Moonpaw followed the patrol into RiverClan territory. Like her sisters, she took the  time to memorize the borders

Suddenly, the apprentice tortoiseshell's hairs stood up, and she pulled out her claws in case of a fight. Shrewnose placed his tail on her shoulder to calm her down.

"Relax, Moonpaw. What's the matter? Did you smell anything?" he asked her

Moonpaw nodded

"Cats." she said

Shrewnose, Dawnfall and Raincloud lifted their nose, catching the scents of the felines

"They are indeed cats." Added Raincloud. "But they carry no scent of any of the clans"

"Do you think they're stray cats?" Said Dawnfall

"Probably" Sighed the silver-gray cat

Moonpaw stared at Leopardpaw and Sunpaw and she understood that all three of them were thinking the same thing (In one look lol. And when I wrote that part in french the plural was literally not respected) Raincloud seemed to know these cats , but she didn't want to say who.

"Let's continue the patrol." She ordered, wagging her tail.

Once back at camp, Moonpaw rushed into the Apprentices' den, to curl up in her litter of moss and fall asleep.

The tempting smell of fish made the apprentice understand that the hunting patrol had returned. (Um, wasn't she sleeping actually?? )

Once she was sure everyone had been served, she came out of the den and took her share.

"Are you coming to eat with us?" Meowed a voice behind her

Moonpaw turned, and saw that Leopardpaw had joined her

"Leopardpaw, you gave me one of these fears! Yes, I'm coming." She replied, purring

She then followed Leopardpaw. Sunpaw was waiting for them.

"Do you think Raincloud is hiding something?" asked Sunpaw, once her sisters were settled.

“I have no idea,” Leopardpaw admitted. What about you, Moonpaw?

"Same." Replied the tortoiseshell she

Leopardpaw raised its head to the sky
"Tonight is  full moon," she muttered. "I hope Reedstar will let ' us to go to the gathering."

"I hope so too," Moonpaw and Sunpaw meowed

"Well, good news for you, you're coming." Announced Foamheart, who had joined them (I think I meant  spawned out of nowhere)

"Phew! I was afraid to stay for midnight patrol!" Leopardpaw meowed playfully

"Finish your fish, then I want you to change the Elders' nest and see if they have any ticks." Meowed Foamheart as she walked away, "Mothwing will give you mouse bile." she added. (When I told you that I was using canon characters , that's what I was talking about!

"Oh, yuck!" Moonpaw meowed in disgust

"Do you think Raincloud is going to talk about those strange cats?" Sunpaw whispered, low enough for any Others to hear. (Damn but I really had a problem with Raincloud when writing this fanfic x))

"Well, Raincloud will have to ask Reedstar for permission." Thought Leopard Cloud

Moonpaw wondered if Raincloud knew anything else. However, she knew that the deputy would not reveal anything to her, not even to Leopardpaw, Sunpaw and the other members of the RiverClan.

"...We have to find out what she's hiding from us!..." Moonpaw said to herself

OKAY SO!
LET’S SUMMARIZE:

Raincloud hides that she knows these “strange cats”

Mothwing is still not dead

Foamheart spawns to mentor her daughters

And Moonpaw has become like Hollyleaf I suppose? I don't know :D
