Naruto P.O.V

I was on my way back to my dorm after finishing my law classes. The whole time I couldn't get my mind off Fang. Last night when we had our little heart to heart, if you could call it that. I've just been feeling really weird.

Like this morning when I woke up and saw him curled up in a ball while Akamaru snuggled up against him. I smiled. The weirdest part is I don't know why I've been smiling when I look at him from recently.

Even the kiss he applied to my bruise. It was like I could still feel his lips on my body. I didn't want to jump to irrational conclusions, but I was beginning to wonder if he had somehow gotten me sick. It's a silly thought considering he hasn't shown any signs of being sick since I got here, but what else could it be?

While I was walking I heard someone yelling "Hey! Wait up!" I ignored it as I didn't know anyone who would be calling me like that.

"Hey blondie!" They yelled which caught my attention. When I turned around I saw a guy with bushy eyebrows running towards me. I cocked my eyebrow in confusion at who he was, and why was he calling to me.

"Hey..." He said breathlessly once he reached me.

"Hey..." I replied. "Can I help you with something?"

"No..you..left..your book. I want too..give it to you." He struggled.

"My book? Oh my notebook. Thank you." I replied as I took the book from him. Now that I got a good look at him. He actually looked familiar.

"You're..welcome." He said.

"Do you need some water?" I offered.

"No. I'm fine. I'm on the sports team so I can handle...it."

"Oh okay."

"Yeah, I'm Rock Lee by the way. You might not know me but I'm in your English class."

"Oh! That's where you're from. I remember you now. You looked familiar, but I couldn't remember where you were from."

"It's fine. People usually notice me because of my eyebrows but I guess you're different to them."

"Haha, thank you. I'm Naruto, by the way."

"I know. There's actually another reason why I was chasing you."

"Really?"

"Yeah, I actually wanted too...ask you for your number. I've been seeing you in class and around campus for sometime now and I think you're really attractive. I would've asked earlier but I was too shy. However when I saw you left you book I thought this was my chance to shoot my shot." He confessed.

"Oh!" I replied in shock.

"Yeah, so what do you say?"

"Well Rock Lee, I'm flattered by your confession, but I have to turn it down. I'm already in a relationship, ya know. I have a boyfriend."

"Oh shit! Did I cross the line? I'm sorry for saying that I just thought you were single because I always see you by yourself."

"It's fine. He doesn't go here, but if he did you'd definitely see us together." I smiled.

"Oh..." He replied.

"But that doesn't mean we can't be friends."

"That'll work for me."

"Great so I'll see you in class tomorrow then?"

"Yeah, I'll save you a seat this time."

"Haha okay thank you." I thanked him before he ran off frantically with a little skip in between each step.

He was cute, but he wasn't my type. Rock Lee seemed a bit childish and kind of scary if I'm being honest. Nevertheless I'm happy I gained a friend here. I hope things continue to look this forwarding.

I walked up to my dorm floor from the stairs of hell and stood in front of the door to see a small note stuck in the door. The only way someone would've seen this is if they looked at the doorknob. I assumed it was a letter for Fang, but I opened it anyway.

He would've done the same thing.

"Hey Kit! I left to go get some stuff I'll be back in time to help you out. BTW Akamaru is inside, he already ate before I left. PS, I've been thinking about your ass a lot lately." I read before rolling my eyes at the last sentence. Though it made me smile.

"Wait! Akamaru is inside alone!?" I realized before stuffing the paper in the side of my backpack and rushing in side.

"Hey!" I yelled after seeing Akamaru literally rolling around in my suitcase.

"Bark!" He barked at me while standing up and wagging his tail frantically.

"No! Get out of my suitcase." I ordered.

"Bark."

"No."

"Bark."

"No."

"Bark! Bark!"

"For the love of Kaguya. You're just like your owner."

"Bark! Bark! Bark!" He barked before running towards me and going between my legs and into the hallway. I was shocked to see him move so quickly, I guess his leg wasn't badly injured then.

"Wait! Akamaru!" I yelled as I threw my backpack to the ground and chased after him. He ran near the steps and I was worried he was going to jump off, but he turned around and sprinted passed me again when I tried to grab him.

