, โ€œAye, your Majesty.โ€
