"Hey slow down!" Merlin shouted limping over to Adamaris. Adamaris stopped in their tracks and looked over at Merlin. It seems they were walking a bit too fast. "My apologies Merlin. I just would like to get there before it gets dark. You do have the journal for the sirens correct?" Adamaris asked him. Merlin quickly searched through the bag he brought with him and found the journal before holding it up. "Yes, I have it. Why are we giving this to the sirens anyways?" Merlin asked them. Adamaris simply gave Merlin a small smile and said "You'll find out soon enough. Now let's continue" Merlin nodded and started to follow beside Adamaris but was still curious about the journal.

Unfortunately for them, the way they have to get to siren territory causes them to have to walk on a path in the forest in between the vampires and the werewolves' territory. If you haven't been living under a rock you would know that the vampires and werewolves have been enemies for centuries now. Both these creatures are around more at night so if Adamaris and Merlin are caught after dark on this path, they will most likely be caught up in a fight between the vampires and werewolves.

"So what even is in this journal anyways?" Merlin asked Adamaris. They haven't told Merlin anything about what they were doing so Merlin was rather curious but trusted the witch had good intentions. "I'll tell you soon. Just know it is something very important that we cannot let anyone get their hands on" Adamaris answered Merlin back. Merlin simply nodded deciding to take that answer for now. The walk from then on was rather quiet. Adamaris liked the quiet of the forest. It gave them peace of mind. They simply continued walking hoping to get there soon.

In the Siren's cove, we're two sirens. One named Iris who was currently sitting on a rock, bored out of her mind trying to figure out what to do. The other named Meixu swam peacefully humming to herself. She couldn't help but notice the bored siren in front of her and decided to strike up a conversation. "So do you think any humans will be passing by here soon?" Meixu asked Iris. They have always been rather interested in humans and always wanted to see one in person. Iris hearing Meixu shrugged. "How should I know" She said back. Iris didn't care to have a conversation with the other siren. Meixu sighed before hearing footsteps. She immediately looked over at the direction she heard them coming from and got curious. What if it was a human? Though she quickly realized that it could be hunters. She went ahead and hid behind a rock. Iris on the other hand couldn't care less and stayed right where she was.

"Oh good we're here," Adamaris said. They went ahead and smiled at Iris. Meixu poked their head out from behind the rock recognizing the witch and their apprentice. "Oh hello, Adamaris" Meixu said back with a small smile. She met Adamaris when she was walking around one time and got distracted with a book which lead to her bumping into a tree rather roughly and falling getting hurt. Adamaris was luckily there and helped Meixu. Unlike Meixu, Iris didn't have a clue who Adamaris or their apprentice was so she stayed quiet. "Hello, Meixu. Sorry to be bothering you but I have a favor to ask of you" They said to Meixu as she looked at them with curiosity in her eyes. "It's no problem really. What is it you need?" Meixu asked Adamaris before looking over at Merlin who handed Meixu some sort of journal. "I need you to destroy this journal. I know the siren species are currently neutral in the war which means I can trust you. Whatever you do, do not look inside the journal". Merlin hearing that Adamaris wanted the journal destroyed didn't know what to think. Though there was one thing he was wondering. What was in that journal that Adamaris wants to destroy? Meixu stayed quiet for a moment looking at the cover of the journal. They then looked at the witch and nodded. "I'll do what I can"

If you think Dragons are usually solitary creatures you would be correct. Though once the war has started dragons were soon coming together and making decisions as a group. That is why when the dragons decided they wanted an ally for the war and decided for it to be the werewolves, they sent out three dragons. These dragons being Khan, Draco, and Zara. They were chosen to be the ones to ask the werewolves if they would want to join forces and then fly back to tell the others what the werewolves had said. Draco and Khan ended up flying next to each other while Zara stayed behind them. Khan looked beside him seeing the other dragon and decided to try and start a conversation "So do you think the werewolves will agree to work with us?" Khan asked Draco. Draco glanced over at Khan and huffed. He honestly would rather be sleeping than be here but it's not like he had much of a choice. He has to do it for the sake of his kind. "Okay then," Khan said quietly and looked around. He noticed Draco would rather not be bothered and decided to leave him alone. That's when suddenly he heard Draco speak and looked over at him. "I'm unsure, but I am sure I will be able to convince them to join us" He spoke confidently. Khan nodded and decided to trust Draco. Zara didn't speak to the other dragons but listened into their conversation. She didn't find a point In speaking to them. She simply wanted to get this over with and go home. Everyone stayed quiet until Khan decided to try something. Looking at Draco he said, "I thought nothing could be more breathtaking than flying at dark under the  night stars but that changed the moment I saw you~". Draco simply looked at Khan and raised an eyebrow. At that moment Khan decided it would be best to stay quiet the rest of the flight.

