Sia's pov

( At Sia's house )

I did my daily routine and got dressed wearing a white top and blue ripped jeans.

I headed downstairs and saw Mom and Dad already waiting for me at the breakfast table. I sat next to Dad.

"So, all set for your trip tomorrow? Have you finished packing and shopping?" Mom asked, placing my breakfast in front of me.

"Yes, all done, mumma." I replied.

"That's good." Dad said, enjoying his meal.

"What's your plan for today?" Mom inquired as she joined us at the table.

"Not much, mommy. Ashi and I are going out to buy some warm clothes for both of us. Then if we have time, we might catch a movie." I answered, pouring myself a glass of water.

"Okay." Mom nodded, just as the doorbell rang.

*Doorbell rings*

One of the maids went to open the door, and Ashi walked in. She was dressed in a black full-sleeve top, nude shorts, and black knee-length boots.

She looked around for a moment and then noticed me having breakfast.

"Good morning... Uncle, aunty... Oh, you're having breakfast, I'm sorry. I'll come back later." Ashi said and bowed Why this girl behaves so sanskari ( well- mannered ) in front of my parents?

My train of thought was interrupted when Dad spoke, "It's okay, dear... And you can call us mom and dad. Don't you consider us as parents yet? Come, you can also have breakfast with us."

"No, uncle... I mean dad, I'm fine. I already had my breakfast at the hostel." Ashi replied.

"I'm done..." I said, getting up from my chair.

"Sit down, Sia. Finish your breakfast first." Mom insisted.

"Okay, mom." I sat back on my chair and gobbled my food.

"Slow down, baby." Mom advised, and Dad chuckled.

"I wonder how you're going to take care of yourself in Korea." I remarked.

"Don't worry, uncle... Jungkook is there to take care of her. And I'll be there too." She said, I chocked on my food as I heard his name, Jungkook was my online bestfriend. We became friends because of our common interest in dancing. I told about him to Ashi, but Mom & Dad still didn't knew. I never shared knowing what they gonna think being typical Indian Parents.

"Who is-" Dad began to ask, but stopped as i was coughing. he passed me my glass of water rubbing my back. "Be slow." He mumbled to me

"Done!" I exclaimed like a kid as I finished my breakfast. I grabbed my coffee mug and left the dining table to wash my hands. I drank the coffee on the way, washed my hands, and left the empty mug in the sink.

"Okay, mom, dad, bye... I'm off." I announced.

"Bye... take care of yourself, and be back on time." they replied.

I took my car keys and walked out of the house... As soon as we stepped out, I asked, "Why did you mention him in front of mom and dad?"

She chuckled and said, "Sorry."

"Anyway, You reminded me something important. I need to call him. I haven't told him yet that I'm coming to Seoul." I mentioned.

"What!! I thought you would have informed him by now." she half yelled at me.

"I called him on the day I got the message, but he didn't answer." I replied.

"Oh, okay." she nodded.

"Wait, I will call him now." I said and dialed Jungkook's number...

"The person you are trying to call is not available at the moment. Please wait or call again later." the automated message played.

I tried calling him again, but the same message repeated.

"He is not answering." I said.

"Maybe he has blocked you." Ashi suggested, and I glared at her for talking nonsense.

"Don't talk rubbish." I lightly hit her arm, but she still complained that it hurt.

"Isn't that the main motive of beating someone?" I shrugged as we got into the car, and I drove to the mall...

Jungkook's Pov

(At Taehyung's office)

I was in my office scrolling through my phone when Jimin Hyung walked in.

"Is the file work done that I asked you about this morning?" Jimin Hyung inquired.

I thought for a moment and shook my head, "Not yet, Hyung."

"When are you going to do it?" he questioned.

"I will do it right now." I replied, putting my phone aside.

Jimin Hyung came closer, picked up my phone from the table, and placed it in his pocket.

"Hyung, that's mine." I whined.

