Takes place when they were kids

Lucy was back at the orphanage. Lucy was actually born without meeting any of her parents. Well actually she met her father. But her father didn't want her. Not knowing the reason why.

She was put at the fairytail orphanage. She looked down hugging herself. She sighed. She wasn't really adopted by any families. Which she was glad she wasn't.

"Hey Lucy whats wrong?" Natsu was next to her. Happy was busy playing with Carla and Wendy. "I'm fine. It's just I'm kinda scared." Said Lucy.

"Are you still creeped out about the story that Gajeel told in the campfire-" "NO NATSU! I-I mean I'm just scared because..." Lucy mumbled trailing off leaving Natsu wondering.

"That i would Lose you." Natsu chuckled. "Not funny Natsu!" Lucy growled. "You wouldn't ever lose me! Im gonna stay with you!" Natsu grinned.

"Anyways I wanna show you something! I saw a fairy in the garden!" Said Natsu as he grabbed Lucy's hand. The sign of touch made Lucy blush.

"R-Really?"

"Yeah!" Natsu lead her to the garden. A light yellow orb was flying around the air in the midnight sky. "Wow..." Lucy was amazed. She never actually saw fairies since she never knew it was real. Just mythical stories.

"Aren't they pretty?" Natsu grinned as Lucy awed at the sight of the fairy. Even if it was a single one. It made a whole difference.

"Yeah they are." Said Lucy. They both watched in silence in curiousity and amazement of the fairy. "Hey Natsu." Lucy asked. "Yeah Luce?" Natsu replied.

"Do Fairies have tails?" Lucy asked. "Hmm... actually..." Natsu thought about the question,

Natsu wondered about it for a while...

"I don't know." Said Natsu still smiling as the both of them continued to watch as the fairy flew away.

"We'll never know." Lucy held Natsu's hand as they both continued to be outside stargazing at night.