He ran back inside the room and ran under Fang's bed. I bent over and looked under the bed to see him resting at the far end. I crawled under and reached for him, but I couldn't get him. He just stuck his tongue out and looked at me struggling to get him. Eventually I gave up and got back on my feet.

"Damn dog!" I spat while dusting my shirt off from the dust. But it was covered in it so I decided to take a shower.

I collected my things and went to the bathroom to undress and took a nice cold shower. After about ten minutes I exited the shower and realized I didn't have a towel anymore. So I stepped out the bathroom and figured that Akamaru must've came from under the bed, but to make sure I placed my clothes in the laundry bin and bent back down to check on him.

Unfortunately he was still under there, but this time he was eating what appeared to be bacon strips.

"Where did you get that from you pesty puppy?" I asked myself as I got back up and looked in the kitchen to see a bag on the counter.

"That's a view I don't mind seeing everyday." Someone announced causing me to turn around in shock. Only to see Fang sitting on the couch and looking at me with a smirk.

"Shit!." I cursed accidentally while holding my hand over my pounding heart. Then I remembered I was naked and used my hands to cover my penis. "Fang! What are you doing here?"

"Looking at the view. How about you?" He teased.

"Five seconds away from killing you." I warned.

"You attacking me with no clothes on would definitely give me a happy death." He replied as he stood up and started walking towards me.

"Don't you dare." I warned while backing up and falling onto his bed.

"Relax, and here." He laughed before tossing me an orange and blue towel on my lower body. I grabbed it immediately and wrapped it around my waist before looking at him in confusion.

"Cover yourself before I change my mind." He hurried. "You can't be naked on my bed and leave with getting something first."

"Where'd you get this?" I asked as I quickly stood up and walked over to my suitcase.

"I bought it. Didn't you see my note."

"Yeah, but you didn't say where you were going."

"Well I went to the store and got some stuff for Akamaru. As well as a new towel for you and I bought some groceries."

"Groceries for what? And could you turn around please." I asked while trying to put my underwear on.

"Why? We're both guys here, right?"

"Doesn't matter."

"It doesn't if we've seen each other naked before."

"Fang, just please turn around." I begged.

He smiled fondly at me begging him but obeyed. While he had his back turned I continued to dress myself.

"You still haven't told me about the groceries, ya know." I reminded him.

"It's a surprise. Just hold on. You'll know sooner or later." He replied and I could tell he was smiling while he spoke just be the tone of his voice.

I was wondering if he was cooking dinner for his boyfriend. Even if that guy was his boyfriend. Something told me they were together though because I haven't really seen Fang with anyone as much as he's with him. Once I finished dressing I turned around saw Fang under the bed gesturing for Akamaru to come out.

"Don't bother. He's a little troublesome puppy." I tried, but as soon as I got near them. That's when Akamaru practically came skipping out into Fang's arms. I looked at them both in disbelief while Fang smiled at me.

"What?" He asked.

"He'll come to you, but not me?"

"Dogs aren't very friendly with foxes, Kit." He teased.

"Bark! Bark!" Akamaru barked excitedly.

"See?" Kiba smiled while holding him in his hand.

"You little brat." I chuckled while poking his nose causing him to bite after me.

"Hey, don't bite at your daddy. If it wasn't for him maybe your wound would've been infected." Fang scolded him.

Hearing him call me his daddy made me feel some kind of way I couldn't quite explain. Especially when he brought Akamaru up to his face and kissed after him while he wagged his tail.

"Was Fang always this sweet?" I thought, but shock the random thought from my mind quickly. "Um, can we start my lesson now?"

"Huh? Oh sure let me just give him a chew toy to keep him busy." He replied as he walked away with the and gave Akamaru a rope to play with. The little rascals wasted no time in thrashing around with the thing. It made me happy to see him moving around like normal.

Just then Fang began to remove his shirt and pulled a chair over to my bed. I couldn't help but stare at his muscles and how defined they were. He almost caught me, but luckily I looked away just in time.