"I'll give it back once you finish the file work. I know if I leave your phone here, you won't get the work done today." he remarked before leaving the room.

"Okay." I agreed and began working on the file he assigned me.

// Time Skip //

I knocked on Jimin's office door, "Hyung, may I come in?"

"Come in, Jungkook." he welcomed me.

"Hyung, here's the file work you requested." I said, placing the file on his desk.

"Okay, here's your phone." he replied, sliding it across the table.

I pocketed my phone, saying, "Thank you, Hyung. Can I leave now?"

"Yes, sure. Have a good day." he responded.

"Okay, Bye, Jimin-shi." I bid farewell as I exited his office, headed back to my office to pack my things. Once done, I left the building and made my way to the parking lot as evening approached.

As I approached my car, I checked my phone and saw numerous notifications from various apps. While clearing them, I noticed one notification that saddened me, "I missed her call again," I mumbled to myself.

Getting into my car, I pondered whether to call her back. What could it be? Why did she call? My mind was filled with questions.

"Okay, I'll call her once I get home." I decided and drove back home. After a good drive, I arrived home, parked the car, and entered.

"I'm back, Eomma." I announced.

"Jungkook, dinner is ready. Go freshen up And come quickly." Eomma called out.

"Okay, Eomma." I acknowledged and headed to my room to freshen up. After changing into clean clothes, I decided to call Sia.

*On the phone*

Jk: Hello, Sia.

Sia: Hi, Jungkook.

Jk: How are you?

Sia: I'm fine, and you?

Jk: I'm good too. Why did you call?

Sia: Can't I call just to chat?

Jk: Of course, you can. I was just wondering if you needed something.

Sia: *chuckles* It's okay. I called to tell you something.

Jk: Tell me, what is it?

Sia: I'm coming to Seoul.

Jk: Omo, Jin-jja! (Omg, really?)

Sia: Yes, really. I'm coming.

Jk: When?

Sia: Tomorrow.

Jk: You're kidding, right, Sia?

Sia: No, I'm serious. Hold on.

I received a notification.
*New message from Sia*

I opened it, and it was a screenshot of the flight ticket.

Jk: Omo, that's amazing! I can't wait to see you.

"Jungkook, how much longer will you be? Dinner's ready, and we're waiting." Eomma called again.

"Yes, Mom, I'm coming." I assured her.

Jk: Bye, Sia, I have to go. Eomma is calling me for dinner.

Sia: Okay, bye, Jungkook. Good night.

Jk: Bye, bye, Sia. Message me when you arrive in Seoul.

Sia: Sure thing. Bye, bye. Enjoy your meal.

I ended the call and headed downstairs for dinner.

Sia's pov

( At mall )

After talking with Jungkook, I went to Ashi...

"Are you done?" Ashi asked, collecting all the shopping bags.

I put my phone back in my pocket and asked, "Um, yeah... so what should we do now?"

"Let's go for a movie." she suggested, walking towards our car.

"Great! Let me check the show timings and book tickets for the movie." I said, pulling out my phone again. After checking the show timings and booking tickets, I called out, "Ok, done." excitedly announcing the new release we were going to watch.

"Which movie? What's the timing?" she inquired as she started the car engine.

"It's an action movie starting in 15 minutes." I informed her, looking at her.

"You know I don't like action movies much..." Ashi mentioned without even giving me a glance.

"I know, but last time we watched a romantic movie because you wished for it." I said, scrolling through my phone.

"Yes, I am a romantic person, you know." she winked at me playfully.

"Yes, my relationship advisor... Now drive fast; we are already late for the movie." I urged her, and she sped up the car.

She parked the car in the parking area, and we both walked inside the theater.

Since we were already late, we went straight to the assigned hall and couldn't even buy snacks, so we had to wait until the interval.

During the interval, I went to get some drinks and popcorn. When I returned to the hall, Ashi was waiting for me. We both enjoyed the rest of the movie together. After the movie ended, we walked out together. I dropped Ashi at her house and went back to mine.
