Étoile landed in Pyongyang, the birth place of Su-Yeong. Immediately, soldiers came rushing to it, not knowing what to think of the strange green light that came down.

However, an angelic presence stopped them from shooting. Ho stood in front of them and held out his golden hand in front of their faces. He picked up the unconscious and naked body to wrap it in his dress-like clothes.

"Who are you?!" They asked, their guns ready and loaded. "Where did you come from?!"

"We have come from up above." His voice was loud and bold. "We are...angels."

Shaken, the questions still continued. "Why are you here?! Are you going to hurt our leader?!"

He was never the best at lying, but he was very good at thinking fast. "No. We are your protectors. We will defend North Korea and its leader."

The soldiers dropped their guns and got on their knees, bowing to him and thanking them for protection. Ho wished them goodwill then flew off.

"They're insane." He was flying away as fast as possible, still holding Étoile.

"They are." He heard his father's voice.

"Appa, you're here!"

Touching the globe, he frowned. "No, Ho, I can't come with you. All I can do is guide you.

He stopped flying, being above the dark sea. "Where should I go?"

"Go to Japan. Your son is there."

Giddy, he landed in Okinawa. He snapped his fingers and went back to his human form. He liked it better. He was back to wearing his old clothes and old earrings. He looked at Étoile.

"You're a boy!" He held his whole body with one hand. "You need clothes, though. Girls wouldn't want to see that around them."

He snapped his fingers again. He gave him a black montsuki and sneakers. He knows how uncomfortable sandals can be. He clapped his hands, and there they were. Right in front of Haruki's doorstep.

He flipped his hands for a minute before knocking on the door. It was nighttime there, but Haruki, being the night owl he is, began to walk to the door. He didn't know who to expect. Maybe that annoying coworker asking for the hospital keys again.

He screamed bloody murder when he saw his father standing in front of him, falling and crawling away. He woke up his family. His wife came downstairs with a frying pan, screaming too when she saw him.

"Shh, you're going to wake everyone up!" He walked in, nodding his head to close the door.

Tae walked in, crying for mommy. He stopped when he saw Ho staring at him.

"Haruki, is this the baby?"

He nodded, white as a sheet.

He put Étoile on a chair and floated over to the child, who was frozen in place. Tae's mother didn't know what to do. She didn't know if she should protect him. Ho wouldn't hurt his grandchild, but the guy was dead for two years. He shouldn't even be here to begin with.

"Who you?" The child asked in Japanese, sniffling.

Ho bent down, in awe. He felt tears swelling up in his eyes. He looked just like his father. "I'm Ho Tae Doh. I'm your grandfather."

Tae held up his arms so Grandpa could pick him up. Haruki shakingly stood up, using his wife for support. His father was here. He was kissing his son, laughing about how cute he looked. He would have dreams about them meeting, but it shouldn't happen. Ho shouldn't be here. He looked over at the person in the chair. They had short, curly black hair and a pointy nose like Lloyd. They looked like Marie.

"F-father." Ho looked over, scaring his son. "Who-who is that? Why are you here..?"

"That's Étoile, one of Beom's twins. I told you about him." He put Tae down and floated over to him. Haruki felt the blood drain from his face. "I have a very long story to tell you."

Haruki passed out, his wife putting him on the couch. She turned to her father in law and son, who both looked concerned.

"Please tell us."

----

Lloyd was laying in bed, back in his human form. François was cuddled up with him. He hasn't let him go since they woke up. He would leave to use the bathroom then come running back, grateful that he was still there.

"Franny, can we go out today?" He was stroking his beard in the same way he strokes the cat.

François cringed. "We can, but I'm nervous to."

"Why?"

"I've haven't really been out much. It just hasn't been the same."

"It's okay, we can stay home." He kissed his head, playing with his curls.

He had his head on his chest. "I'm sorry. I wish I could be better."