"You study by your bed, right?" He asked.

"Uh... Yeah, I do."

"Great let's get started then." He replied.

•••

Fang and I studied for hours and I just wasn't really grasping the language. He tried and tried and even laughed at me when I made mistakes.

"What does 'Fuego' mean?" He asked.

"I'm not sure." I replied with a pout.

"Yes you do. Just concentrate and you'll get it." He encouraged me.

"You'll just laugh at me." I scolded him.

"No I won't, Kit just give it a try." He promised softly.

"Fine..." I trailed. "Fuego means to come."

"Pfft HAHA." He laughed loudly in my face.

"You're a piece of shit you know that?" I spat while attempting to get up.

Though he always apologized after teasing me. Which for some reason made everything okay in my head.

"I'm sorry for laughing. Sit back down I'm just not used to teaching." He chuckled while holding onto my wrist. "Fuego means fire by the way."

"I knew that." I lied, acting smug.

"You're as much of a liar as you are cute." He said flirtatiously.

"I must be hideous then." I replied while climbing back on my bed.

"Haha I'd disagree." He laughed.

It was rounding near to the time that I should be getting ready to sleep, but I was actually enjoying the lesson so much that time was completely passing me by.

We took a little break and I decided to dive a little deeper into Fang's life. The groceries he bought earlier he would occasionally go over too and check up on the stove. I think he was cooking ramen. It smelt really good too.

"You know how to cook?" I found myself asking him.

"I hope it looks like it. Otherwise the whole building would be on fire." He joked. "What you don't expect a guy like me to cook?"

"I never said that."

"You didn't need too. You've been assuming stuff about me since we met so I can tell you're doubting me by your tone of voice."

"I'm sorry about that."

"It's fine at the end of the day I'm not the Fraud." He teased.

"Very funny."

"Do you always do things without a shirt?" I found myself asking.

"Why? You want me to take off more."

"Ew! No, I don't even want to see you shirtless."

"Haha I like the feeling of being comfortable with my own body. Clothes are too restricting, except my leather jacket though. It's pretty comfy to wear." He revealed as he stirred the pot.

"Bingo!" I thought to myself.

"Comfortable with your body? But you have tattoos."

"So?"

"Tattoos are seen as people hiding their insecurities behind their ink."

"Bullshit. My tattoos aren't me hiding anything. Who you see is who you get. I'm as real and permanent as every ink I willingly allowed to be painted onto me." He replied proudly.

"I'm sorry if I offended you."

"It's cool. You probably grew up seeing tattoos as a negative thing, but not all of them should be perceived that way. Like mine, they have a meaning behind them."

"What kind of meaning?"

"This one on my back is the symbol of family. I got it on my back to symbolize the support that I've always received from them. Especially my father. This tattoo on my chest is to show my love for animals. They're a lot less complicated than human beings." He announced as he shared a plate of ramen and set it next to Akamaru.

The little brat started devouring the food like there was no tomorrow. Then Fang came back over to my bed with two bowls and held out one for me.

"Oh! I didn't like ramen. My parents say it's not healthy."

"Your parents aren't here, and the ramen I make is always healthy. This isn't the package crap the other students eat. This is homemade cooked Ichiraku Ramen."

"Isn't that a restaurant?" I asked while cautiously take the plate from him.

"Yeah, just a mile from here. You should definitely check it out when you're done pretending."

"Haha whatever." I replied sarcastically while take a sip of the broth, and I must admit my tastebuds were revived from the flavorless prison that it was in. "This is really good."

"Told you. It's pork too, which is my favorite."

"Hmm." I mumbled while slurping the stringy goodness. I had lost myself in the food so much that when I snapped back Fang was just staring at me.

"What is it?" I asked, feeling suddenly nervous.

"Nothing." He replied before eating his slowly.

My eyes gazed from his face to his waistline and that's when I saw the tip of the tattoo that he had there and remembered that he didn't say what it was for.

"What's that for then?" I asked while gesturing to his waist.

"Hm." He chuckled. "It's a conversation starter for sex. That's how I know someone's checking me out too."

