We arrived at school and before we even set foot on the compound Kiba ensured he got my actual number this time, which I gave him just to be sure were both on similar terms.

Sasuke wasn't at the spot he usually would be, which I understood because we really haven't been able to do what we normally did, but it did suck that I didn't see him as often as I used too.

Even if I saw him yesterday, but I'm trying not to think about that day.

As a matter of fact, I was now pretending like it didn't even happen.

"Hey Kit." Kiba called as he stopped us in the hallway.

"Hm?"

"I'll have to catch up with you after first period. I have to talk with my coach really quickly."

"First period? But we don't have classes together."

"Then I can see you at lunch."

"We don't eat lunch together."

"Well now we do. So I'll meet you at your class before lunch, text me so I'll know where to find you and you can meet your long overdue friends for the first time now."

"Kiba..." I groaned.

"No, no draw backs. You're meeting them one way or another. So why not then too?" He emphasized as he pointed his finger at me.

"..."

"No good reason?"

"What if they don't-"

"They can't hate you if you haven't done anything to them."

"What if-"

"They can't find you weird because they are already friends with Menma and Naruko."

"Wha-"

"Plus, some of them have already met you and have put in good words including me, Hinata, Rock Lee, Gaara, Sasuke and even Sakura."

"Hm, can I finish my sentences?" I laughed.

"Haha just please, put all the negative thoughts aside and do this for me? I haven't asked you of anything before have I?"

"Really?" I replied while looking at him with a knowing look.

"Those other things you had benefited from."

"..."

"Haha don't look at me like that, and please just say yes." He begged as he held my hands, startling me for a second.

"Haha fine, but you owe me." I laughed and agreed to just so he could let go.

"I always do, you're the best, and remember to text me where your class will be so I can meet you first, alright?"

"Anything else dear father?"

"Haha I thought you weren't going to call me that."

"..."

"I'm kidding!" He chuckled before poking my nose and jogging away. "See ya!"

Luckily the halls were practically empty at this time so nobody saw us interacting together, but it did feel so exciting to be like that with a guy out in the open, even if he was just a friend.

Maybe doing this with Kiba might spark a change in me for the good of my relationship with Sasuke.

I hope at least.

It was the class before lunch so I had asked to used the bathroom before it got too late, which the teacher granted me.

As I was walking through the halls I began to feel nervous as I hadn't Sasuke all day and it was driving me kind of crazy not seeing him and also thinking about Kiba at the same time.

Like I was beginning to consider if there was a possibility that I liked Kiba more than I did, but I was clueless about it because he didn't make me feel like how Sasuke made me feel.

That's weird isn't it?

Like with Kiba I felt light, but with Sasuke I felt heavy as if there was weight in my chest. That meant I had more feelings for Sasuke.

Right?

I don't know, it's all kind of weird, is this the feeling of being involved with more than one person. Maybe I should stop this thing with Kiba before things get out of hand, I mean it's not even like him to be doing this as it went against his ideology on sex.

We weren't going to be together like how Sasuke and I were.

Now that I think about it, why would he do something like this if that was the case? Going against his ideology and helping me succeed in being with the guy who is with his friend?

That's kind of weird for him.

However, before I could even process my thoughts any further, I bent the corner and immediately saw the pink head of hair in the neutral colored hallways.

I immediately backed up behind the wall and peeked out, luckily she wasn't facing me, but neither was she standing up properly.

It was Sakura and she was leaning against the lockers with her backpack in her hand, she was trembling from head to toe from where I stood. I kept quiet not wanting for myself to be noticed even though I really needed to pee. Suddenly she began to slide down the lockers and appeared to stop moving.

I panicked not knowing what to do, should I run or should I help her?

I couldn't just leave her there.

So without another thought I rushed over to her remembering what she had did for me when she spilled coffee on me. However, as I looked down at her I realized this was a completely different situation as I saw blood and she was breathing slowly but deeply at the same time.

"Sakura..." I widened my eyes while looking at her weak body, only managing to just barely glance at me.

"..."

There wasn't a visible thought behind her stare and I feared that if she didn't get help immediately then there wouldn't be anything left of her.

"HELP!" I yelled as I grabbed her backpack putting it on and carefully picked her up into my arms.

"HELP PLEASE!" I continued to yell as she moved like a lifeless doll in my arms.

"Hang in there Sakura!" I encouraged her, hoping she could hear me.

Was this my fault?

Was this what happened to her because of me and my stupid competition to win Sasuke from her? This isn't how I wanted it to be!

This wasn't how I wanted to win!

I sat in the hallway in front of the nurse's office with the rest of Kiba's friends, I finally got the chance to meet all of them, at least the ones that go to our school. Some of them were in my classes but the others I've still seen around campus.

I thought that all of Gaara's siblings had gone here, but it turns out that they both got transferred recently, but of course I wouldn't know that about them.

So that only left, Gaara, Hinata, Sakura, Ino, Rock Lee, Shikamaru, Choji and Sasuke. But Sasuke wasn't present during all of this and Ino and Hinata were inside the nurses office with Sakura.