Lloyd rubbed his back. "Hey, it's okay. I want to spend time with you, and I want you to be comfortable. You've been uncomfortable for so long."

He looked up and kissed him. He didn't understand how such a being can be so kind. He really didn't deserve it.

Da woke up to her parents happily staring at her. It was like staring at a newborn baby. They wanted to give her a big breakfast, but since she was still full from last night, she only took an orange with her to their workplace.

She was overjoyed to see all the funny looking furry things. Her mother let one out to clean its little house, and the dog came up to Da, sniffing her and then rolling on its stomach.

"Oh my goodness, a Blueberry!" She rubbed it, laughing. "Lloyd has one of these!"

Marie didn't show her frown. "Baby girl, not every pug is called Blueberry. He just liked that name."

She looked up at her as the dog went back inside. "Oh, I see." Then a pitbull came for treats. "Look, a Benjamin!"

She laughed and fed the big girl. "It's the same for pitbulls. And little white dogs."

"Ohh. I want a dog!" She played with the dog's floppy ears. "They look so cute! They made little brother so happy!"

"Well, if you want one, you can have one. But you need to take care of it." She had her arm around her.

"Yes, I know. I saw him do it." She awed at two cats playing. "Jrs!"

She laughed again. She hasn't been happy in so long. "Cats, my heart. Come inside, we have some ready for adoption. The ones outside aren't ready yet."

She went in the big blue house full of happy animals. It was so strange to see all these things in person. Black cats, brown dogs, no wonder why Lloyd loved them so much.

"I want that one!" She pointed to a golden retriever puppy wagging its tail.

Marie took it out of its cage. It howled, then licked Da. It brought her so much joy to see her child so happy. "She doesn't have a name yet. You can name her after she has food."

As she was eating, her new owner exclaimed, "That's a cute name! I want to name her Food!"

She pinched her cheeks and kissed her forehead. She really was the cutest thing.

Étoile woke up the next day, frightened before seeing his uncle sitting next to him. He was happily playing with Tae, who already had lots of sweet things from Grandpa.

"Hi, Étoile! I told them about the story and they said that they wanted to meet you!"

He sat up, taking a minute to process everything. He actually happened. He went through with it. Where was Da? Where was Lily? It felt weird. He looked human. He teared up, remembering how Lloyd looked. How could his little brother hate having a body?

"How are you feeling? Oh, guess what? You're a boy!" He saw his nose wrinkle. "I can call you him now! Isn't that good?"

He shook his head. Being a man didn't really fit in with him, yet he didn't want to be a woman either.

"You want she?" Nope. "Them?" It shrugged its shoulders. "You still want it?" It nodded as Tae went away to watch TV. "Ah, I see."

There was a knock on the door, causing it to jump. Ho said for them to come in. Haruki and his wife were all over it, asking it questions and telling it how wild the story was.

"It can't speak." Ho was hugging his son. Haruki needed it badly. "Maybe do a checkup on it. You're very good at that."

"Mai, get my kit." She rushed to the bedroom.

Haruki kept staring at it. It looked like his aunt. It was crazy. It had her plump lips, skinny hands, green eyes, and thick hair. It barely looked like Beom. It only had his skin color and hair color and was a few inches shorter than him. Feeling awkward by the eye contact, Étoile looked away.

Mai came back with the kit. Haruki checked it out. Slow reactions, perfect hearing, normal blood sugar and pressure, and poor slight. It snapped round gold glasses for itself. Now, it looked a little more like its father.

"That's odd." Haruki said while touching its neck. "You don't have a voice box."

It blinked, not really caring that much. It mouthed Korean to its uncle, not knowing how to speak Japanese. Ho turned to them.

"It asked where its siblings are. Da-Eun, Lilith, and Lloyd." Haruki put his hand on his chest. "Lloyd is alive. That's the whole reason it came back."

Mai, seeing that the other was getting overwhelmed, kneed down to meet its eyes. Étoile didn't like eye contact, but it needed some sort of comfort.