"Oh..." I trailed while diverting my eyes.

"So you thinking about getting one?" He asked.

"Ah no... My parents and boyfriend would go ballistic."

"Really? I think you'd look sexy with one." He smiled.

"Doesn't matter. I'm not supposed to get those things. Especially with my career options."

"I see... So what made you want to be a doctor and a lawyer?" He asked.

"I..." I began but remembered that he didn't answer my question about what course he was doing, and this might be the perfect opportunity. "I can't answer that until I know what you're studying and why you choose that course."

"Doesn't matter at this point."

"Why?"

"I can't answer that until I know why you choose those courses." He replied playfully.

"Damn it!" I thought.

"Haha you wouldn't happen to have more ramen, would you?" I asked, trying to change the subject.

"You're done already?" He asked.

"Yeah, I got a little carried away." I chuckled.

"That's why your cheeks are so fat, both of them that is." He complimented. "You can help yourself to as much as you'd like though. It was for you anyway."

"For me?"

"Yeah I figured I'd thank you for some stuff all together. Especially after you help with Akamaru last night." He explained.

"Oh...you're welcome." I trailed.

I couldn't believe this was the same Fang. He was so thoughtful underneath all his other usual qualities and the fact that he didn't hide any of them made it even more impressive.

"Don't get used to it though, or you might fall for my charm." He teased.

"Oh please. Like anyone can tolerate you."

"You do."

"Well I am an actor, aren't I?"

"Touché, Kit." He laughed.

*TIME SKIP*

For the next few weeks Fang and I have been hanging out in our room while he teaches me Spanish. I've come to learn a lot about him besides what I initially wanted to know. He has a motorcycle, which made me realize he's the geezer who almost ran me and Sasuke off the road, I didn't mention that to him though.

He really loves animals as he bought Akamaru a bunch of doggy toys and food. The little guy was getting bigger which worried us about our little baby.

He calls him that occasionally.

His favorite colors are black and red, he likes the feeling of mist, he has a sister who's a veterinarian, he lives in the town across mine, he's daring, likes being active which is obvious, he likes cooking his own meals, and his dream is to have a family of his own and be there for them.

Most of the time I've been forgetting that I even have classes with how much we've been talking and looking after Akamaru. Thankfully he trained him on how to use the toilet and flush it, which is highly impressive.

Gradually over time I felt myself being closer to him. Usually he'd sit in the chair next to my bed to help me practice, but now I was allowing him to sit in my bed.

Our feet would touch while we listen to the music I wasn't allowed too back at home and watch TV shows whenever I didn't have classes. He still never left the room anymore though, he didn't even go to his parties anymore. His phone would ring every now and then and he'd just hang it up. I still answered whenever my parents of Neji called, he'd tease us for being simps for each other, but I didn't think of Fang like that.

I thought I didn't at least.

He'd sometimes rub my back or pat my head whenever I said I was tired and encouraged me to keep going. He'd sometimes even tackle me if I tried to run, or spoke back to him. The problem with that was he was always shirtless and so the contact would always radiate this heat from him. It made me happy to a point where my heart would just beat from excitement.

"You done staring into space." He asked me as he flipped through my favorite book, Moonlight.

Yeah, I was getting used to him touching my stuff once I came to terms with his intentions never being what I accused him to be.

"I'm kind of stuck at this part." I replied. He placed the book down and moved from the foot of bed and laid next to me at the top with his chest against my thigh. My toes curled at the contact but I tried not to react too much.

"You shouldn't be stuck. It's correct." He announced while looking through the paper he was quizzing me on.

"You're serious?"

"Yeah."

"Fuck yeah!" I cheered to his amusement.

"Haha yeah." He chuckled. "You have classes tonight?"

"No." I lied. I haven't went to classes for at least a week now. I'd usually skip a day just to spend time with Kiba since he's always be here by himself. I haven't told him that though.

"So we can hangout then? I've been wanting to take you somewhere for sometime now." He asked.

"Like a date?" I asked, my heart beating rapidly with anticipation.