It wasn't the best terms to meet them on and I could see it on Kiba's face that he was both worried and disappointed.

"Fuck, they've been in there for some time now." Rock Lee sighed, pacing back and forth.

"Take it easy, Lee." Choji warned him. "It won't make her better to know you're out here acting like this."

"How do you know? We don't even know what's up with her!" Lee replied, his voice cracking in the process.

"Exactly! So it's best to stay positive and as Choji said, take it easy." Shikamaru encouraged him.

"You guys wouldn't understand. If it was one of your girlfriends then you'd be doing the same." He replied as he sat on the floor next to Gaara.

"She isn't your girlfriend though." Gaara pointed out.

"You know what I mean." He trailed. "I'm just worried about her."

"We all are, Lee." Kiba informed them. "And if it were any one of us then we'd definitely all be worried."

"Yeah, not everyone of us though..." Shikamaru pointed out, making the other go silent. It appeared like they all had the same person in mind.

"Yeah, everyone's here except him..." Rock Lee spat.

"Lee, don't start." Gaara warned him. "Not here."

"I won't! It's just ever since Sakura got with him she just hasn't been the same." He explained.

We're they talking about Sasuke?

What exactly did he mean by she hasn't been the same. Was there something that happened between them that I didn't know about?

I glanced to me side and saw that Kiba looked at me with a knowing look. He could see the puzzled look on my face, begging for answers, but he shook his in disapproval most likely for me not to make Rock Lee any more upset.

But I still wanted to know.

That's when I remembered what Lee said about Sasuke at the club. He seemed to know a lot about him and his past as it relates to Sakura, maybe it wouldn't hurt getting closer to him out of all of them.

Well, without Kiba's knowledge of course.

"Alright. Thank you so much Mr. Yakushi." Hinata waved as she and Ino exited the office.

"Well? How did go?" Rock Lee quickly asked as he stood on his feet.

"She'll be fine. She was just on her period and had a heavy flow suddenly." Hinata explained.

"Oh, thank Kaguya!" Lee sighed. "I thought it was something worse."

"It has to be." Ino continued. "She's clearly been stressed out lately."

"With school work? That doesn't sound like Sakura." Shikamaru pointed.

"Exactly! Since I've known Sakura books have been a distress for her. So I don't think it has to do with school." Ino replied as she looked around the room.

"Is Sasuke still not here?" She asked.

"That guys a fucking joke!" Lee spat.

"Calm down, Lee." Kiba warned him. "He's at practice, we're in football season so he's at the practices. I already texted him but he isn't online so we'll have to wait."

"Don't pick for him, Kiba!" Lee argued.

"I'm not! I just don't want to have this conversation about him right now. We can all see the type of guy that Sasuke is, but until Sakura sees it from our perspective then we can't really do shit about it. I just want to forget about him and focus on us for a change."

They all grew silent as he spoke. Including me, it was almost like he was begging them to stop talking about him.

What was that about? I've never seen him like this.

""Positive change! Look we have new company and even though we all know about him and he did help Sakura in a time like that, it isn't good to be talking about Sasuke in front of him! We can discuss him and the hundred reasons why you hate Sasuke later, Lee."

"..."

"But right now I just want Naruto to meet you guys properly and be happy that Sakura is okay."

"He's right..." Ino agreed. "I'm still going over to Sakura's house after school, but in the meantime, it's a pleasure meeting you Naruto and welcome to the group."

"It's a pleasure." I smiled as we both shook hands with a smile.

"I must admit you really do look a lot like Naruko, are you sure Menma isn't a clone and you two were the originals?"

"If he heard you he'd thank you and tell you that we were the clones." I smiled as she and the others chuckled.

Well, almost all of them.

Rock Lee just leaned back and stared at the ground while pursing his lips. It was clear that he upset about the Sakura thing and from his explanation it was obvious why.

He had feelings for her and seeing her with Sasuke must've hurt him more than anything.

Kiba wasn't laughing either, he just stared at Lee and out the window as if he was in deep thoughts. I knew why he made them stop talking about Sasuke, it's because I was there and he didn't want me to hear any of it.

That still didn't mean I wasn't going to pry.

"Hey! Let's head to the cafeteria and get something to eat and maybe talk some more for a bit. It should really help us loosen up a bit, cool?" Ino advised all of us to which we reluctantly agreed too.

We all got up and started making our way down the hall while Ino and Hinata held on to me and kept asking me so many questions, which I didn't mind as it was the first time I've ever felt so apart of something, but I realized not everyone was with us.

I turned my head back for a moment, only to see just for a few seconds before walking out their sight. Rock Lee silently breaking down in tears as he fell into Kiba's arms who nestled his head into his chest releasing all of the pain that he had been trying to hold up while he was in front of us.

Just what did Sasuke do to make them all this way.

There was clearly a story that majorly involved Sasuke as it relates to Sakura, Lee and Kiba. I knew he was loyal to his friends as if they were his family, but for him to dislike Sasuke as much as Rock Lee must mean something.
