Brian Spilner is a blonde-haired, blue-eyed guy that has been coming in for the past three weeks ordering the tuna sandwich, and chicken tenders for his only child Britney. The tuna sandwich is the worst and most disgusting sandwich that the market has.

"Daddy." Britney says as she is playing with a doll, as Brian looked to next to her with a smile.

"What's that, Princess?" Brian says as he put a hand onto Britney's leg.

"I hungry." Britney says as Brian turned the corner.

"No really, hadn't noticed." Brian said with a goofy smile as he stopped the truck as Britney stuck her tongue at him.

Brian's red truck pulls up and parked across the street, and he gets his daughter out of her booster seat in the passenger seat which isn't the brightest thing as a child isn't supposed to be in the front seat, but he tried putting Britney's booster in the back but she would start throwing a tantrum.

So to make his child stop crying Brian moved the booster in the passenger seat. After he got Britney out of her booster he grabbed a car magazine in his hand and the two of them walked to the market to get food for lunch as Britney said that she was hungry and wanted chicken tenders.

"Tuna on white, no crust and chicken tenders for Britney." Mia asks as she was busy doing something as little girl is sitting on the counter beside Mia as it's Desireè Toretto, Dom's niece that he took in when she was two years old.

"I don't know, how is it?" Brian asks as Britney shakes her head with a look of disgust.

"Daddy that's yucky." Britney says as Mia gets the little a glass of water since they don't have any drinks for children. Britney happily drank her water as her father shook his head at her. "I mean she's not wrong, Brian." Desireè says as Mia grins at the girl.

"Goofy. It's alright." Brian says as he turns to look at Britney as Mia smiles at the little girl.

"Tuna on white, no crust." Mia says to the blonde man as Brian nods his head.

"I don't know, how is it?" Brian asks as Britney poked his arm as she drunk her water.

"Every day for the past 3 weeks, you've been coming in here, asking how the tuna is, now it was crappy yesterday, it was crappy the day before, it's not going to change because I don't make tuna sandwiches, and Dom won't throw it out." Mia says explaining to Brian.

"Yeah, because he's an idiot." Desireè says as she heard her Uncle mumble something under his breath, as he is in his office.

"I'll have the tuna." Brian says looking at Mia before looking back down at the car magazine.

"No crust?" Mia asks as she fully stood up, pausing from what she was doing.

"Of course, he'll have a crust, he's a child." Britney says as her water was now half gone. Brian looked at his daughter with a glare before shaking his head at her with a smile.

"What it's true." Britney says as Brian just ruffled her hair making her playfully hit his hand. Desireè rolls her eyes at seeing Vince pulling up with Letty and everyone else. She doesn't want to get involved in Vince's drama, as she packs up her things and goes to her Uncle's office.

"Your friend is here." Desireè says as she opens her book back up and continues reading where she left off. "Thanks for the update, Desi." Dom says as he takes a swing from his drink that's in his hand. "Your, welcome, boss." Desi says to her Uncle as he ruffles her hair with a tiny smile forming on his lips.

"What?" Vince asked.

"Can I get you anything?" Mia asked.

"You look good Mia." Vince say as Mia rolled her eyes. Brian and Britney both rolled their eyes and stood up as he reached into his pocket to get money to pay for the sandwich and Britney's chicken tenders.

"Thanks a lot, Mia. See you tomorrow." Brian says as he picked up Britney and the two made their way back outside.

"Bye." Mia says as by then Brian and Britney are already out the door. Vince still wasn't paying attention and went after Brian. Vince doesn't like Brian because he's been trying to get with Mia for years, but Mia doesn't want to be with him. Even if she finds Britney to be adorable because who doesn't want to turn down a very cute, button-nose five year old.

"Tomorrow." Vince muttered under his breath.

"I love this part." Leon says.

Britney looks behind her father as she sees Vince walking towards her father, and her too. She taps his shoulder and he looks at her wondering what she wants but all she does is point at Vince.

"He's okay, Brit." Brian says as before he could say anything else Vince decides to be an ass.

"Yo. Try Fatburger from now on. Get yourself a Double Cheese with fries for $2.95, faggot." Vince yells as he stormed off after Brian as he just got to the truck.

"I like the tuna, here." Brian says as he kept walking but he looked over his shoulder.

"Bullshit. No one likes the tuna here." Vince says as everyone inside couldn't help but agree with him.

"Yeah, well, I do. I'd also appreciate if you don't say that around my child." Brian says getting protective of Britney as he doesn't want her to be saying those kind of words even if she is starting to repeat everything he says.

