"Psst, Izuku. Wake up." Rei poked her friend on the cheek, trying to wake up the green haired boy.

"Mnh,, five more minutes..." He shifted and turned to the other side.

The female pouted her lips and got out of his bed, dusting her clothing off, she landed onto Izuku's body with such force. Making him w h e e z e out of air.

"Ahhh !! Rei-Chan!!" He whined in disappointment and she pecked his forehead with her soft lips. "Get up, Iz."

The greenette instantly turned red as she laughed. "Okay, o-okay! I'll get u-up.."

"Good. Because we have a big day today"

After breakfast.

"Hey Kacchan!" Izuku waved his hand towards the ash blonde male.

Katsuki clicked his tongue in annoyance and looked away, "Stay outta my way Deku."

Rei furrowed her brows in confusion. 'What's up with him?'

Midoriya jumped slightly and heaved a small sigh, watching his childhood friend walk past him. "What did I do wrong?" He whispered to himself.

They soon both arrived on time and went inside to Class 1-A.

Rei was assigned to sit behind Izuku so she did what she was told.

"All right, class, tell me where the mistake is in the next English sentence example.." The teacher said while holding a book.

...silence rushes through the students

"Who knows the answer!? Everybody hands up and raise them high!!!" He exclaimed.

'So boring.' The teenagers sighed and some of them yawned.

"ITS MEEE!!!" Someone laughed out heartedly.

"You came!" Izuku smiled in delight and the whole class watched All Might barge through the door.

"I'm going to..walk through the door like a normal person!" The number one hero ran through the door and everyone gasped.

"I can't believe it! All Might is going to teach us!!"

"That design's so silver age!"

"That art style clashes so much it's giving me goosebumps..."

"Foundational hero studies!!!" All Might smiled heroically, "For this class, we'll be building up your hero foundation through various trials!!!"

"Let's just jump right into this! The trial of battle!!!" The hero fist bumped into the air wildly.

The students roared with excitement and joy.

"We've prepared the gear we had you send in requests to match your quirks!!!"

"...and to go with your first battle," The Symbol of Peace had his fists landed onto his hips.

"OUR BATTLE GEAR!!! AWESOME!!!" Class 1-A yelled loudly.

"My costume..!" Izuku held his backpack and smiled with glee while Rei chuckled.

"Get changed and we'll be ready to go!"

"And remember, from here on out,"

"You're all officially...."

The students stepped out into the grounds with their hero costumes on.

"HEROES!!!"

"Hey wait for me!" Midoriya rushed out.

Izuku beamed at himself when he remembered Y/N and his mom made him the costume.

He sat down onto the couch in the living room muttering to himself about quirks, tapping his chin curiously. "But I already registered as quirkless...what do I do?" Izuku asked All Might on the phone.

"Quirk registry form? Ah, you can update that!" All Might responded.

Some chit chat later, the front door was shut and someone called out, "I'm home!"

He jolted in surprise, accidentally hanging up the phone and turned to see who it was.

'I hung up by accident...I'll apologize later.'

"Welcome back!" He smiled gleefully to his mom. "Hey Izuku!"

"I have a little surprise for you son, your sister made it. So I wanted you to see it,," Inko then pulled out some type of clothing and beamed.

"Congratulations on getting in! This may be too soon but..." She exclaimed with a bit of nervousness.

"A jumpsuit!?" The greenette jumped up and looked at the hero costume.

Inko nodded in response, "I realized its not the coolest costume out there." She chuckled embarrassingly and sighed.

"One time, when you fell asleep studying...your sister noticed your open notebook."

Izuku's face dropped slightly.

"I...I said something awful to you, I always regretted that..back then, I just gave up on you. But you never quit Izuku. You kept chasing your dreams while Y/N was supporting you."

"I'm sorry Izuku," She wiped tears away from her face, sniffing slightly and smiled. "So now I'll be cheering you on with everything I got!"

The Midoriya snapped back into reality and put his mask on, 'this symbolizes my mom and sister's love. How could I possibly wear anything else!?'

'A super cool hero like that, Who cares if it's not 'efficient' or 'cutting edge'?'

Izuku stepped out and he felt proud of himself. He accomplished his goal and he was going to prove Y/N on how her supporting made him the top hero!

"Shall we begin my wards? It's time for battle training!"

Rei glanced around trying to see where Deku was. "Izuku?" She finally spotted him and rushed over to talk to him.

"Nice outfit." Her smile made his knees weak.

"Th-thanks! Yours too.."

"Oh! Thanks. I didn't know what I had in mind so it just came out like this." The female twirled around and made a small laugh.

'Oh my gosh, she's so adorable...' He swallowed the huge lump in his throat and got called by his name.

"Deku!" Ochako tan towards them with her hero suit on.

"Uraraka...whoa!!!" His mouth dropped open and she giggled.

"Ah Deku, awesome costume!! Really practical looking!" The brunette clapped her hands and glanced at the other girl.

"....." Ochako suddenly had a nosebleed and fell backwards, Rei flinched and quickly caught her.

'What is everyone with the nosebleeds!??' The [hair color] haired teenager screamed mentally.

