Not Just An Act - pt 4 (Charlie Gillepsie x Reader)
As we pulled up to the set parking lot, a lot of people were already there. "Did you like the song though? 100% full feedback accepted. Don't hold back." Charlie asked.
"I loved it. I thought it was very nice and soft. But I personally like rock songs more than romantic ballads." I reply.
"What about a rock song about a romantic ballad?" He teased.
We got out of his car and started walking. "How about a romantic ballad about a rock song?" I laughed.
"Oh, you really think your joke was better than mine?" He stopped walking and looked at me. I stopped, curious. "You're playing a dangerous game." Without warning, Charlie picked me up and slung me over his shoulder.
"Charlie, you idiot let me go." I tried fighting but it was useless.
"No, I shall carry you to set and sing to you a romantic ballad." He starts running and singing Kiss the Girl from The Little Mermaid. I cover my eyes as we start seeing people.
I don't exactly want them to know that Y/N Y/L/N was being carried around by Charlie Gillepsie. They might think we are dating. Of course, I wouldn't mind if Charlie and I were dating because, well, he's pretty attractive. Great personality, an awesome voice, pretty eyes, and his hugs are angelic.
"Hey, Charlie. Oh, hey Y/n." Charlie came to a stop as someone approached us. Charlie put me down and I stood facing Kenny Ortega. "You're just in time to shoot your scene together. Here is the script for the scene. It's just a dry run for now so we'll use cameras tomorrow." He hands us the papers and walks away.
I looked down and read a few lines. It was a scene between my character, Olivia, and Charlie's character, Luke. My eyes landed on the italicized word, kiss. I panicked. "I, um, have to go." I bolted before Charlie could argue. I was looking for Savannah or Madison or anyone that wasn't Charlie.
"Hey, Y/n are you alright?" I stopped speed walking and looked to see Owen by the wardrobe trailer. (A/N: Idk how to describe a tv show set so just go with it.)
"No, I'm not okay." And I proceeded to tell him about my day with Charlie and ended my long rant by telling him about the kissing scene with Charlie.
"Well, that seems like a handful. Honestly, I'm not that good at advice but if I were to give you advice, I would say that I think you have a crush on Charlie." Owen replied.
I blushed looking away from the blonde. "Oh come on Y/n, everyone can see the way you look at him." Owen chuckled, causing me to blush harder.
"Is it really that obvious?" I ask, practically looking like a tomato.
"Yes. And we have to get going. The dry run for the scene starts in two minutes and we aren't near the set right now." Owen smirked. "The last one to set has to buy the other an iced coffee."
I smirked. "Oh, you're on." And we raced.