Once again Linken has lost to Jager. The packs alpha. Though they're of equal strength Jager still has the edge on Linken. Whether it is because of experience or just pure strength it is clear that Jager will be the alpha for a while longer. "Damn it" Linken mumbled under his breath wandering off. Huxley who has just walked into pack territory after going hunting ended up hearing what happened from other werewolves. She quickly dropped what she was carrying in the pile before running over to Linken. "Link are you okay?" She asked him. Linken glanced at Huxley ever so slightly. He really likes Huxley but unfortunately, she's with Jager. "Of course, I am why wouldn't I be. Tch let the alpha over there know I was just going easy on him. Next time I'm totally beating his a$$" Linken then walked off as Huxley sighed. She turned into her human form going over to Jager who had his arms crossed leaning on a tree. Jager noticing Huxley went over to her. Wrapping his arms around her he gave her a kiss before asking "So how was hunting?" Huxley looked into her loving mate's eyes and said back to him. "It went well. We have enough food to feed the pack for another day" Jager sighed with relief. "That's good. I would have thought since we decided to hunt in the day we wouldn't have gotten that much food. Good to know changing things up didn't cost us too much" Jager has decided to change what the pack was doing and have everyone hunt and do everything during the day and sleep at night so they don't encounter the vampires. Instead of fighting them, they can focus on training for the war. "Love why must you fight with Link?" Huxley then asked Jager. Jager sighed at his mate's question before answering with "Linken is usually the one who starts the fights. You know he wants to overthrow me and become alpha." Huxley frowned a little "Yes but..." she then was interrupted by another kiss from Jager. "Don't worry dear everything will be fine. Though I am wondering have you seen our child?"

Lumine and Tsuki ran off into the forest around the werewolves' territory. The two of them have been friends for a while since they both feel like the pack doesn't respect them and babies them. Tsuki soon stopped to catch his breath and looked at Lumine. "Where are we going?" He asked nym. "I have decided that we are going to go and hunt the biggest deer imaginable. Even after I've proven myself my parents still treat me like a delicate flower. I just want to prove to them that I am capable of hunting just like them". Tsuki hearing nym's plan ended up getting excited and ran around Lumine. "Ooh, that's a great plan! I wanna hunt a big deer!" Tsuki said happily before accidentally tripping on his feet and falling. Lumine could hear the younger wolf running around nym and chuckled. Ny went ahead and helped Tsuki up when ny heard him fall. "Let's go!" Lumine happily walked on with Tsuki hearing for any deer around. They walked for a while before Tsuki suddenly stopped. "Look! There's a deer" Tsuki whispered to Lumi. Lumine's ears perked up hearing the deer eating. Getting in position Lumine waited for the perfect time to attack. "Woah are those dragons?!" Tsuki said in awe seeing the three dragons soon land right outside Werewolf territory. Lumine stopped in nys tracks before facing where Tsuki is. "Wait really dragons?! That's so cool! What are they doing here?"

"I don't know but I wanna get a closer look" Tsuki said before starting to run over to the dragons. Lumi quickly followed.

"We're here" Khan said looking around. "So what now?" Khan asked looking at the other two dragons beside him. Zara stayed quiet looking in the forest hearing something approach them. "We wait" Draco said in a serious voice looking at the direction of the werewolf territory. They couldn't just walk in they need the alpha to let them inside the territory. That's when suddenly the two werewolves appeared. Both Lumine and Tsuki stopped in their tracks and looked at the dragons in awe. Neither of them have ever seen a dragon up close. Zara's eyes narrowed as she took a step away from them. Both Khan and Draco turned to look at them. Khan decided this was his chance to get the alpha to let them into the territory. "The alpha is here correct?" Khan asked the two. "Yup! Actually did you know the alpha is my father? Cool right! Oh and—" Lumine started but before ny could continue talking, Khan quickly interrupted nym. "That's great. Anyways could you bring the alpha over here?" Lumine nodded but before nym could run to get the alpha, Linken suddenly went over to them. Turns out he was around the area and heard what they were talking about. He thought if he was able to convince the dragons he was the alpha he would be able to get them to do whatever he wants. He could have power over Jager. "I can handle it from here. How about you two run along now" Linken said to Tsuki and Lumi. "But—" Tsuki started to say but was interrupted by Linken. "Did I stutter" Linken said with a low growl. Lumine and Tsuki quickly ran back to the packs territory not wanting to make Linken upset. After all, he is able to match the alphas strength which not many are able to do. After the two of them left Linken turned back to the dragons. "Now let's get started shall we"

The vampire kingdom. A dark place deep in the forest shielded by the thick trees. In the castle lived the king and queen and the rest of their servants. In his bedroom was King Azazel reading a book. He figured out about the dragons plan to become allies with the werewolves and decided to do the same with the elves. So then after they take out the humans if it comes down to it they will be able to match the dragons and werewolves in numbers. Like how the vampires and werewolves were enemies, the dragons and elves were too.

All of a sudden his door swung open revealing Zoki. When meeting Zoki, Azazel decided to let him live in the castle if he personally served him. Zoki wasn't doing much with his life so he agreed. The king didn't ask for much anyways. "Knock next time" Azazel said not looking at Zoki as he kept his gaze at his book. "Sorry sorry" Zoki mumbled and crossed his arms. "So when are we going to the elves territory?" Zoki asked the King. "Once my wife finally gets ready" He mumbled as Zoki frowned. "I should just go tell her to hurry up" he said as Azazel finally lifted his head out of his book.

