An Old Friend's Visit
A/N: I re-read the last chapter as I figured if I was coming back to continue this then I'd need to know where I left off. And yes I did end up correcting mistakes and a bit of editing but it's nothing.
It's here! Sorry for the wait! So without further ado...
*Five Days Pass*
Waking up from being in a medically induced coma for nearly a week might've been the most uncanny feeling ever. It was unsettling, nothing but an empty presence in the room. Only, out the window where the sun peeked from the horizon and an orange and pink hue took place. Snow only piled up so much these days. Winter was coming to an end.
Nothing came to mind when she took one look around. Though she did expect at least one person to be there. She sat up, feeling her whole body ache, but not as bad as it did before. She felt...somewhat different.
She soon started finding out why she felt a bit different. 'Did I...why am I darker than usual?' Looking at her legs, they were noticably darker than she had ever been in the past two decades. She did get a bit less pale in the summer but not like this, especially since it was winter, it made no sense.
Her quirk was the reason she was so pale..."Oh my god.." she muttered and tried to create flames from her index. But only ended up in small, crackling, black flames. That's never happened before. 'My quirk...' she could only come up with one conclusion.
Her quirk was gone.
It wasn't like before, no quirk awakening. As her quirk left her body it took her physical features with it. Her hair was slowly turning back to its natrual color, she no longer emitted her faint icy fog, her lips were more pink, on top of all of that, she's never been this cold before. Only a few times, it made her wonder if this is what people felt like this around her absolute zero quirk. Or worse.
"Oh I know, but this gift is much better in person."
She rolled up her gown until she saw her stomach and what she saw was absolutly revolting. Her stomach had not only one but several stitchs, some overlapped. Her skin suffered numerous bruises, all different shades of purple. She probably went through multiple surgeries, she hated surgeries.
'What'd you do to me Izuku...' she lost a lot.

As for the (currently) black haired guy, he was feeling pretty content. He hummed an unsettling melody, one he heard a while back, and hasn't stopped humming it since. He was no alcholic, but wine was almost everyday. He was a weird one, now and days anyway.
So he poured himself some of the pinkest wine, then he sat down. He wasn't really doing anything besides waiting for his squad to get back. He basically was in charge of an empire now. It's complicated, but don't let it confuse you.
The door burst open, his glass fell out of his hands and shattered onto the floor. One of the shards spun all the way over to the door, the room fell silence and a bomb started ticking. The two people that had burst in exchanged looks. His green eyes made eye contact with theirs as he glowered at them. He was pissed again and never actually gets a break.
"Er, sorry bro," the guy rubbed the back of his head, only to recieve a hit from the girl next to him. These two specific people wore mask and uniform. Everyone did but theirs were noticably different, they served a very different purpose for his needs.
He stood up and began to walk towards the door. "Since you're here that must mean you took care of that riot." They made way as he went to the door.
"No sir! Actually the police-" he opened the door to find a squad of police men awaiting him. He wasn't that surprised, what surprised him most was who was in front.
"Uraraka?..." He whispered. She narrowed her eyes at him, then he heard the handcuffs.
"Izuku Midoriya, we have a warrent." He raised his eyebrows and smirked. "For what?"
*A\N: I cringed while writing that for some reason.*
During his three years of building upon building his career, he was also slowly chipping away at it with his additional life. It seems to have caught up with him.
So now he was being contained. Which couldn't be more worse for his reputation, but that was the last thing he was going to think about. He had a question, but they were just standing outside the window whilst he just sat there in handcuffs that were too tight for his liking.
His last resort to get their attention was banging on the window, he was getting annoyed. He hit it so hard that he might've startled the whole station. "Hey! Stop that!"
Izuku narrowed his eyes as one of the police men walked in, he finallly stopped then turned and held his hands out. "I'm not uncuffing you."
"Loosen them." Something about his deadpanned tone was demanding, it was in his eyes too. So demanding and dominate, that was enough to emasculate an alpha male. There was no hesitiation, there was no more of that nervous Izuku, he seemed to have killed that once sweet, nevous, freckled, green haired boy. Uraraka saw that, just looking at him, she already knew he was too far gone.
The officer looked at Uraraka, though he could only see his reflection, he knew where she was. He gave her a small nod then went inside. Midoriya sighed and prepared to bang on the window again, the door made him pause, Uraraka walked in with a serious look on her face.
"I suppose you're going to kick my ass now?"
"Don't be stupid," she walked over to the chair and pulled it out for herself. "We're at a police station. They'd stop me before I even touch you."
Izuku sat down, his eyes flickered to a ring on Uraraka's left ring finger, he then looked up at her. "You're friends with the police now?"
"Every hero is, now what did you-"
"Not all, Y/n and Endeavor weren't very friendly to the police during their career." Uraraka didn't like how he said that, she narrowed her eyes and rolled up her sleeves of her sweater, she had a bracelet on her wrist, one that Izuku recognized from first sight, much to his annoyance.
"Where'd you get that bracelet from?"
"Why are you stalling? Izuku, I just wanna know if you are responsable for what happened to Y/n?" Uraraka definetly hadn't changes, she always had that sincere look in her eyes.
"I own a multi-million dollar company, and, you think I have time to settle old feuds?" She raised an eyebrow. "Yes, I do. You know we didn't find much on what you do in your free time, 'cause I'll give it to you, your tracks are covered very well,"
"You just, left behind some very obvious clues,--but I can't understand why you would purposely leave behind a list, then a notebook. Now that notebook looked alot like you want to settle more than an old 'feud'."
In truth, he had nothing to respond with. He wasn't internally panicking but he couldn't fathom it, what list was she speaking of?
"Well of course, your almost correct." He leaned in with his hands on the table. "I still want to get back at Y/n, you, Kacchan, Todoroki, All Might, former class 1-A. Because every, single, person, I've ever known, just leaves."
"That's your fault," Uraraka remarked. "You just can't see that-"
"I see perfectly fine. I see you, I also see who hurt Y/n but if you wanna play a dirty game then bring it on, Uravity."
Uraraka was getting somewhere, he was somewhat annoyed, which was better than him not caring enough to tell her. "I'm not here for games, I'm here to find out, who, hurt, Y/n. And right now, you're the closest suspect we have! So you better-"
"Uraraka, I see no need for a police investigation, if you hadn't let her run off on her own, she wouldn't have gotten hurt." She narrowed her eyes, only making his lips pull into a smile.
"Are-are you saying that I'm the reason she got hurt?" She sounded extremly offended. "Oh, that's exactly what I'm saying. I bet it's hard to fathom, I mean you loved her, I would've loved to see you there too--" Uraraka snapped, she shot up and punched his jaw, his head went one way and his body followed, he fell out the chair as Ochaco huffed.
"That was a confession. I don't care how much you lawyer up, I'm taking you down, Deku."
And that was a promise.
