EZ HELD SELENA'S HAND tightly, concern etched onto his face as he watched pain cross hers while doctors stood at edge of the bed encouraging her to push.

He hated seeing Selena in pain, but he knew there was a reason for this pain. At the end of all of it their daughter would be here. The family he had always dreamed of would be here.

"Did you..call..your dad?" Selena questioned in between breaths as sweat poured down her forehead.

The pain going through her body right now was excruciating, but she was trying to keep her mind occupied with other things as not to focus so much on the pain. The pain would all be worth it in the end, once she got to hold her and EZ's daughter.

"Yes. Angel and Diego too." EZ assured her while wiping the sweat from her forehead with a damp cloth. He wanted to keep Selena as comfortable as possible, though he wasn't certain that was a possibility right now.

The Reyes man was still in shock that their night had started off so simple. One minute he had planned a romantic dinner with plans of proposing, and the next minute Selena's water had broken all over the floor. EZ was happy he had gotten his nerves to calm down enough to propose before that happened. It still hadn't set in that they were engaged— that she was wearing the ring Letty had helped him picked out on her finger.

"Good." Selena nodded, closing her eyes as another contraction went through her body. "I guess our daughter really wanted come into the world already." A small laugh fell from the brunette's lips.

"She didn't want to be left out of anymore important events." EZ smiled as he leaned down to place a kiss on top of Selena's forehead.

"I love you, EZ." Selena said with a tired smile.

"I love you too, Lena." He smiled, gripping her hand tighter as the doctors began encouraging her to push again.

"Okay Selena, you only got two more pushed left and your daughter will be here." The doctor said in a soothing voice as she looked up at Selena. "We just need two really big pushes. We can do this mom." The older woman encouraged as her eyes crinkled, letting Selena know there was a smile on her face under her mask.

The brunette nodded at the doctor's words. This was it the moment EZ and her had been waiting for for nine months. The moment that would change their lives forever in the best possible way.

"Push, baby." EZ whispered lovingly into her ear as he pushed her hair away from her forehead. "You can do this." He encouraged as she clung tightly onto his hand. She could be crushing all the bones in his hand right now and he wouldn't utter one complaint about it.

A loud scream came from Selena's throat as she pushed with everything she had in her. Immediately an exhaustion took over her body and she felt drained, but she heard it — the small cries of a baby.

"Your daughter is here." The doctor announced as a nurse held the small dark haired baby up for Selena to see.

A smile immediately took over Selena's exhausted face at the sight of her daughter. She was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

SELENA HELD HER DAUGHTER AS EZ went to the waiting room to let Felipe, Angel, and Diego know that everything went well and that Talulah 'Lula' Gunilla Reyes was finally in the world.

Selena stared at her daughter with pure joy and love in her green eyes. She always knew she would love a child whenever she had one, but she never realized just how much that love could consume her. It filled her heart with a type of love she never knew was possible. It was a completely different kind of love.

"How are my girls?" EZ spoke in a low tone as he walked back into the room with a smile on his face.

"We're doing good." Selena smiled. "Where is everyone?" She questioned with a raised eyebrow.

Selena had expected the three waiting men to show their faces, but had been a bit surprised to see just EZ.

"They wanted to let the two of you rest. They'll be back tomorrow and with the rest of the club." EZ assured her as he gently took Talulah from her arms. "Hi, my baby. Daddy loves you." He spoke softly as he smiled at his wide eyed daughter.

"I love you." Selena smiled as she looked at EZ with so much love in her eyes. "You're the most amazing man I have ever met. You've given me everything I could have ever wanted, and I know you're going to be the best father." She stated matter of factly as tears formed in her eyes.

After all the shit she had been through she couldn't believe this was her life, that she was here right now with the love of her life and a beautiful daughter. It made all of the bad shit she had been through worth it.

"I love you too. You have give me a life I never thought I'd get. I can't wait to marry you and live my life with you and my little Lula."

Selena's eyes widened, "oh my god. I forgot we got engaged." She shook her head as a laugh fell from her lips.

A deep chuckle fell from EZ's lips at Selena's words. "Well that's acceptable giving all that happened."

"Yeah." Selena nodded as she glanced over at the ring on her finger, a tired smile on her face as she looked back over at EZ and Lula.

"Get some sleep. I got daddy duties." EZ assured as he noticed the exhaustion taking over Selena's face.

A yawn escaped Selena's mouth as she nodded, trying to get as comfortable as one can on a hospital bed, closing her heavy eyes she drifted off to sleep to the sound of EZ humming to their daughter.

This was the life she had always dreamed of and now it was finally hers.
