I'm really happy with how this commission turned out. It took me a minute to figure out a stylistic approach to this cover, but once I had a better idea of where to go, designing it was pretty easy! This cover contains three stock photos (one you can't see because I used it as an astral effect that's not so visible and mainly supports the visual).

The couple and the tree were separate stock photos. Blending them together and changing the color scheme was fairly easy. I added in some splatter effects and the fireflies to fill in the space but also not too overwhelming. The font does not have a gradient. That is simply an overlay effect I did on the text.
