You sighed gently as you carefully spilled the contents of the test tube you were holding into the other. You were the producer of acme explosives and you were busy trying to invent an explosive that would put all the others to shame.

You stopped. These things took precision. You exhaled sharply and wiped the steam from your goggles, when you were caught off your guard with an almost deafening noise.

 "What was that?" You ask, panic stricken. You look around to see that an explosion had just happened and there was now a huge hole in the wall.

You saw two men standing there, holding guns. Obviously gangsters. You could hear one talking. "Darn Mugsy, this ain't no bank you idiot" he said in a low voice.

 "Duh, sorry boss" the taller man replied. You approached them and decided to give them a piece of your mind. Sure, you knew it was dangerous, but they couldn't be anymore dangerous than you were feeling now.

 "No, it's not the bank, this is the lab where the acme explosives are made" you said, frustrated.

They both looked terror stricken at the mere thought. "E-explosives?"

 " Yes it is, and what do you think could've happened, hmm? "

The smaller man was more focused on the taller man to notice you. "We gets the point, missy, and who are yous?"

 "I'm the producer of acme explosives" you replied proudly and fixed your lab coat.

That was when he looked up and saw you. He was astounded. Woah, he'd never seen a dame that pretty before, especially not In a place like this.

 "I'm sorry. And what do I owe a beautiful dame like you after giving her such a shock?" He answered confidently.

It was your turn to be astonished. "Excuse me?"

 "You heard me"

"Yeah! You heard the boss!" The other man said with a goofy smile.

"Keep your nose outta this, Mugsy"

 " Sorry boss"

You thought for a moment. "Well...what exactly did you have in mind?"

" Dinner? " he offered.

 "Well, that's highly unorthodox, but everything that's happened today has also seemed to be, so, what the heck"

 "Great. Why waste time? Let's get heading now"

"Sure thing, but you're helping clean up my lab later" you smirked.

"Mugsy!"

" I'm on it boss! "
