"I can't believe this. There's no dirt on him." I threw my hands up in disbelief. How was that possible? Everyone had something they didn't want people to know but this guy didn't even have a bad picture.

It was way too clean, too polished as if he was hiding something. Then again he was doing business with flower corp. and there was always something up with people that associated with them.

"And that's a bad thing..." Jacob trailed off and questioned

"Yes. It means he's hiding something. No one is this clean." I told him.

"But you cleaned up all our profiles and accounts..." he said clearly confused.

"Exactly, I'm hiding something." I retorted.

"What are you hiding?" he asked curiously.

"I'm not telling you shit." I deadpanned and threw him a look that said it all. He knew that I wasn't going to spill.

"Okay so what are you going to do?" he asked me. That was the question. I didn't know...

I could frame him with the FBI and let them investigate for me or I could totally stalk him until I find something on him. Then again I would probably see Jane and him kiss and I did not want to see that but then again I would be able to stop them.

"I'm going to stalk him until I find out wants with him. Want to join?" I asked nonchalantly, I mean it wasn't the first time we did something like this.

"Sure, I'll get some coffee." Jacob shrugged.

"I can't believe you guys!" Jane yelled as Jacob and I looked down in 'shame'.

"We're sorry..." that we got caught...

Jacob had turned on his location just to get a discount on our food and like always Jane was on to us. This means she was stalking us like the whole day. We taught her well...

"You know what! I'm not talking to either of you," she screamed and walked away but then quickly came back.

"I need a ride back to work." She said and looked at the wall instead of us. The silent treatment. It would have been effective if every time she claimed to be giving it to us and then she would be the first to crack. Then Jacob and I started this game where we would see who could make her crack first.

"Okay, he can't be this plain." Jacob huffed as we both used our special systems for a new background search.

"Wait I found something," I said as I looked through his email.

What a joke, hours of searching and the only thing we find is fangbook. Does he believe in vampires? What a weirdo. A weirdo that's dating my sister.

"Are you serious, fangbook? What the hell is that even?" Jacob asked him as his gaze danced across the screen.

"I have no idea. But he's on here a lot, check this out." I pointed out and opened a chat log.

'Tonight at 9 in the Garden of Eden and don't be late. You know I hate waiting.'

"You in?" I turned and asked him.

"Okay, I'm all for the background searches but not when it messes with my sleep. You're on own." Jacob told me and closed his laptop.

Guess that means I have to go alone...

I had to do this, Luke was defiantly hiding something. No one was this clean and I'll be damned If I let him date my sister just to hurt her at the end of the day.

"Just a jin tonic." He said to the bartender as he looked around trying to spot Lucas. It was a very high-end club and people defiantly stood out with gothic attire and costumes.

"A man after my own heart..." the bartender joked and laughed and served him.

"Then you also hate energy drinks?" he smiled.

"Please, I live on them." She laughed. He smiled and looked around only to take notice of another section of the club that people were going into.

"That's the V.I.P section. Invite only." She told him.

"What's so VIP about it?" he asked.

"Let's just say if you ever found out then you'll be drained." She laughed.

"My name is Nora." She introduced herself while serving someone else.

"James..." he smiled.

"Are you looking for someone?" she asked as she noticed James's wondering eyes.

"Just my sister's boyfriend." He answered.

"Ah... the overprotective brother, very familiar with that." She laughed causing James to smile.

"You have an older brother?" he asked.

"Yeah, I remember he used to be so overprotective and controlling. I hated it." She said as if she was in a flashback.

"Used to be?" he asked sadly.

"Yeah, although we're not so close anymore. I guess we just drifted apart, still love him but we're just on different levels of life." She answered with a sad smile.

"I'm sorry to hear that." He said with the same smile that said that everything was going to be okay. She opened her mouth to say something but then stopped herself and looked around.

"What?" he asked as he noticed a new emotion in her. It was fear...

"You know what, here's my number." She quickly scribbled on a napkin.

"Err..." he started but then stopped himself as he read what exactly she had written.

'083-000-0000 not everything is as it seems, get out right now before it's too late'

He looked back up only to see nothing. She had disappeared and another person had taken her place. Something strange was definitely going on here.

"How could you be so careless?" she seethed.

"I know, I'll take care of it." He pleaded while gently holding onto her hips

"I think you've done enough Lucas. I think I'll take care of this mess before he knows too much." She huffed and leaned back, taking a sip of the drink.

"Wait he's her brother. I can't let you-"

"I'll do as I please." She smiled maliciously gulped the red liquid down.

"I think you're forgetting who I am... Should I remind you?" her grin was dripping in seduction as she got closer to him.

It was as if he had forgotten how to move. Her lips so close to his and yet it wasn't close enough. She moved and place a lip on his neck and then...
