You smiled as you gazed at blue water as you sat by the stream with your best friend, Sam sheepdog. It was a lovely warm summer's evening and everything was beautiful.

 "Beautiful, isn't it?" You asked him.

 " What? "

 "The scenery"

 "Oh yeah"

You turned your head round when you heard the sound of footsteps approaching you. You looked up to see it was Wile E Coyote and Ralph wolf.

 "You!" Cried Sam. "Get away from the sheep before i..."

 " I really don't think he's after the sheep" you said. He nodded his head when you said this.

 "That's a cool juggling act you've got" you said softly to Wile E, making him smile widely.

 Ralph wolf then did a handstand. "Oh, wow, that's pretty amazing too" you said, now a bit confused at this point.

Suddenly, Wile E pulled out a huge bouquet of flowers and have them to you. You felt your cheeks heat up at this kind gesture. "T-thank you"

 "It's getting late (y/n), I'll take you home" Sam piped in.

 "You're right, it's getting dark" you said as you got up. Wile E and Ralph both looked disappointed as you made your way home.

 "Gee, I wonder what's up with those two today. They were so nice to me" you pondered.

 "It's just that"

 "Just that what?" You asked Sam who obviously seemed to know something you didn't.

 "nothing"

 "What?"

 " forget I said anything "

 "What is it? What? What? What?" You frantically questioned him. Your curiosity was now peaked.

 He sighed. "They both like you"

 "Like me?"

 " Like 'like ' you"

 "What? Why?"

 " I don't know, but you're gonna have to choose"

You sighed. Making decisions like these were never easy.

The next morning, you returned to the same stream, and surely enough, they were both there.

 "(y/n), have something to say?" Sam asked you.

 " Yes" you said. They both looked hopefully.

You pick Wile E: "it's just...I like you Wile E, and I do like you too Ralph, but I see you as more of a friend" you approached Wile E and he put his thin arms around you and you both kissed.

You pick Ralph: "Ralph...I really like you. And Wile E, I just want us to stay friends. I'm sorry" he made gestures to show you it was ok, but he looked  a but disappointed. Ralph held you and have him a huge kiss.

"Isn't love a glorious thing?" Sam smiled to himself .