"Your siblings aren't here, love." She spoke the same way she speaks to her toddler. "I'm sorry, but we don't know where they are."

It started crying, trying its best not to stain the bed with blood. She hugged it, rubbing its back. Haruki sighed. He didn't know what to think.

"We need to find him. I've missed.." He stopped, putting his shaking hand to his mouth. "I missed you, father."

Ho smiled at him, rubbing his face. "I've missed you too, but everything is okay now."

Étoile needed a shower. It smelled terrible. It never felt water nor soap before. It liked the feeling of bubbles on its thin frame. It liked cold water. It washed its hair. It never really liked having hair. It was too long before, so it shaved it. Now, it was fine with it. It went over its neck but didn't touch its shoulders.

It made shorts and a t-shirt for itself, liking how breathable it was. It was starving and bored, so Ho and Haruki decided to take it out.

-

François was sitting next to Lloyd as he played piano. It sat there collecting dust until he cleaned it and played the new songs they liked. Woman, My Universe, and all the other music he missed out on. The redhead was never so in love, laying his head on his shoulder and looking at him like a puppy.

"I've missed your piano and singing." Lloyd blushed when he touched his chin. "It was so quiet without you.."

He sat up, covering his eyes and breathing shakingly. Lloyd shifted to hug him, putting his forehead on his.

"It won't be quiet anymore, baby."

"You don't understand how strange it was. There was no laughter, or TV on, or music, or piano, or singing."

He chuckled slightly, rubbing his shoulders. "You always loved your peace and quiet."

He sighed, looking into Lloyd's eyes. "It's too loud and scary in the world, but it was too dark and quiet in mine." He hugged him, smiling when he felt the other wiping his tears.

"Don't you worry." He swallowed a lump in his throat. "Everything will be just fine now. We'll sing and dance together every day. We'll watch new things and let the babies play with their toys. I'll play my piano as often you like. They'll be so much laughter that your stomach will ache." He ticked him, smiling wide when François giggled and playfully pushed him. "They'll never be an echo in this home ever again."

He touched his face. He looked so masculine now. He even had tiny facial hair. "Thank you. Give me a minute, I have to use the bathroom."

Lloyd hit a few random keys as he waited for him to come back. Everything still felt the same, yet he knew everything's changed. He could make François happy again, like those first few months after they married. When they would dance and bake together or go to movies and dinner dates. Before the throne almost came between them. Before the cancer made him a problem.

He looked outside. He smiled and walked over to the window. The sunshine felt so good on his skin. He picked up Jr and held him to stare at the trees together. He could hear him purr as he rubbed his ears.

A bird pushed against the glass, scaring the two. Jr hissed and tried pawing at the glass, the two dumbasses not realizing that they couldn't hurt the other. Lloyd held his cat away from the bird and hissed at the bird, unhinging his jaw.

"The fuck was that!" Lloyd's heart dropped as he heard the bathroom door swing up and footsteps heading to the room.

The feather fuck flew away just as François arrived. He saw the cat's narrow blue eyes and Lloyd's horrifed expression. He forgot how it looked because of what happened in September those two years ago. It made his heart melt and his arm to hold him tight.

"I heard a snake. Did you see it?"

Not knowing what else to do, he nodded and put Jr down.

"I'll get rid of them right away." He kissed his head, having his hands over his back.

He frowned. "You don't have to do that.."

He looked at him, his eyes slightly bigger. "Of course I do! The snakes could bite you or make you sick." He didn't look at the brown eye, remembering the cancer. "I'll fix it."

-

Étoile was with its uncle and cousin at a sensory friendly bar. Ho and Haruki were catching up, laughing and crying at old and new memories.

The other stared at a beautiful woman. It never experienced this strange feeling. It made its stomach feel hot. It looked over at a man and felt the same feeling.