"Give her five more minutes. She is annoying when she's upset and I would rather not have to deal with that" Azazel explained as Zoki nodded in response. He was the only one who truly knew that Azazel never wanted to marry Esme. He only did it because he had to as king. He couldn't exactly blame him as he doesn't care much for Esme anyways. He just decided to do what the king said and wait for five minutes.

Nerezza was currently combing through Esme's hair making sure she looked presentable when they go to the elf kingdom. Being her Lady-In-Waiting it was their job to make sure the queen was ready and to be at her side. "Nerezza" Esme suddenly spoke as Nerezza continued with their duties. "Yes my Queen?" they said calmly. "Do you think Azazel really does love me?" Esme asked quietly. "Of course I'm sure he cares about you and loves you very much" Nerezza said with a small smile but backed away as Esme stood up. "Cares about me? Yeah right. I've been around him to know that he doesn't have any feelings for me...and yet I can't help but love him." Esme then turns to Nerezza and walked towards them. Nerezza backed up a little and ends up backing into the wall. They weren't sure what to do. "But then again you care about me don't you" suddenly Esme pins Nerezza to the wall. "And you're such a cutie too I could just eat you up~" She licked her lips ever so slightly. Nerezza didn't know what to think as emotions raced through them. That's when suddenly the door opened. "It's time to go" Azazel said as his eyes narrowed at the scene before him. He could care less about what Esme does but they do have an image to uphold besides now is not the time to be doing anything. Esme let's go of Nerezza and gives Azazel a smiles. "Yes dear I'll be right there" She then turned to Nerezza and gave them a wink before going off with Azazel. Nerezza stood their trying to gather their thoughts about what happened. "Are you coming?" Zoki called out to them snapping them out of their thoughts. "Mhm" Nerezza quickly left and closed the room door behind them joining the others.

Most would think elves were more happy and cheerful creatures which they were, but because of the war and the dragons burning down half their forest they have become more serious and stressed out. Though one thing has never changed and that was their love for the forest. Because of that fact the elves number one priority was getting the forest back to its former glory. Each elf was paired up with a group. There were many groups as there are many elves but one group stood out among the rest and that group consisted of four elves. Alek, River, Aiden, and Darwin. Three of which were currently arguing. "You have to work too you know!" Alek yelled at the other two rather upset that she and Darwin were the only two working in the group. "Yeah no thanks I think that job is well suited for you" River said with a smirk. Their job was to plant seeds and other things and use their magic to help them grow. Seems easy enough but River and Aiden don't want to help. "Nope I won't help you until you apologize" Aiden said as Alek gave him a confused look. "About what?" Aiden then frowned before saying "For when you called me lazy just because I got someone else to pick up the trash around the forest for me".

"I'm not going to apologize for that! I know I'm right" Alek said crossing her arms.

"I'm not lazy and I'm not going to help you until you apologize to me for your rude comment," Aiden said.

"Alright then guess I'm going to have to knock the memory of that comment out of your head so I don't have to apologize," Alek said cracking her knuckles about to punch him when suddenly Darwin got in between them. "Now now there is no need for fighting. I'm sure there is a more peaceful way to solve this" Darwin said with a small smile. "Yeah like what?" Aiden asked raising an eyebrow. "You two could always talk about your problems and come to a compromise" Darwin suggested to them. "Yeah no not going to happen" Alek said going back to what she was doing. "Like that would ever happen." Aiden said going and leaning on a tree. Darwin then looked over at River.

"Are you going to help?" Darwin asked him. River was pretty much ignoring the others by now bored of their arguing, watching the birds as they flew by. "Eh, I'll think about it." River said as Darwin let out a soft sigh. He was about to go back to what he was doing but then noticed four figures approaching them. The other seemed to noticed as well and watched as they soon noticed who it was. It was the vampires. More specifically the Queen and King with who the elves presumed to be their servants. The vampires didn't even bother looking at the elves simply moving past them. Esme ended up bumping into Aiden. "Hey! Aren't you going to say sorry princess" Aiden said rather upset crossing his arms. Esme stopped in her tracks and looked at Aiden. "Who do you think you are talking to me like that. You know I could end your life in mere seconds. And it's Queen Esme to you" She exclaimed with anger in her eyes looking at Aiden. "Apologies about him Queen Esme. Though may I ask what you're doing here?" Darwin asked quickly stepping in so no one gets hurt. Esme was about to talk but was interrupted by Azazel. "It is none of your concern. Now if you'll excuse us"

Azazel and the rest of the vampires passed by them heading into the elf's Woodland village as the elves watched curiously, as none of them could guess that this is the beginning of the biggest war of their lives.

Hey everyone!!! Sorry if this chapter isn't that good I just really wanted to introduce the monsters since idk when they're going to show up next. I might just make mini chapters about them here and there just if they end up not appearing as much as you guys want them to. I also might add filler chapters here and there if I don't know what to do with the next chapter but I still want to write something.
