3rd Person's POV

Harry had been to several Hogwarts feasts, but never one quite like this. Everybody was in their pajamas, and the celebration lasted all night.

Harry didn't know whether the best bit was Hermione running toward him, screaming "You solved it! You solved it!" or Justin hurrying over from the Hufflepuff table to wring his hand and apologize endlessly for suspecting him.

Or Hagrid turning up at half past three, cuffing Harry and Ron so hard on the shoulders that they were knocked into their plates of trifle, or his and Ron's four hundred points for Gryffindor securing the House Cup for the second year running, or Professor McGonagall standing up to tell them all that the exams had been canceled as a school treat.

"Oh, no!" said Hermione

Plus there was the fact that Dumbledore announcing, unfortunately, Professor Lockhart would be unable to return next year, owing to the fact that he needed to go away and get his memory back. Quite a few of the teachers joined in the cheering that greeted this news.

"Shame," said Ron, helping himself to a jam doughnut. "He was starting to grow on me."

As all the Slytherins sit sulking and watching the 3 houses celebrate the Gryffindors second year winning house cup, Karina feels nothing but regret.

"I'm so sorry guys. We could have won house cup this year if it wasn't for me writing in that stupid diary."

A tear falls down Karina's face as she looks at all the sad faces her friends have.

Draco wipes the tear from her cheek then kisses her forehead. "Karina if it wasn't you it would've been Ginny Weasley. Either way I don't think we would've won. Plus it doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that you're safe."

"Yeah Karina we were so worried and so scared when we heard you were taken. We didn't know what to do. We are so happy that you are okay." Pansy says smiling. Daphne and Blaise nod agreeing with Pansy.

"Yeah we may have not won this year but we have plenty to go." Vincent say pushing Karina's shoulder a bit making her smile.

"Aw I love you guys." Karina says, "Group hug!!"

They all stand up and hug over the table. Suddenly as they sit back down a huge bowl of ice cream with chocolate syrup appears in the middle of the table with 7 spoons. The friends all laugh and cheer then dig into the delicious dessert. Karina stares at the ice cream in shock then looks up at the teacher's table and sees Dumbledore staring at her with a huge smile. She lightly smiles back and nods her head as if saying thank you then digs in with her fellow housemates.

The rest of the final term passed in a haze of blazing sunshine. Hogwarts was back to normal with only a few, small differences Defense Against the Dark Arts classes were canceled.

"But we've had plenty of practice at that anyway," Ron told a disgruntled Hermione.

Also Lucius Malfoy had been sacked as a school governor. Draco was no longer strutting around the school as though he owned the place. On the contrary, he looked resentful and sulky minus when he was surrounded by his fellow Slytherins. On the other hand, Karina Grey was perfectly happy again and actually nice to everyone.

Too soon, it was time for the journey home on the Hogwarts Express. Pansy and Karina drag their luggage to the train then help each other up. Walking through the corridor they find their regular empty compartment and sit down with a loud sigh.

"Ugh why does it feel like I'm taking more with me than I brought." Karina says as stands up to put her luggage away.

"I got it love." Draco pushes past her lightly and grabs her bag. He sits it up above their heads then does the same to Pansy and his. He grabs the cage that Marvel is in and sets it on the other side of him.

Karina snuggles up to him knowing that this is where she belongs.
