i knocked on the door to her apartment and waited for her to open it. i came to cali cus ofc my baby birthday is today.

but, i got here a little later than expected cus our plane was delayed. it's already 3:45 and her surprise party start at 6:00 so i got time to take her on a little dat before.

a few seconds later the door swung open revealing hannah who was wearing a crop top and shorts. her hair was done and her lips were glossed.

"DOMMI what are you doing here ?" she asked excitedly hugging me.

"you ain't think i would miss yo birthday now did you ??" i asked.

"come in" she said stepping to the side. i set my bag down and looked at my phone. liv let me know that the surprise party is gonna be at kylee's apartment cus she couldn't get hannah out hers.

"im so happy you're here" she said.

"happy birthday babygirl" i said wrapping my arms around her.

"thank you" she beamed.

"you look good" she said making me smile.

"thank you mama" i said. i just took the time to look at her cus she's so perfect.

"so the team ??" i asked plopping down on her bed.

"idk i been avoiding them. and i muted the gc so idk tbh" she said.

"well maybe you should talk to them love. i mean yall are a team and march madness coming up" i said.

"well they weren't acting like a team when they were talking about me behind my back so." she said shrugging.

"what about your coach ?" i asked.

"ofc she's on their side as always" she said and i shook my head.

"well, im taking you somewhere so can you go get dressed please ??" i asked.

"ouuu okay" she said excitedly getting up. i took the time to scroll on twitter and tiktok and then i showered and got dressed after her.

we both put on lotion, deodorant, and perfume and then our jewelry. i fixed my curls and made sure they looked right.

"you look beautiful" i said.

"thank you bae" she smiled and i nodded.

"you ready ?" i asked and she nodded. we went to her car and i opened the door for her.

"where we going ?" she asked interlocking our fingers.

"it's a surprise boo" i said and she nodded.

once we got there, i led her inside and the room was filled with candles & food, very romantic lol. and i made sure the lights were red.

"omg, this is beautiful" hannah said.

"these are for you my love" i said handed her flowers.

"aww thank you bae, i love them" she said. i pulled her chair out for her and she thanked me.

we held hands and prayed before we started eating.

"how you do this if you were in cali ?" she asked.

"when you can pay folks they'll get the job done" i said as we laughed.

"well, i love it it's perfect. thank you for this" hannah told me.

"ofc. i would do anything to see you happy." i said.

"you're the best" she whispered.

"happy birthday baby" i said handing her a little box.

she gasped and smiled at me taking it from me. i watched as she opened and i made sure to record.

"omg babe i love it. it's so gorgeous" she said admiring it.

"and i promise to love you until i take my last breath. i got you 4ever. imma protect you and your pretty little heart." i said putting it on her finger.

"i love you so much" hannah said.

"i love you more beautiful. it's yo world mama, we just living in it" i said leaning over to kiss her.

"ofc, yk i had to go out for you princes" she said as i turned the light on.

"SURPRISE" they yelled making me jump.

"omg what the heck ??" i asked laughing. my cheeks turned red.

"happy birthday hannah grace" they said. liatu came over to me and blew confetti in my face making me giggle.

"aww thanks guys. i love it. bye how did yall even" i said.

"we got our ways" maddy said proudly.

"and you sneaky cus i thought you said kylee wanted you to come get something for her" i said to dom.

"yeah well i couldn't blow the surprise & i had to make it believe-able" she said.

"thanks guys" i said hugging them.

"ofc now let's eat" cass said.

"everyone please don't take forever getting a plate cus she has to open her presents" kk said.

after everyone got a plate, i took the time to open everyone's gift . and guys they really know how to spoil a girl lol.

"now you can stop stealing my lotion from my locker thank you very much" kate said making us laugh.

"fair enough! thank you kateyy i love it" i said.

i got a lot of body products, jewelry, clothes, and shoes. it's everything i honestly wanted and love.

"omg i love everything, thank you guys so much for this lol. i've never had a surprise party before" i said as we did a group hug.

"yeah, that's why we did it but we was like what the heck do we get a 20 year old who got everything she wants" maddy said making me giggle.

"im not materialistic, so this is perfect" i smiled.

"okay cake time" cass clapped making us laugh.

"uh no ma'am, gimme that knife" liv said taking it from cass.

"hey ik what im doing" cass argued.

"yeah says the one that cut they finger EVERY TIME they have a knife. keep on and it's gone be a little nub and that's it" she said making us laugh.

"did you help, or where you told to just bring me

"lol, liv told me what happened the day everything happened so i been knew" she said.

everyone got cake and we took pics and videos and then we did a little movie night but everyone was in they own little worlds on they phone.

i wrapped my arms around dom and laid my head on her stomach. tete finna get right on tiktok and see what's tea. today was one of the best days of my life fr.
