Today, we gather to celebrate the one year anniversary of one of the greatest football forum posts of all time.

To all of my non-scottish football supporters, I will now introduce you to Jambos kick back. It's the Hearts fan forum and I get so many laughs out of it.

I will now present to you, one of the greatest posts of all time.

For context, St Mirren V Hearts was played on the 11th March 2020. Hearts, our city rivals, were fighting relegation last season. We were as well at one point but we sacked Paul Heckingbottom (who is now the Under 21s coach at Sheffield Utd) and Robbie Stockdale (got relegated with Sunderland and is now Big Sam's assistant at West Brom) and brought in Jack Ross. Hearts sacked Craig Levein and brought in Daniel Stendel but it took them months to find a replacement, it only took us a few weeks and we got ourselves to safety.

The message above is how Hearts fans envisioned the game to go but this was the actual result:

They lost and as predicted, the league was called only a few months after because clubs needed the prize money to keep themselves afloat during the pandemic.

The league was decided based on a points per game ratio as voted for by the clubs and Hearts were relegated.

They took the SPFL to court three times and lost three times because ut was 'unfair' but it was okay for it to happen to another club? Okay.

Boy Daniel is a very close competitor. This is from the 21st of May 2016 when Hibs beat Rangers 3-2 to win the Scottish Cup. Sir David Gray scored in 90+2 with a magnificent header. Everyone had written us off because we hadn't won it in 114 years and victory had never tasted so sweet 😍

Anyway, that was my anti-Hearts post and I'm sorry if you're a Hearts fan! I have family and a lot of friends (somehow) that are Hearts fans. My grandad was a Hearts fan.
