SELENA SAT WITH ROSALIE NEXT TO HER IN THE DOCTORS OFFICE, a comforting hand resting on top of her younger sisters.

It had been a few weeks since Arabella dropped the seventeen year old off at Selena's home, leaving Selena and EZ to pick up the pieces of the heartbroken teenager.

EZ had been amazing with everything going on. He treated Rosalie like a younger sister and was completely comforting. The way he treated her younger sister confirmed to Selena that EZ was going to be an amazing father to their daughter.

"I'm nervous." Rosalie whispered, her voice breaking Selena from her thoughts.

"It's okay to be." Selena assured the teenager. "I was nervous when I got my first sonogram too." The brunette said with a comforting smile.

Selena had been nervous as hell when EZ and her had gone to their first sonogram appointment. All the what ifs racing through her mind as she laid on the examination table with the cold jelly on her stomach, but the nerves went away the moment she heard their daughter's heartbeat.

"You don't have to do anything you don't want to." Selena added as her green eyes looked over her nearly shaking sister.

Selena wanted Rosalie to know she had options and whatever she decided would be her choice and her choice alone, and Selena would support her decision no matter what.

"I know." Rosalie nodded, placing a small smile on her face.

"Rosalie Cortez?" A nurse called out as she stood in the doorway with a clipboard in her hands.

"Um, here." Rosalie said while standing up. "Can my sister come in with me?" She quickly questioned.

"Of course." The nurse nodded with a smile.

Selena stood up quickly, grabbing her purse as she followed Rosalie and the nurse into the back of the doctor's office.

"I'm going to ask you a few questions and then the doctor will be with you." The nurse said as she typed away on a computer.

"Okay." Rosalie said softly as she sat down on the loud examination table while Selena sat down in a chair in the corner of the small room.

Selena zoned out as the nurse began asking Rosalie questions. She knew all the questions by now having been asked them herself when she first had gotten pregnant.

The Vega woman placed a hand on her stomach as she felt her daughter kick her. A smile formed on her face at the feelings of her daughter's kicks. Selena loved being pregnant, even the messy part of it.

"The doctor will be in shortly." The nurse's voice pulled Selena from her haze, giving the expecting mother a smile before exiting the room.

"Is the baby kicking?" Rosalie asked as she stared at Selena with a small smile.

"Yeah." Selena nodded. "Do you wanna feel?" She asked slowly while looking at her younger sister's scared face.

Rosalie shook her head, "maybe later." She said before laying down on the examination table and closing her eyes.

Selena nodded she understood Rosalie's decision. She couldn't even imagine what was going through her younger sister's mind.

"Knock, knock." A voice spoke before walking into the room. "I'm doctor Jarvis." The older woman said with a smile on her face. "So, we're going to do a sonogram and then we can discuss your options if you would like." She said in a soft comforting tone.

Rosalie nodded her brown eyes looking over towards Selena's green ones, the older of the two giving a comforting smile before the doctor placed the cold jelly on Rosalie's stomach.

SELENA STOOD IN THE KITCHEN AT THE STOVE COOKING SOME PASTA. It had been hours since she had seen Rosalie, the teenager racing up to her room once they had gotten home from the doctors.

"Lena." EZ's voice traveled through the old house as he walked into it.

"In the kitchen." Selena called out as she began heating up the pasta sauce.

"It smells good in here." EZ commented as he wrapped his arms around Selena, placing a kiss on the top of her head. "How'd the appointment go?" EZ wanted everything to be okay with Rosalie. He had come to see her as a sister in the weeks since she had been staying with them.

A sigh left Selena's lips as she turned to look at EZ, "She's healthy and so is the baby. I haven't seen her in hours though. She went upstairs the second we go home."

"She probably needs time to think through things." EZ stated as he tucked a piece of Selena's hair behind her ear.

"I know." Selena nodded, smiling up at the man she was completely in love with.

"How are you and my little princesa?" EZ questioned as he placed his large hand softly on Selena's growing stomach.

"We're good. Your little princesa was kicking my ribs earlier." Selena said with a laugh.

"We can't have that." EZ shook his head. "Hey, little princesa stop kicking your mom so hard." He smiled as he talked softly to Selena's stomach.

A laugh left Selena's mouth as she began kicking hard at the sound of EZ's voice. "She loves your voice." Selena smiled.

"Um," Rosalie's voice interrupted the happy couple as she stood in the doorway of the kitchen.

"Hi, Rosa." Selena greeted with a small smile on her face. "Dinner will be done soon." She added.

"Oh, okay. I just want to let you know I'm going to be moving in with my dad and Kate." She said her voice going low as she looked at the couple.

"I appreciate everything you and EZ have done for me, but I don't want to be in your way. You're going to have your own baby soon and it's just better if I move to LA."

Selena was silent was Rosalie talked, not interrupting the young teenager once. She could tell how hard it was for her to come to this decision and she didn't need to belittle her or say anything like their might have.

"You're always welcomed here." EZ spoke first. "I don't want you to feel like you have to leave." He added in a soft tone.

"I don't." Rosalie shook her head, a small smile forming on her face.

"I love you, Rosa. I respect your decision and I know Roman and Kate will do everything to support whatever decision you make." Selena spoke as she felt tears forming in her eyes. "I don't want you to feel like you're never not welcomed here." She added as she blinked back the tears.

"Please don't cry, Lena." Rosalie said as she walked towards her sister, wrapping her arms around her. "I love you too. You've always been like a mother to me. I'll come back and visit once my niece is born." She added with a smile.

"Good." Selena nodded. "Now let's eat some dinner." She added with a small laugh.