"Haha no. We'd just hangout and eat ramen. Though I wouldn't taking you on a date. Though I don't think your boyfriend would appreciate me eating you out.

"I-" I froze.

"Haha I'm kidding." He laughed. "Why are your cheeks so red?"

"Who'll watch Akamaru while we're gone?" I asked trying to change the subject.

"I was gonna ask one of my friends to stay with him, but for the most part he should be able to stay here alone." He replied. "Right boy?"

"Bark! Bark!" Akamaru barked happily.

"That's right you're a big boy now, huh?" Fang asked playfully while laying down next to him and ruffling his fur.

"Bark! Bark!"

"Yeah you're grown. Soon you'll be fucking all the bitches." He encouraged.

"Don't tell him that shit." I laughed.

"Why not? It's true."

"Don't listen to him Akamaru. You'll find yourself a nice bitch and have a little doggy family of your own, right?"

"Bark! Bark!"

"Good boy!" I praised. "Don't be like your thot dad, okay?"

"Bark!"

"Yes, he does fuck too much." I replied jokingly.

"Hey! How about I fuck you?" Fang chuckled.

"What's stopping you!" I replied without hesitation. In a matter of seconds Fang pounced on top of me and tried to pin me down. He used his thighs and separated my legs to restrict my movements as he playfully tried to secure my hands to the bed.

"Fang stop it!" I laughed loudly as he pinned me down to the bed and started tickling me mercilessly.

"You've been really bold the last few weeks. You can handle this." He teased. "Say it again! I dare you."

"No I'm sorry. Stop it, stop it, stooop!" I laughed frantically while thrashing around until he stopped.

"I'll accept that." He replied while stopping. Though he didn't move, nor did I urge him too. We just stayed there in that position, on my bed, staring at each other.

He was so close to me that I could smell his cinnamon cologne penetrating my nostrils. The sent mix with mine was truly something else. I breathed breathlessly under him as he smiled at me and analyzed my face. He then proceeded to lower himself, and I automatically rose my head attempting to close the gape between us.

There was a knock at the door that interrupted us and that made me realize our position. I quickly freed myself of his grasp and sat up as he moved off me.

"Sorry about that." He apologized.

"It's fine." I replied as if I wasn't doing the same thing he was.

"Who the fuck is it?!" He yelled in irritation.

The knocking continued and Fang walked over to the door and opened it harshly. Only to reveal the guy I assume to be his boyfriend at the door. He looked at me and I wondered why, and realized my clothes were a mess. So I diverted my eyes before he got the wrong idea.

Though would it be the wrong idea?

"What is it Kankuro?" Fang asked.

"Kankuro!? Wasn't that the name of that blonde's brother from the laundry room?!" I thought.

"Good Morning, Kiba." He answered with an attitude.

"I don't say that stuff. You know that." Fang replied angrily.

"No, but what I do know is that I've been trying to reach you for the past week and you've been ghosting on me and your friends." He argued.

"Didn't know I owed you something?"

"With all I do for you? You might as well."

"Really? I didn't force you to do any of that."

"I couldn't help myself. Who could resist someone like you."

"Don't touch new."

"Why?"

"Cause I said so. Now leave before I have to throw you out. We'll talk about this later. I'm busy now and my roommate and I are heading out."

"Busy..." He replied sarcastically. "Where are you two heading anyways?"

"Kankuro GO!" Fang yelled harshly. When I heard the door slam I flinched and turn back around to see him leaning against the door in frustration. I'll admit I've never seen that side of him, that must be the violent side that Neji was talking about.

"Sorry you had to see that." He apologized.

"It's okay." I replied as Akamaru whimpered under his bed.

"Sorry Akamaru." He apologized while looking at the floor.

"Are you okay Fang?" I asked.

"Yeah, I just hate when my emotions get the best of me. I try to control them, but it's so fucking hard. Being a prisoner to your own feelings." He revealed.

"His emotions..." I thought. Fang seemed to have it all, looks, money, a great personality, but he's wasn't perfect. His emotions were his weakness. "Was this the Bad Boy's kryptonite?"

"It's fine, Fang. I totally understand." I encouraged him.

