Charlie Morningstar is the Princess of Hell and has a hotel that's based on redeeming sinners and getting them up to Heaven to save them from the extermination every year.

(SPOILERS!) In the pilot, Charlie was seen as a joke to all of her people when she went to go tell everyone around Hell on the news about her plan for redemption at her hotel.

Despite Charlie's kind and sweet nature, she can get irritated and have her horns pop up and have her hair flow when something isn't right or she can't get her hotel to work.

She has light blonde hair and often has it up in a braid. She has VERY pale skin and rosy cheeks and has yellow and red eyes, with a little button nose.

She wears an all red blaze with suspenders underneath and wears white and black boot heels. When the shoes are taken off, she is revealed to have goat hooves. (WATCH EP.7, S.1)
