you reach the landing spot in Hawaii you are so excited to get off the plane seeing the most tropical things there

"Everyone may get out of your seats and unboard the plane! Have a great trip to Hawaii."
The speakers say

You practically jump out of your seat and get your small bag you stretch because you've been in the position for a few hours

"You ready sis?"
Your sister asks sitting next you

"Yes! Come on!!"
You say pushing her out to leave

As you three leave you enter the airport to get your luggage you look around seeing how alive the place feels you accidentally bump into someone

"Shoot, I'm sorry!"
The boy says

"No no your fine! It's completely my fault for not paying attention!"
You say worried

"Uh, yo ur kinda cool can I get your number?"
He asks

"Uh yeah sure it's ********?"
You say hesitating

"Sis who's this?"
Your sister asks

"Oh I bumped into him!"
You say

"Ah, alright!"
She says glaring at him

"Oh uhm.. I have to go , I'll text you!"
He says in a rush

"Ah alright?-"
You say confused

As he leaves , you and your sister go over to the luggage and get it.

As you get your luggage and head to the hotel you and your sister enter the room first seeing two separated rooms you guessing you get your own room

"Woo! I get my own room!!"
You say

Your sister sighs and pats your head

"Go get comfortable but don't taking off your shoes or anything we're going to the beach after"
She says

"REALLY??"
You say shocked but excited

"Yes.. now go get in your swimsuit-"
She says and your already running into your room

"That child never learns.."
She says walking to her room to get ready

AT THE BEACH

As you start running to jump in the water your sister grabs your arm

"Walk, you might step on something"
She says grabbing your arm gently

"Ughh fine.."
You say slowing down

You can see the boy from earlier and you wave at him and he waves back

"Sis can I go over and hangout with my new friend?"
You ask her

"Sure just be careful"
She says putting on sun screen not paying attention to who you were talking about

You rush over to him and sit next to him

"Hi!!"
You say waving at him

"Hi, btw my name is Zane"
He says reaching out to shake your hand

"I'm y/n!"
You say reaching your hand out shaking his

"Anddd before you pull anything I'm lesbian!"
You say giving him a funny look

"I'm gay so don't think I'm weird"
He says pulling his hand away from yours

"Nice!! Now I don't have to feel awkward about being around you!"
You say exaggerating

You two joke around for about an hour
Until you hear your sister shout your name

"Y/n! Come on we're leaving"
She yells signaling for you to come on

"Alright I'm coming!!"
You say yelling back getting up

"I have to go Zane, it was nice chatting I'll text ya when I get into my hotel room"
You say waving at him goodbye

"Okay! Nice chatting with you too y/n talk to ya later!"
He says waving back smiling as a boy sits next to him

You walk with your sister

"Who was that?"
She asks looking in front of her

"That was my friend Zane! He's gay"
You say before she asks

"Ahuh okay, is his boyfriend the one who sat next to him?"
She asks looking at you

"Not that I'm aware"
You say shrugging

"Well okay, we're here so let's head up to the room you guys! Long night ahead of us.."
Your sisters boyfriend Carlos adds

"You've been awfully quiet today Carlos, are you alright?"
Your sister asks in the elevator

"Yeah, just a migraine.."
He says unsure

"Okay?.."
You and your sister add looking at him with confusion

Once y'all are at your floor you skip down the hall to your room and you enter your hotel room feeling a hot breeze hit your body

"It's hot in here"
You say turning down the air conditioner

"Your over exaggerating.."
she says trying to knock off the hotness

"Go get changed we're having a movie night!"
She adds

"Woo!"
You say running to your room again to change into comfy clothing

"And we've got snacks!"
She adds

"Okay!!"
You say getting your phone

IN TEXT WITH ZANE

YOU: "hey I made it back!"

ZANE: "cool cool, I'm heading back right now"

YOU: "who was that boy who sat next to you?"

ZANE: "oh that was Allen, my boyfriend did I not tell you about him while we were chatting?"

YOU: "nope! But congrats!:)"

ZANE: "thanks! Well I'm gonna go we just got here"

YOU: "okay be careful!"

ZANE: "okay! Text ya tomorrow"

YOU: "okay ttyl!"

OUT OF TEXT WITH ZANE

You start changing into your pajamas and you put your sleeping mask on when you hear a ding on your phone
Knowing it's not zane you look over to see Lynn had texted you

IN TEXT WITH LYNN

LYNN: "hey how has it been?"

YOU: "good!! How has it been with you?"

LYNN: "pretty bad, the teacher is in a bad mood since you left"

YOU: "I'm probably her favorite student lol"

LYNN: "what does lol mean?"
(I FEEL LIKE CANONLY SHE WOULDN'T KNOW WHAT "LOL" AND "WYD" WOULD MEAN)

YOU: "laughing out loud, gosh Lynn I'd expect your sisters to teach you how to understand meanings of texts.."

LYNN: "well Lori suggested I do but I don't wanna know"

YOU: "ahh okay!"

LYNN: "well it is getting late so I'm gonna go to bed I'll talk to you later."

YOU: "okay, goodnight Lynn!"

LYNN: "goodnight, y/n."

OFF THE PHONE WITH LYNN

you set your phone down to charge it and your sister comes in your room

"Ready for movie night?"
She says holding up snacks

"Yes!!"
You say excited
