It was a cool evening, but the warmth between Yaoyorozu and you overturned that. There was no place for negativity in your heart right now, only her. You had both decided to call it a night and made it back to UA dorms, being extra mindful of your surroundings incase you were caught. You said your goodbyes at the door of your dorm, ending the night with one last sweet kiss.

As you've been doing for the past 2 months, you awoke early morning, tangled in the sheets of your bed. You yawned as you pulled yourself up to turn your alarm off.

You had saved yourself some time by packing the night before. A pang of guilt hit you as you recalled what is supposed to take place at this so called "field trip." You quickly pulled your phone out to urgently text Twice.

Lil'Anxiety: I know this is a lot to ask for but could you try to persuade the boss into doing a small favour for me? yknow after all i've done

Ctrl+C: Kid is 6 in the morning.. but i love y'a so what's this about?

Lil'Anxiety: Thank you!

Ctrl+C: He's not too happy to be woken up so early but he's willing to listen, what do u need?

Lil'Anxiety: so.. yknow how u guys r supposed to ambush the heroes today? well i was wondering if you could please not target one of them, Momo Yaoyorozu . . .

You paused knowing you couldn't tell them you were casually flirting with the enemy.

Lil'anxiety: she's an important tool for me to use towards getting more info on the heroes, so i need her in one piece ofc

Ctrl+C: Alright kid, he said he'd look into it, taking how much good work you've brought back for us.

Lil'anxiety: perfecttttt!! tysm, ur the best!!

Ctrl+C: ofc i am!

You grinned at his text and shut your phone off once more, deciding it was finally time to get ready.

After completing your morning routine you hurried back to your dorm to grab your bag. You walked down the long dorm hall with your bags, which you luckily bumped into Yaomomo.

"Oh! Good morning!" She said cheerfully.

"Morning', you ready for today?" You asked, a slight feeling of guilt was released knowing Yaoyorozu would be safe during the ambush.

"Always, I've been looking forward to it, especially after how last camp went.. But I'm sure we'll be just fine this time!" She said, almost trying to convince herself with her own words.

"I'm sure as well, the school has probably learnt from their past mistakes."

"Not"

"Let's hurry and meet up with the rest of the class, I'd hate to be late." She said, slightly nudging you.

"Of course." You said with a nod, walking aside her.

You both made your way to the front of the school where a bus has been parked with the rest of the class waiting.

"Alright, since Y/l and Yaoyorozu are both here it seems like the whole class is here." Mr. Aizawa spoke, checking off something on a clipboards.

"Everyone get in and no being loud." He announced once again.

With that the whole class entered the bus one by one, you following directly behind Yaoyorozu. She chose a seat near the front which made you chuckle. "Nerd." You mumbled under your breath.

Yaoyorozu returned a small giggle, acknowledging that she heard your comment. You sat down beside her, sliding your bag into the compartment under your seat. It took around 5 minutes for the whole class to finally get fully settled into their seats. Once the bus got moving, Iida took initiative to create some sort of teaming building activity.

He stood up from his seat and made his voice loud and prominent, yet still respectful. "Since we're stuck with each other for over an hour, I think it would be a really good idea that we do games or activities that can help us grow closer together."

"Uh no!" Mina shouted from the back with her friend group, suddenly she pulled out a speaker and started blasting some music, which her and her group began to poorly sing along to.

Iida sat down in defeat, earning a sigh from Mr. Aizawa.

"Hey well, at least you tried." You giggled and gave him a pat.

You turned back around to look at the group of teenagers poorly singing.

"This is going to be a long ride.."

After for what seemed like forever you finally arrived at your destination. Mr Aizawa rounded you all up, in what seemed like the middle of no where.

"Great, so I see how you all have packed." He started. "You won't be needing any of it."

He gained a bunch of "what's" and other confused noises from the group.

"Put all your bags in the middle please." He instructed.

The class did as he wished, with hesitation of course.

"What the hell are we doing?" You threw Yaoyorozu a confused look, she gave you the same confused look along with a shrug.

"So, we're changing this little field trip up a little. We'll be having a 24 hour free for all." He said with little explanation.

Some seemed excited by this idea, especially Bakugo. Mr Aizawa than began to hand out red batons that you recognized as flares.

"These are in case of emergencies and only to be used for emergencies. To ensure that we have a step ahead in case of another attack from the league of villains." Mr Aizawa advised, his glare momentarily resting on you.

You swallowed hard, hiding any sense of fear deep down.

"A handful of pro heroes, including myself, will be surveying the area the whole 24 hours, so at all times there will be more back up in case of an emergency." Aizawa continued. "Since you all were smart enough to put on your hero costumes before hand we can get started. I will you all 30 minutes to run, hide or whatever. When you hear a shot that means your 24 hours has begun." He waved a cap gun in his hands.

"No killing each other please, because that means paperwork.. also you may team up, but remember this is a free for all, there is no trust and the last one standing wins, not the last two or three. Now go!" He shouted, making many students scurry off into the deep woods.

You hesitated, still standing next to Yaoyorozu.

"You think you can hold your own?" She asked.

"I'm sure I can manage, no offence but I don't think teaming is good idea, we'd have to fight each other one way or another." You spoke.

"I was thinking the same, best of luck Y/n!" She said and planted a small kiss on your cheek before disappearing.

You felt a familiar glare burning through your back, you turned around to meet Mr Aizawa's glare. You gave him and uneasy smile before running off as well.