"Psst, you." Haruki whispered to it when his father was distracted. "Do you like them?"

It nodded, feeling its cheeks flustered. The other smirked and stood up. It felt its stomach drop when he began talking to both of them. What was he doing? What was he saying to them?

He came back with both of them. He whispered to it, so it quickly went with him to the back where a bed was.

"Haruki, we need to save it!" Ho was going to go after it before his son whispered something in his ear. "Ew!"

-

He was on Martha's lap. He felt her stroking his hair. He looked up and smiled at her.

"Welcome back." She sighed to him, her wedding ring shining. "Remember about-"

He started coughing as he slowly sat up, Apple running to get François. There was a terrible smell in the house. It was a nasty thing to wake up to.

"What's wrong, my love?" The redhead sat on the bed next to him, rubbing his back.

Lloyd patted his chest, his eyes watering. "What's that smell?!"

"Oh, it's a gas to get rid of the snakes. It's not going to kill them, it just bothers them. It should be gone in an hour."

The other tried not to show how disappointed he was. He knew François had the best intentions, but he hates snakes. During the war while they were in Vagu, he freaked the fuck out because there was a snake in the office. He refused to leave his room until it was caught. It was funny then, not so much now.

"Franny." He coughed mid-sentence. "I know you don't like going out, but I have something to show you."

The taller bit his nails. "Okay..but I feel a little scared about driving."

Lloyd grinned as he opened the window. "Who said anything about driving?"

Before he could process, the smaller picked him up and flew out the window into the sunset.

--

Haruki came to get Étoile once he saw the man and woman leaving. He saw it bright red and covering itself with a blanket, deep red lipstick all over its face.

"You had a good time?" He laughed when it nodded, grinning. He walked over to get its clothes. "C'mon, we have to go home." He saw its grumpy face. "I know, I know. You get pretty sleepy after it." It raised its eyebrow as it put on its shirt. "What? How do you think my son got here?"

It made a bird with its hands, making him belly laugh. In reality, it was the only one of its siblings other than Lloyd that knew about sex. One day, maybe a year after Lily was born, it asked where babies came from. Su-Yeong, always being blunt, explained what sex was. It was gross to think about its own parents doing that, but it was nature. It always wanted to experience it, but it never thought it'll do it with two people

After it was dressed, they went back home with Ho. It needed a little nap before the event happens.

---

Lloyd stopped in a forest, François shaking and pouting from his fear of heights.

"Look, Franny." He put him down and stood next to him, holding his hand. "Look how beautiful the world is."

Green trees moved in the light breeze. The sound of animals could be heard. François looked up at the sky. He missed seeing the nightsky. The clouds were dark grey, the moonlight was making the stars look brighter. He held his hand out to them, remembering the nights when him and Lloyd would talk about them.

Lloyd was glad to see how the world stayed the same. It was still as elegant as he left it.

"I've missed it." François rubbed his cheek, feeling his own beard. "I forgot how lovely it was."

"We should do this more often. I'll take you out more."

The redhead walked over to touch the plants, feeling the rough feeling of leaves. He closed his eyes and breathed in the smell of earth. He locked his love away for it so such a long time. It reminded him of Lloyd. Now that he's back, it was opened again.

The shorter walked up to him. "Pick your favorite flower. I want to show you something."

The redhead picked a rose. He held it with both hands. The other put both his thumbs on it. His husband watched on with awe as the rose slowly froze, making it look like glass.

"Now you can always keep it. It'll never die." He looked at him, his eyes bright.

"Wow. Can you do that with everything?"

"Maybe, not sure."

----

Da came back home after being with Susu all day. She sat on the couch and happily told them all about the mall and all the cool outfits she brought. Lots of makeup, dresses, jewelry, and shoes. Her favorite was a white dress with little blue flowers all over it. She looked different. She had her nails painted white, her ears pierced with pearl earrings, a little charm bracelet, and was wearing a pink skirt and a white crop-top. Food was dressed up in a pink dress and had a collar that looked like a bow.

