Y/N's pov

"Good morning girls!" I said when I saw them. Hwang Byeol and Jang Haneul, they work here as a barista and patissier.

Hwang Byeol, a cheery girl who's happy all the time and very adventurous.

Jang Haneul, a quiet girl and you have no idea what's on her mind.

"Good morning unnie!" they both said at the same time.

"Where's Eunji?" I asked Byeol since she's Eunji's sister.

Hwang Eunji can be a little crazy sometimes but she's very talented in what she do and she smart af....she's the one who manages the financial of this cafe eventhough she's a barista.

"Ah what can I say? She's with her lovely husband at this moment" she rolled her eyes. I chuckled, shaking my head. Eunji married her boyfriend, Hwang Hyunjin recently. So they're in their honeymoon phase.

"But she sent a text that she will be here in an hour" Haneul said looking at her phone.

"Well okay, it's almost 9:30 so time to open the cafe" I said putting the chairs down.

After we cleaned the tables and everything, I kept the open sign on the door and wrote some special meals on the chalkboard.

The bell near the door chimed indicating that customers have arrived.

"Haneul, can you get the orders while I cook the food. Byeol you make the coffee and juices" I said tying the apron on myself.

"Okay!" they both said, walking away to do their assigned work.

I went to the kitchen station and took all the ingredients from the fridge and the pantry.

"Two A sets and one C set to go" Haneul said from the door.

"Got it!" I said cracking the eggs onto the pan and also some bacons, sausages.

Panda: Don't forget about the French toasts. I want it extra sweet.
Jihyun: *glares* *adding tons of sugar into the batter* is it enough?
Panda: some more please *smile*
Jihyun: *sighs out of frustration*

"Hey Jihyun!" A tall women came in with her police uniform.

"Hi Yeona!" I said packing some food in a bag.

Lee Yeona, who's a police officer and her nickname is polar for some reason, she can be sweet but at the same time scary.

"Ugh this guy in my team is such a perv, he always check me out and make inappropriate comments along with his crazy friend" she said pouting.

"Why don't you tell your sister?" I said, cutting some fruits.

"Oh fuck no! Last time I told Fuyu Unnie, a guy ended up in the hospital with his nose busted and a broken arm" she said seriously. 

Lee Fuyu, Yeona's elder sister. She's a prosecutor and she's the best one in criminal field. Consider yourself dead if you make her angry.

"Why don't you report it to the chief?"

"Jihyun, that guy's father is a well respected person in the police department. He has the authority to hide it or even worse suspend me" she said.

"Oh but it would be better if you were suspended, you can help me manage the shop" I said keeping a huge bag in front of her.

She just glared at me.

"Then who's gonna get all the info for you guys?" she raised her eyebrow.

"Right" I said flatly.

"Anyways, I packed everything in here and you can collect the drinks from Byeol" I told her.

"Okay" Yeona said.

"And don't forget that we have to meet our boss tonight" I said.

"Got it!" She said doing a salute sign.

It was 11:30 and the customers gradually decreased. Haneul went to the kitchen to make something delicious. We have a thing here, we always give a free dessert to the customers every Monday and Friday.

"When is she coming?! She said she would come in an hour but it's been two hours" Byeol whined.

As soon as she said that, a girl with glasses storms into the cafe.

"IM SO SORRY UNNIE! I SOMEHOW FELL ASLEEP AND HYUNJIN DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO WAKE ME UP" Eunji hollered.

"Hey calm down it's alright" I assured her.

"Sweetie! You forgot this" Hyunjin came inside holding a bag.

"Oh right, thanks babe" she said grabbing the bag and pecked her husband. Byeol pretended to gag at the whole thing.

"Oh please stop it! You're doing this because you're jealous of me" Eunji said turning around glaring at her twin sister. Yes they're twins although they have different personalities and looks.

"You!" Byeol was about to punch her but I stopped before things get escalated.

"Don't fight like before" I warned the twins, standing between them.