"Being in the hero course is the best!" A short tiny guy gave a big thumbs up. "Huh!?" Izuku jumped.

"Sensei! This appears to be the same field used in the entrance exam. Will we once again be performing cityscape maneuvers??" A robot-like hero outfit questioned with his raised hand.

"So that's Iida then. So cool!"

"Nope! You'll be moving on to step two! Indoor anti-personnel battle training!!" All Might answered as he kept smiling.

"Villain battles are most commonly seen outdoors, but...statistically, the most heinous villains are likely to appear indoors." The Symbol of Peace explained. "You'll now be split into Hero teams and Villain teams...and face off two-on-two indoor battles!!!"

"Ehh?!" The Class 1-A was confused.

"So no basic training?" Frog girl tilted her head.

The hero turned to her, "Practical experience teaches you the basics!"

"The distinction here is that you won't be fighting disposable robots." He added into his sentence.

"What determines victory?"

"Can I just blast everyone away?"

"Are you threatening to expel someone, just like Aizawa Sensei did...?"

"How do we proceed to divide ourselves into teams?"

"How fabulous is my cape?" Yuuga flipped his glittery cape sassily.

"One at a time!!! My quirk isn't super-hearing!!!" All Might cried out in annoyance.

"Listen up!!! Here's the deal," After heaving a huge sigh, the mighty hero pulled out a piece of paper. "The villains will be hiding a nuclear weapon in the hideout."

Everyone began to quiet down and listen to their teacher.

"And the heroes have to go in and take care of it!"

"The heroes have a limited amount of time to either capture the villains or secure the weapon. The villains must either capture the heroes or secure the weapon!"

All Might turned to grab something and it was apparently a box. "Your battle partners will be decided by...drawing lots!!"

"Is that really the best way?" Iida tensed up inside his armor.

Izuku then explained something and was interrupted by All Might.

"I see..! I apologize for getting ahead of myself..my mistake! It's fine! Let's just get to it!!!" He replied and pumped his fist up in the air.

Teams

Team A - Izuku Midoriya and Ochako Uraraka

Team B - Shoto Todoroki and Mezo Shoji

Team C - Momo Yaoyorozu and Minoru Mineta

Team D - Tenya Iida and Katsuki Bakugo

A few teams later...

"And lastly, Rei [Last Name] with-.......no one?" All Might pulled out her name and was slightly confused.

Rei was triggered but she mainly kept calm visibly, "Maybe I'm an extra student." She shrugged her shoulder lightly.

"Huh...you can pair up with Team A then!" He sweated nervously as he met her gaze.

It was freaking terrifying and deadly at the same time.

"......" She silently walked over to where her friends were, waving at them while they waved back.

'That kid freaks me out...' All Might chuckled with sweat dripping on his forehead. He wiped it away with his hand.

"Nice! Must be fate! Let's do this!" Ochako cheered with excitement as the other girl nodded in agreement.

Izuku blushes underneath his mask, 'Seriously? I can barely say two words to Ochako!'

"Moving on, first up are..." All Might had two boxes. It was labeled Hero and Villain.

"The heroes are Team A!!!"

"And the villains are Team D!!!"

Both Izuku and Katsuki suddenly look up, seemingly amused to this type of situation.

"The villain team goes first! The timer starts in five minutes, when the hero team sneaks in. The rest of us will watch via CCTV!"

The hero walked to the duo of them and stately announced, "Iida. Bakugo. You boys need to adopt a villain mind-set! This is practical experience. So go all out. Don't hold back. Though I will stop you if you take things too far..."

"Training or not, assuming the role of a villain pains me. So we merely have to guard this?" The dark blue haired male stared at the nuclear weapon.

"Hey. So Deku has a quirk?" Bakugo gazed down at the floor.

"Huh? You saw his monstrous strength, no? Although it puts him at great risk. I'll ask you not to charge straight at Midoriya." Tenya replied with a curious voice.

'He's been punking me this whole time...?!'

"That damned nerd!!!" Explosive boy clenched his teeth in anger.

The trio had blueprints and Ochako scanned the paper. "The building blueprints...better memorize these."

"There's no punishment for failure like with Aizawa Sensei, so I'm not too worried!" She beamed in joy, Rei's eye twitched and shook her head in disagreement, sighing sadly.

Rei's [eye color] eyes gazed over to Izuku's. "Izzy are you okay? You seem very worried.." she pointed out.

"Well...I mean...we're up against Kacchan...Iida too. We'd just be better on guard."

"Oh yeah, Bakugo's the one who bullied you, right?" The brunette frowned and looked at him.

"He may be a jerk, but he's amazing." Rei crossed her arms as her eyes glanced up at the beautiful sky, the broccoli boy agreed on that.

"His goals, his confidence, his strength, his quirk...he's stronger than me in every way."

"But that's why...I don't wanna lose to him." He adjusted his mask.

"So you're like his fated rival or whatever..?!"

"Ah! Sorry. I'm sure boring you all of this..!"

"Of course not Iz. We're a team!"

He instantly blushed and looked away in embarrassment.