"That's nice, dear. It seems like you had a fun time." Marie stroked her soft skin. She actually created that pretty face.

She nodded, her hands together. "Yes, and I got you something!" She gave her a diamond necklace. She loved seeing the smile on her mother's face. "And this is for papa." She gave him a tie.

"Sweetheart, that's kind. Do you like to give gifts?" He put on his t-shirt. He was finally the weight he was before the war. It felt nice to wear his old clothes again.

"Yes! It's my favorite thing to do! I gave grandmére and grand-père gifts all the times!" Her grandparents, who were looking down at her, smiled. It hasn't even been two days yet and they already missed when she would give them pebbles or flowers. "I even brought something for all my siblings!"

Marie touched her arm. "Really? What do they like?"

"Lily likes hair stuff. Before, her hair was really long! But she cut to it to get here." She frowned, then smiled when she saw showed them the brush she got for her. "I made sure it was yellow and had bows because those are her favorite things."

They nodded. It felt nice to know what their children like. Da then showed them a cloud plushie.

"Étoile really likes clouds! It plays with them all the time." She bounced it on her lap before putting it back in the bag. "And I got Lloyd this!" Beom touched his chest when he saw the blue shark squishmellow. "He likes fishes and blue!"

He touched it. "He does. He would've loved it." He hugged it tightly. Marie stroked it.

"I know! I can't wait for him to see it!" She frowned. "I also got Jo something, I don't know why I did that."

She slowly held out a t-shirt with The Smiths on it. Beom looked away as Marie gave her a sad smile.

"I thought he would like it." She put it back. "Is it bad that I still love him? I know I shouldn't, but I still have a lot of happy memories with him."

Beom rubbed her back. "No, baby, it's not. I know that he's your brother. I love my brother too." His throat got tight.

She smiled softly. "He loves you too."

He sighed as he sat back. "I wish that sometimes, he'll just walk through the door and say hello."

The door slammed open, making all of them jump.

"Hellllo!!!"

Ho came floating in, flapping his hands. Beom screamed before jumping into his arms. He cried tears of joy as Da floated to hug him too. Marie was babbling about how much she missed him before Haruki popped his head into the room.

"We have it."

Da gasped and flew over. She shouted and hugged her little sibling, both relieved to see each other again.

"Étoile, oh my God! It's you! You look so different!" She ruffled its hair, making it smile and do the same.

Beom and Marie ran to it, embracing it and holding it close. Da smiled at it as it had the same reaction she did.

"I-I.." Marie couldn't speak, instead embracing the baby that her body couldn't hold.

Ho was happily floating up, hugging his big brother's neck. "We were dead, but we came back! Étoile can't speak, it doesn't have a voicebox." It nodded at them. "So-Da! So good to see you again!" He embraced her.

Beom chuckled. "Little brother, you're getting distracted."

"Hm? Oh yes! Big brother, they're all here!" He touched his and Marie's shoulders. "They all came back. Except Jo, of course. Jo is bad."

Beom shook his head. "I've heard all about him." He turned back to his children and smiled. "And I've heard about you, Étoile, right?" It grinned and nodded. "I'm sorry, can I just call you Byeol? It means the same thing, it's just easier for me to say."

It nodded again. It couldn't believe how beautiful its parents are. They wanted to tell it everything. It also felt sad in a way. It could never tell them how much it loved them back.

"Come now, my little stars." Marie held their hands. "We have so much to tell you."

"And you, little brother." He hugged Ho and Haruki.

Ho nodded and got his feet on the ground. "I do have something to tell you that's very important."

He touched his face like he was a baby. "What is it, Ho?"

He looked down, hiding his shiny eyes. "I love you."

He hugged him tight. It didn't hurt to hear those words like last time. "I love you too." He made him look up. He could see his own reflection in his wet eyes. "I love you so much."