"I made some cupcakes and pastries! Want to taste the-......what happened?" Haneul asked sensing the situation.

"Unnie, it's because of you, I lost someone whom I was close to" She told with tears in her eyes.

"I-" Eunji face was filled with regret and guilt.

Byeol glared at Eunji, pushing us away and walked out of the cafe.
The twins weren't exactly on good terms because of an incident.

"Oh not again!" Haneul sighed removing her apron and ran after Byeol to comfort her.

Eunji crouched down and broke down into tears, Hyunjin who was there all along was beside her consoling her.

Byeol was talking about their father, she was so close with her father who taught her about love and happiness. But he died because Eunji shot him with a gun, Byeol was angry on her twin sister but she didn't know what really happened. Eunji killed their father out of self defence because he was abusing both of them when he was under influence of drugs. Byeol couldn't remember anything about this because she got hit on her head making her loose some of her memories. Eunji lied to her because she didn't want Byeol to be haunted by her traumatic experiences.

"I didn't meant to say that" her voice cracked.

"It's alright Eunji, she'll understand" I assured her.

Time skip

"Hey sweetheart, mommy will be busy tonight. So don't forget to do your homework, eat your dinner and sleep before 10" I said on the phone.

"Okay mommy, can I also eat mint choco ice cream?" he asked me.

"Only one scoop of it" I said.

"Thank you mommy! Love you"

"Love you too sweetheart" I said smiling.

"Give the phone to Lisa" I told him.

"Yes Mrs. Kim?"

"Lisa, Me and Namjoon would be back home really late cause we have work to do. Could you stay until then? You could sleep in the guest room. I'll pay extra" I said.

"Sure Mrs. Kim"

"Aish, what did I say about calling me Mrs. Kim?"

"Hehe sorry Jihyun Unnie" she chuckled. I hanged the call after speaking to her, I stripped my clothes off and wore my black pants with black tank tops and some combat shoes, I pulled my hair up into a pony tail.

Me, Fuyu, Yeona, Eunji, Haneul and Byeol met each other at the orphanage. We were friends from then, we were troublemakers and we stumbled upon an illegal site, they were hiring teenagers to become a part of gang. We thought it was cool so we signed up for it.
We were trained for years until we become one of them.We had to follow the orders of our higher ups. Mostly the orders were to kill people or kidnap them to get some information. But now we became a team.

I didn't tell Namjoon what my real job was because I wanted to protect him and our son. I didn't know that I was capable to fall in love after what I faced but then I found him and he was the best thing that ever happened to me. I tried many ways to leave my job but I can't because of my contract. So the best way was to keep my identity hidden from him.

"Jihyun you ready?" Yeona said peeking inside the empty room where we keep our work clothes and all.

"Yup" I said keeping a gun in my back pocket.

"Cool, Fuyu Unnie will meet us there. She said something about a coconut head annoying her with a case" Yeona said.

Time skip

We all reached the secret hideout, I saw Fuyu standing outside of the abandoned. She seems to be on a call.

"Could you please stop calling me? I said I'm busy!!" She screams into the phone and ended the call

"Stupid coconut" She mumbles but clear enough for me to hear.

"Ooh who's disturbing you leader?" I grinned. Yes she's the leader of our team cause she's good at planning strategies and all.

"It's this lawyer, he always get on my nerves"

"Is he cute?" Byeol asked her wriggling her eyebrows. Byeol is now alright after that fight but she's avoiding Eunji for now.

"Shut up!"

"The boss is calling us, we gotta hurry" Haneul said pushing us into the building.

"Unnie do you know what we'll be doing?" Eunji asked Fuyu.

"We're gonna to know soon" she said.

We all kept our fingerprints on the scanner one by one and the wall moved, we entered in it.

"Hey ladies!" Our boss greeted.

"Hey Jackson" Fuyu greeted back.

"Are you ready for next mission?" He had this sly grin on his face.
