Shehnaaz took cold water in a Bowl with clean cotton cloth towards the room where Shehnaaz took Siddharth.. She has come first time at his house or Appartment but right now what matters to her was Siddharth rather than touring his appartment!

Uska toh waise hi bura haal tha Siddharth ko aisi haalat mein dekh kar.. uska dil baitha hi jaa rha tha.. she sit beside him after keeping the tray containing the bowl of cold water and a clean cotton cloth.. and then turning towards Siddharth she coverd his body totally with the comforter.. So that usse cold feel na ho..

She took the clean cloth and diping the cloth in cold water , she squeezed out the water in the bowl and keep the wet cloth on his forehead.. her eyes filled with tears.. uska dil bahut hi dukh rha tha Siddharth ko iss halat main dekh kar.. or uppar se woh kambakht doctor abhi tak nhi aaya tha..

That makes her angry on doctor..

Use ptta hi nhi chal rha tha aakhir uske saath kya ho rha tha?

Kyun Siddharth ko dard main dekh kar usse bhi dard ho rha tha?

Kyun Siddharth ki usse itni fikar ho rhi thi?

Kyun use lga uski jaan hi nikal gyi jab usne Siddharth ko subhe nhi dekha or na hi woh uska call utha rha tha?

Yeh sach hai.. Siddharth ke jaate hi Shehnaaz ne school chod diya tha and shifted to mumbai with her chacha-chachi as first she doesn't want to leave her parents house jis-main uski aur uske parents ki yaadein basti thi..

Usee pata nhi kyun Siddharth ke bina woh school adhura sa lagta tha..

Usse woh school ki dewaarein khayi jaa rhi thi..

Itne students usske aas paas hone ke bawajood she felt alone!

Usse tab Siddharth ki aadat hogayi thi..

Uska usse flirt karna, openly.

Uske usse bde hi pyaar se sweetheart bulana..

She will lie if she will say that he was melting her heart at that time..

Tab shayad woh bhi uske liye kuch feel karti thi but woh alag baat hai ki Shehnaaz ko kabhi realize hi nhi hui yeh baat..

Aur abb , She has Realised..

Finally, uske dimaag or Dil ne pehli baar Qabool kiya hai..

One thing!

That she has madly, crazily, irrecoverably and passionately in love with him..

But then the again one question is roaming in her Mind, " Does he Still love her!? ".

She Looked at him with her Misty love filled Eyes, Still putting the wet cloth on his forehead..

She leaned down little and kissed on his forehead lovingly.

" Aapko ek ghante pehle call kiya tha aur aap abb aaye hai!? Aapko thoda sa bhi andaza hai ki Siddharth ko kitna tez fever hai!!? Aap aise kaise careless ho sakte hai!!? ", Shehnaaz Angrily bursted on poor doctor just after she opened the main door of the appartment.

" Wohh.... I..... I'm sorry ma'am.. Traffic bahut tha.. ", Poor doctor Apologize getting scared as he Illusion her turning into Shera Wali Mata Roop with Trident in her hands , big Burning eyes and fuming nose.

" Abb kya yahan par aise hi useless creature Pig tarah khade rhoge yaan aandar bhi aaoge.. ", Shehnaaz said mocking Angrily at him. She Turned to go inside and the poor Scared doctor followed her..

" Patta nhi kaise careless people doctor ban jaate hai.. ", Shehnaaz mummerd and when she find him still standing statue there.

" Abb kya dekh rhe ho khambe ban kar jao aur dekho Siddharth kaise hai.. ", Shehnaaz glared at him getting Irritated at him.

Doctor Hurriedly nodded his head and ran inside the room..

" Sh¡tt!! Hey Babaji!! Yeh kya ho gya hai mujhe? Maine itna gussa kyun kiya bechare doctor par? Tu bhi na Shehnaaz, bechare doctor ko dara diya tune!! ", Shehnaaz hit her forehead lightly but then looked above and begin, " par main kya karti? Main dar gyi thi babaji.. Siddharth ko aise dekh kar.. aur galti toh doctor ki hai hi woh time par kyun nhi aaye!!? ", Shehnaaz huffed cutely.

She waited Restlessly walking in the living room of the Appartment.. after a while she heard click sound and turned to look and find doctor Coming out from the room.

" How's he doctor!? ", Shehnaaz asked worriedly.

" Nothing to Worry Miss.. he's fine.. I injected him he'll be wake up Anytime.. it's seems he was taking some tensions and wasn't eating his meal properly.. so please take care of him.. ", Doctor said politely. His voice reflect fear.

Shehnaaz took a relief Breath and Said, " thank you doctor.. ".

Doctor nodded his head and give her a prescription which consists names of Siddharth's medication..

Shehnaaz took the medication paper and lead the doctor to the main door..

Doctor was Going when Shehnaaz said, " I'm Sorry.. 😐 ", She bend her eyes in guilt. She never raize her voice on Anyone but today she scolded poor doctor.

Doctor turned back and smiled at her cute sorry Face.. " it's okay dear.. I understand your Worry.. ", He said softly.

" Pta nhi mujhe kya ho gya tha? ", Shehnaaz shake her head and continued, " main bahut hi dar gyi thi jab Siddharth uth nhi rhe the or mujhe Siddharth par bhi gussa aa rha tha Aur wahi gussa maine aap par utaar Diya I'm really Really sorry..  ".

Doctor Smiled and patted her head lightly and left.. Shehnaaz closed the Door.

After closing the door she ordered medicines from online app.. and she will receive it in another 1hour and till then she decided to prepare some soup for Siddharth..