"I guess that's the perk of having someone special like you." He replied, making my face heat up again.

"If you're still down for our 'date' it'll make me feel a lot better." He smiled.

"How about we stay here and hangout instead." I suggested. I felt like he was in state of vulnerability for me to use to my advantage. A way to get to know more about him on a deeper level. "We could just talk and enjoy each other's company."

"Heh... I'd like that, but not right now." He replied.

I mentally cursed myself thinking that I had lost my chances of getting the information that I needed, but that is until he replied again.

"How about we have that heart to heart conversation you wanted weeks ago, tomorrow?"

"Huh?"

"We've been getting to know each other a lot and I feel like we've gotten a stage where we can trust each other and are comfortable with each other. So what do you say?"

"Yes."

"Great, I'll see you tonight then." He replied as he grabbed his leather jacket and opened the door.

"Wait! Where are you going?"

"To blow off some steam. I'll see you both when I get back."

"Is it about me declining our date? Cause I'll reconsider."

"Haha, look at you calling it a date, but no it's not the reason. Now that I'm free I just want some alone time to just get some stuff off my mind."

"You're coming back, right?"

"Of course. I wouldn't leave you." He promised. "By the way I'm sorry about almost kissing you earlier. I just got caught in the moment."

"Oh, it's fine."

"Yeah, so I'll see you tonight. Drunk free this time haha." He joked, but in a sad tone. "Take care of Naruto while I'm gone, Akamaru."

"Bark! Bark!" Akamaru replied while wagging his tail.

"Hehe later, Kit."

"Later..." I replied as he closed the door.

•••

*Later that night*

"Yes mom. I'm fine. I've been working hard in my classes and everything.

"Are you sure?" She asked. "Cause your father and I had a bad feeling."

"Yes mom! I'm sure, everything is just as it should be."

"Well okay then." She accepted. "I'll just leave you to rest for tomorrow then."

"Yeah, I'm in the middle of medical classes now actually, but we took a little break." I lied.

"Oh! We'll go ahead and get all that knowledge sweetie. My future doctor son. You hear that Minato? Doctor!" Mom exaggerated to my amusement.

"Haha I'll talk to you guys later, okay?"

"Okay sweetie. We love you and miss you. Be safe and stay focused, okay?"

"Okay, good night."

"Good Night." She replied before hanging up. I sighed in relief, but I had a heavy heart. I didn't like lying to my parents, but they freak if they found out I was skipping classes to hang out with someone like Fang.

The sound of knocking echoed from the door and I immediately smiled thinking it was Fang. He was a lot earlier than his usual time though. But the truth in fact was I missed him. I know he wasn't gone for less than six hours, but still. Almost kissing him this morning had been replaying in my head all day since it happened. I couldn't get him from my mind.

Even seeing him being so vulnerable made me miss him even more. Those parts of him that only I get to see.

However, as I opened the door I was met by none other than, Kankuro.

"Fang's not here." I said after staring at him.

"I'm not here for Kiba. I'm here to speak to you."

"To me?"

"Yeah I was just thinking that we should be friends. You seem to be very friendly with Fang and seeing he's a close friend of mine. I felt like we should all just be one big happy group of friends haha." He smiled.

"Oh well I actually don't mind that." I replied, at that moment when I lifted my phone the screen light up and showed my lock screen.

"Ouu is that your brother?" He asked as he saw it, pulling my hand up to take a look.

"Um, no he's actually my boyfriend."

"Your, boyfriend? You don't say. You two look cute together."

"Haha thank you."

"Yeah, for a second there I thought you were dating Kiba."

"Haha no. But I actually thought you we're dating him."

"Haha well I might as well be seeing as everyone knows I'm basically his boyfriend."

"Really?" I asked.

"Yeah, we're the most popular couple."

"Oh! Well congratulations to you two."

"And same for you, but it's getting late so I should get going before it gets too late"

"Yeah, okay and I'll see you around, Kankuro."

"Same to you, Naruto." He replied and I closed the door immediately.

Almost kissing my new friends boyfriend. Just how worse could things possibly get from here...