"Yeah, does it look like I care mother fucker." Vince says as just when Brian put his daughter in the back of the truck, that's when he got punched to the side of the face by Vince. They were now on the floor, fighting back and forth. What got Mia watching this was hearing a high pitch scream from Britney. She looked up from what she was doing and ran to the back where Dom was.

"Jesus fucking Christ, Dom! Would you get out there? I'm sick of this bullshit." Mia called as Dom didn't do anything since he was working. He heard his sister calling for him, but he wasn't in the mood.

"I'm not kidding, Dom. Get your ass out there!" Mia shouted using language that Brian doesn't want Britney to catch on.

"Dom I think you're being paged." Desi says as he rolls his eyes not wanting to get involved in this, not knowing that Britney is watching the entire thing as she feels the truck moving back and forth as if it was rocking.

"What did you put in that sandwich?" Dom asks as he finally stood up and looked at his sister.

"That's really fucking funny. Now get your ass out there!" Mia shot back.

"Dominic!" Letty yelled, looking at her boyfriend before looking at the youngest Toretto, who was watching the fight that was happening outside from the counter, before looking back at her boyfriend.

Dom looked to the counter and saw his sister watching Vince and Brian continue their fist fight as that's not what he wanted her to see. What caught his eye was a little girl in the back of the red truck that's Brian's watching the fight like she's terrified. "I'd go out there, now, boss." Desi says using a nickname that she has used for her Uncle. Because he's the boss, so that's his nickname.

He hated how much fighting there was that happened around his sister, when she was growing up and she still is growing up and she knows how to fight because of Vince and Leon. He also doesn't like when people are fighting around children, it makes him angry in the inside just seeing Brian and Vince fighting while Britney is just watching the fight between the two men.

"All right. Mainly for the child's sake." Dom says as he went outside to stop the fight, everyone but Letty and Mia followed him.

"Yeah, she's a cute one." Letty says with an annoyed huff at her boyfriend for being so goddamn stubborn. Sometimes she wonders why she's dating him sometimes, but she loves him so much. "God, your Uncle is annoying." Letty says as she picks up Desi, as the said little girl nods her head. "You're telling me, try living with him, then tell me how it feels." Desi says using sass which drives Dom crazy, because she has his sass, and also Mia and Letty's. "Yeah, no thank you." Letty says as Desi kissed her Aunt's cheek, and whispered something in her ear.

Dom got in between Vince and Brian, shoving Brian up against Leon's car. "Hey, man. He was in my face." Brian says as he held his hands up in surrender as he went to his daughter to calm her down.

"Punch him! Punch him! Pun--" Desireè says as she was chanting as Dom gives her a hard glare which makes her shut up before she starts whispering it. "Punch him, punch him. Yay he did it." Letty tries her hardest not to laugh at her niece.

Vince tried to go after Brian again but Dom shoved him away from Brian and to Leon, Jesse, Desiree and Letty. "Relax! Don't push it! You embarrass me!" Dom yelled at Vince.

"Get over there!" Leon yelled at Vince as he and Letty stood as a barrier around Vince.

"Jesse, give me the wallet." Dom says, still standing where he has been as Brian has Britney on his hip, as Jesse picked up the wallet and gave it to Dom.

"Brian Earl Spilner. Sounds like a serial killer name. Is that what you are?" Dom asks, as he looked at Brian's ID.

"Nah, man." Brian says panting ready to get the hell outta here.

"He sounds like one." Desireè remarks under her breath as Letty kissed the girl's cheek. "I think Dom would appreciate if your smart mouth don't make an appearance." Letty whispers into her niece's ear.

"Don't come around here again." Dom says as he gives Brian back the wallet, not before pointing it in his face. Once the wallet was out of Dom's hands, he started walking back inside with everyone else.

Brian pressed his hand against Britney's ears as her right side was squished against his hip. "Hey, man. This is bullshit." Brian says as that made Dom turn around immediately.

"You work for Harry, right?" Dom asked.

"Yeah. I just started." Brian says, nervous for where this was going.

"You were just fired." Dom says before walking away with everyone else. Mia pauses to look at Brian one last time and their eyes meet before she waves at Britney and goes back inside into the diner with hope that she'll see Brian again. Well mostly Britney.

Desireè knew that she would get a lecture about being a smart mouth as soon as they get back into the cafe, which is what Dom did.

"What did I say about your smart mouth." Dom says to his niece as he knows that it's a habit and that she can break it, but he's not upset about it as that's all what Desi had known since she became into Dominic's care, after her parents were killed in a car accident.

"I can't help it, God." Desi remarks back to her Uncle as he takes a deep breath before he completely loses it as he isn't in the mood for anyone's bullshit, including his nieces.
